meditation - 2/7/2012 - SURE OF
TODAY, I AM GRATEFUL THAT
THERE ARE SOME THINGS
I CAN BE SURE OF...
That Debbie Harry will always be the coolest chick in rock and roll
that some people will never get sober, no matter how much you try
to help them and even if they have the sincere desire...
that my dog will always have the purest heart, much purer
than mine
that after 2 years, every relationship will take a turn in the road
for the better
or worse
and we will either survive it together
or we won't, even if we don't see it until many years down the line.
And today I will grateful that there is an order to things and that I get to live in reality and see it, not fight it
and not delude myself into wish-believing that things are true just because I don't want them to be untrue
and I will grateful for the beauty of the beauty and that that will
ALWAYS
be there too.

Today, I will REMEMBER that
I am not THE ENGINE

I FORGET that I'm not the one
who's supposed to generate
the answers
or that I am not my best
SOURCE
for the decisions and plans
I need.
That my job is to be still
and LISTEN for
the GUIDANCE,
to let it take me into
my best FUTURE and
carry me into the
GREATNESS that can
BECOME.

MEDITATION: Today I will DECIDE to WALK AGAIN
TODAY I WILL DECIDE
TO WALK AGAIN
What if you bumped your head
and lost your memory
or you forgot who I was
and couldn’t remember if
you loved me anymore
or even if you’d want to
re-learn to?
(and you know how these things
just happen)
and even though you were
the one who bumped your
head
could I be the one to get
strong enough
with or without you to
WALK AGAIN
even if I didn’t
want to?
TO WALK AGAIN

She knew that it was absolutely necessary to do so, however, and she succeeded after the first few attempts..."

KINDLE CONVERSION DAY IS OVER -- I FORGOT I HAD A REAL LIFE...

It must sound silly but yesterday was very intense with finally getting the Kindle version of the book up and posted and priced...
It felt like the period at the end of a very long sentence that I guess would be the manufacture of the project called ALL STORMS PASS; The Anti-Meditations...

The reviews still aren't linked/synched up with the 2 versions but I am going to trust that the Universe is just going to take care of that.
#2 - Today, Marlan Warren - author and blogger is posting an in depth interview with me about the book, my background and my process in writing the book, it's history and what my big head thinks about it.
