Hide your Gender to Get Ahead

This Wall Street Journal article states that the best way for a woman to make progress in our world is to hide her gender by using initials so people can assume she’s male

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. I’m (once again) on my final polishing pass on medieval book 14 before I post its final version. Hopefully this one does the trick, because I’m out of time :). The final Amazon deadline for this update is Monday. #namaste

Here’s the link to my prerelease – it’s a sweetly romantic medieval adventure

Medieval Novel 14

Here we go. The very last pass on my medieval novel 14 before I set it in stone for the release. I’ve never done a pre-release before for this very reason. I don’t like having to lock it for ten days straight before the release. Stressful! What are you doing?

Online Marketing Courses

Had lunch while watching live webcast on marketing ebooks. The speaker had some good tips but unfortunately there was nothing new for me. It’s all what I’m already doing. At least I tried :). Do you take webinars or online courses?

Diner Book 10

OK here we go. A full day of writing. First up, finish Asperger’s Diner book 10 so I can compile the 10-book paperback version in time for the Boston Book Festival. What are you guys writing today?

… Hurrah diner book 10 is now done and out to the beta-readers! Once that goes live I’ll compile the 10-book set and make a paperback version for those of you waiting on that. One step done! Now for a quick lunch :).

Morning yoga time

Morning yoga time. Even some simple neck rotations can help loosen up muscles. Imagine a halo over your head. Gently trace it! #namaste

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. I’m about to begin a solid three day block of writing. I have several projects that need to get done and I will focus on those, including diner book 10 and a few others. Let’s see what intense focus can achieve! Try meditating for just five minutes. Even five minutes can bring renewed focus. #namaste

Morning yoga time

Morning yoga time. Join me in gentle stretches. Even just doing a vertical twist, a simple half-moon pose, and forward bend helps the spine gently articulate in each of the six directions. It’s important for back health. #namaste

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. Wonderful writing group tonight. We all help each other reach our dreams. One step at a time. Take five minutes to meditate with me and find the focus to move toward your own dreams! #Namaste
