Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. Did you know poor sleep leads to poor eating and weight gain? Meditating helps you sleep better! #namaste

Today I’m Grateful

Today I’m Grateful I have ample healthy food. So many struggle with hunger / inadequate nutrition. 20% of US kids do. A free click here donates to the cause. Please click! What are you grateful for today?

daily yoga

My daily yoga was lovely today – but the warned-of snowstorm never came! We got maybe an inch. Here in Massachusetts that doesn’t even count. April Fools Day maybe? Still, April is here! #namaste

Book 23 in my Destiny Time Travel series

Book 23 in my Destiny Time Travel series is now done! It’s set in Ireland. Book 24 is set in the China Three Kingdoms period. That’s a fascinating time in history – and also very tragic. 40 **million** people died due to the brutal warfare, and this was back in 200AD where the Earth only had perhaps 300 million people total. It is probably the greatest percentage of world human life lost due to armed conflict ever.

book 23 in my Destiny Time Travel series

Today’s writing task: write book 23 in my Destiny Time Travel series. This one is set during the Irish potato famine. A tragic time. What are you writing or working on today?

Today I’m grateful

Today I’m grateful I’ve always been an equal earner & partner in my relationships. Apparently younger men disagree – studies find the current generation of men prefers in higher numbers for women to stay home and have less say. Very bizarre that we’re moving backwards.

Why do you think that’s the case? And what are you grateful for?

I love my hula hoop

I love my hula hoop – and that means I use it nearly every day. If you find an exercise you love it makes all the difference. What exercise or activity have you done today? How about some yoga? It’s great for your spine :). #namaste

Book 22

I meant to go to sleep, but instead I finished writing book 22 in my Destiny Time Travel series set during Attila the Hun’s time. Book 23 will be during the Irish Potato Famine, a tragedy I have researched quite extensively in the past for genealogy reasons.

Destiny Time Travel series

LOL I just realized that half-way through book 21 in my Destiny Time Travel series I switched from 1st person to 3rd person. Guess I need to fix that before it goes out to beta-readers. This is what happens when you work on 20 series at once and they run the gamut from 1st person to 3rd person to present to past to everything else ;).
