Seeds III ~ A Trilogy
Originally posted on Chimera Poetry:
The seeds had fallen from the sky
and the tendrils shot up strongly and strangely
compelling in their aberrancy
as they hung like windchimes moving delicately
like they were tasting the wind
The panic, never far away, overwhelmed
and fire and bullets and chemicals
were all brought out in profusion
and the protesters made vegetative signs and claimed cruelty
and the governments all issued carefully controlled press releases advising calm
as they packed and flew to supposedly secure locations
while the tendrils grew sturdier and progressed across the streets and plains and cities
appearing with every eyeblink in new places
deserts, ice flows, salty oceans
all overgrown
all unchecked by any tool or scheme or entreaty of humankind
until the globe was covered
and silent
except for the chuckling whisper of wind in the vines…

Individuality Combined With Passion
Originally posted on findingmyinnercourage:
We each have a specific way of doing the things we do in life. We like doing what we like, appreciate what we appreciate and travel down the individual paths we have established for ourselves. We map out our lives by the decisions we make, the amount of drive we put forth and the risks we take.
Not one map is alike, right or wrong. Just unique!

My First Award – The Lighthouse Award (eee)
Originally posted on Bethanie Hardie:
As I am really bad at the internet in general I happened across my notation completely accidentally whilst reading some else’s post about their own nomination.
Moving on… I would like to thank the amazing Chris Musgrave for nominating me, from one Englishman (&woman) to another! If you haven’t yet seen his blog and read some of his wonderful work, firstly, where have you been? And secondly, you can find his blog right HERE. You should go do that before you read any more of this post.
Done? Good, we shall continue.
Along with the award comes a set of instructions, and they go a bit like this…

Faith is moving forward
not knowing where you’re going
heading towards something but
you may not know what,
when, where how or why
you take a step and believe
Faith is moving forward
