I've always wanted to try Timpano even since watching Big Night. Do you by chance have a specific recipe you use?

the tucci family recipe was where we started (pretty sure it’s widely available online) with a few of our own modifications - we use san marzano sauce (sorry tuccis), we use sea salt and rosemary along with the butter and olive oil in the pan to give the outer crust some extra something; we make alton brown’s three-meat meatballs – we mix up the cheese some, too, but i can’t remember what we add to the romano. we always sorta play around some and if it’s worth repeating, it gets written down...

Quick question. My new mission in life is to get the Hawkeye Omnibus signed by everyone involved in its creation. Have you determined your convention schedule for 2016 yet?

i’ve sorta soft-confirmed for some stuff but nothing 100% yet. there’s a couple TV things i have to wait on before we can really start blocking stuff in.
