Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. I’m having a blast planning out a new photography project involving lights & colors. We’ll see how it works! Take a moment to meditate tonight. It creates enormous benefits for so many aspects of the brain’s healthy functioning. #namaste

Today I’m grateful that
Today I’m grateful that I *finally* have my email working smoothly again! It’s so critical for what I do. I had a bunch of projects stalled until I could make sure the email was OK again. Now I can send out those Mused newsletters!! What are you grateful for today?

morning yoga
I loved my morning yoga – Bob’s band has TWO gigs on Saturday so I definitely need to work on my flexibility and endurance for dancing! I can’t quite do this move yet :). Maybe soon! Did you do any yoga today? Even short, simple moves add up! Do a neck roll!

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time, a bit late but that’s ok. Today was quite busy and rewarding – my writing group at noon and then an awesome BVAA meeting where we all did batik painting in the evening. And when I got home, I discovered I’d just received the freshly scanned film negative image from Old School Photo Lab – they are fast! Now to print and frame it! I also spent more time fixing my mail server issues so mail is steady going forward. #Namaste

mail server internals
Oh my head! I just spent hours digging through mail server internals / IP tracing / IP blocks trying to track down why my mail hasn’t been working properly for months. I dug out some answers and – fingers crossed – I think my mail is finally working properly again. Hurrah! Now to get some sleep – I have to wake up early tomorrow! Have a great night everyone :). #namaste

Today I’m grateful for
Today I’m grateful for supportive friends! I had a delicious sushi dinner with a friend who’s talented in LinkedIn and learned a lot! We all help each other. What are you grateful for today?

Atlantic City & Miami Beach
The world-famous architecture at Atlantic City & Miami Beach are both being flooded by rising waters. They can’t “move” – either we fix this or they’re lost forever. And this is of course just the beginning. People who say “I don’t care if we lose Atlantic City” might care when it reaches a town their family lives in. And my point would be that we should care about everyone being impacted by the global sea levels rising, not just our families. And not just the big cities – they hopefully remind us that millions of poor fishermen are also losing their homes. #ClimateChange

Happy Spring Equinox everyone!
Happy Spring Equinox everyone! My yoga today was wonderful. It was inside due to the snow. I can’t wait until I can get out for walks again. Have you ever tried “Forest Bathing”? It’s shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and raise energy levels!

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. Thinking warm thoughts about Ireland. This is the path near Bob’s mom’s house. Her house is the blur in the ahead far right. The scene is serene, misty, and, of course, green. #namaste

happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone!
Today I’m grateful for having visited Ireland several times & my Irish heritage. Bob took this photo on our first trip there, where we rented a car and drove all around the entire island. I’m also grateful for living in Irish-filled Massachusetts, where Bob was able to drive to a butcher shop right next to the Irish Hibernian Cultural Center (he used to play darts there) to get us some tasty corned beef for dinner :). Thank you, Bob, for making that effort – and happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone!
We’ve had a large “window frame layout” picture frame that Bob bought us years ago, knowing it’d be cool for *some* project. For all those years we hadn’t found just the right image to use. I think we’re going to do this :). It’s the Irish stallion photo he took during our first trip there. The horse was just wandering in a field in Connemara.
Or heck maybe we should put one of our Bermuda snorkeling photos in the window-shaped frame :). That’d be a bit different!
