Protect Your Mind From Television
Television Violence and Aggressive Behavior:
Young people view over 1000 rapes, murders, armed robberies, and assaults every year sitting in front of the television set or playing video games. Recently published, the three-year, National Television Violence Study examined nearly 10,000 hours of television programming and found that 61% contained violence.

Children's programming was found to be the most violent. In addition, 26% (of the 61%) involved the use of guns. Portrayals of violence are usually glamorized and perpetrators often go unpunished. Another venue in which a significant amount of violence is portrayed is in rock music videos and Rap music, which are viewed heavily by adolescents.
In a comprehensive content analysis of these music videos, DuRant et al showed that 22.4% of all rap videos contained violent acts, and weapon carrying was depicted in 25% of them.
Numerous studies, including longitudinal research, have shown a relationship between children's exposure to violence and their own violent and aggressive behaviors. Many studies have documented the role of television in fostering violent behaviors among children. Two recent meta-analyses investigating the relation between violence viewed on television and aggressive behavior in children concluded that exposure to portrayals of violence on television was associated consistently with children's aggressive behaviors.
This why Trey Knowles's Oratorical Message We Are Charging You With A Hate Crime is very important to watch. Love does not delight in evil. We must protect our mind's from what is evil.

Sanctification
Sanctification is God’s will for us to be set apart from sin.
(1 Thessalonians 4;3).
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality;
For God has not called us for impurity but in holiness.
Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.
Now concerning brotherly love you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another.
The word sanctification is related to the word saint; both words have to do with holiness. To “sanctify” something is to set it apart for special use; to “sanctify” a person is to make him holy. Be devoted to God.
Disconnect from sin: To live a sanctified life, you must disconnect from sin. Sin will never go on its own. If you don't rise up against it, it won't go. You can wait from now till eternity for sin to go; but until you rise up against it, it won't. This is because it is determined to destroy your destiny.

Trey Knowles Look-Alike

Trey Knowles has died. I will not associate with the word sinner, I am saved by grace. I use to be a sinner because I had a sinful nature. I am now a Saint. So I don't associate with the old Trey Knowles.
I am born again. The Old is again and the New has begun. I look like Trey Knowles. I just live in the body of Trey Knowles. I am now in the Spirit and that Spirit is Jesus Christ who lives in me. I am now a dwelling temple for the Lord.
So when you see me now you are like Trey Knowles what happened to you? You are not the same Trey Knowles who you once was. I can say I do not know what you are talking about for what God has made new is new indeed. I no longer know my old self or associate with my old self.
Receive me; I have wronged no man, I have corrupted no man, I have defrauded no man. I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that you are in our hearts to die and to live with you everlasting in Christ.
Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation. Corinthians 7:2-16
You were taught, about your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4:22-24.
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Galatians 5:24

Is Satan Behind Your Social Media Platform or Is It You?

Is Satan Behind Your Social Media Platform or Is It You?
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14)
I believe that social media can be an effective platform for the spread of the gospel. There are plenty of Christ-centered resources in the online community that can be used daily to help people grow spiritually.
But if we’re honest, we probably spend a small portion of our time advancing our spiritual growth, while the rest is spent on aimless scrolling.
We spend hours a day consuming endless information, pictures, and videos without any safeguard for our minds. For Christians, I’ve found that this is dangerous territory. This potentially turns the mind into an open plain, with Satan prowling through the grass like a lion, waiting to devour. (1 Peter 5:8)
Note: Time for me to make changes.
The danger of social media turns into Idolatry. Relationships are important and shallow relationships are ok. There is no way people can have 5,000 friends on Facebook unless they are a celebrity or the president, I consider this to be a lie. Relationships make friends not numbers.
If you are a woman who always shows skin in your photos don't ask me to be your friend. I will not feed into your narcissistic behavior.
Can Social Media Platforms lead to Idolatry? Yes, I think so. It is called Narcissistic Mirroring. Most people on Social Media Platforms are looking for constant praise. Always checking their likes.
Praising each other for being self-centered in this virtual audience with no validity. Over posting can be a sign Self-Glorification. For some odd reason, social media is creating self-obsession maniacs. Photos after photos videos after videos saying look at me give me praises.

8 Steps on How to Follow Jesus Christ

How to follow Jesus?
Step 1: Be Born Again
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. John 3:3.
Step 2: Be a Person that Prays
One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray and spent the night praying to God. Luke 6:12.
Understand a follower does what a leader does.
Step 3: Listen to Him
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him, I am well pleased. Listen to him!”
Matthew 17:5.
Step 4: Believe in Him
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Understand a Believer puts their faith in the one they believe in by listening and responding.
Step 5: Obey Him
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12
Understand by accepting and doing and dwelling in his Love. Abide.
Step 6: Love Him
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with your entire mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30.
How do I love God? With my entire mind. When I love God, I protect what I place in my Mind.
My Soul will be steadfast and loyal and always persevering. Not giving up.
Step 7: Share Him & Serve Him
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19.
For I understand I will not be ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes:
Step 8: Suffer for him “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master. If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. John 15:18-20.

“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.
Note: To Suffer for Christ means you will always obey no matter what.
Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit striving together as one for the faith of the gospel without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you.
This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved—and that by God. For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him, since you are going through the same struggle you saw I had, and now hear that I still have. Philippians 1:27-30.

Note: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24.
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58.
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Romans 12:1.
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45,
You shall walk after the LORD your God and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him. Deuteronomy 13:4.

Note: First, loving God requires knowing Him, and that knowledge begins with His Word. To know Him is to love Him. To love God is to worship and praise Him. It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.
To love God is to put Him first. It’s an undivided love. God is our priority. If we love God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, then we won’t allow other things to crowd in.
Our love for God is manifested by loving people, but we do not love the things of the world. Earth has nothing to be desired.
Its God that we desired. We cannot love this present world and God at the same time (1 John 2:15); love for what the world offers can lead us astray (2 Timothy 4:10).
To love God is to desire Him, to yearn for His righteousness, His Word, and His grace.

Understand by accepting and doing and dwelling in his Love. Abide.
Note: Obedience is something that we do and apply with love; it is not nothing that is done to us.
It is written in John 14:15. “If you love me, keep my commands.
It is written in John 14:21. Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him."
It is written in John 14:23. Jesus replied, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him
John 15:10
If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and remain in His love.
It is written in 1 John 2:3. By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments.
It is written in 1 John 5:3. For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome,
It is written in 2 John 1:6. And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.
