TODAY, I AM GRATEFUL THAT
THERE ARE SOME THINGS
I CAN BE SURE OF...

That Debbie Harry will always be the coolest chick in rock and roll

that some people will never get sober, no matter how much you try
to help them and even if they have the sincere desire...

that my dog will always have the purest heart, much purer

than mine

that after 2 years, every relationship will take a turn in the road

for the better
or worse

and we will either survive it together
or we won't, even if we don't see it until many years down the line.

And today I will grateful that there is an order to things and that I get to live in reality and see it, not fight it

and not delude myself into wish-believing that things are true just because I don't want them to be untrue

and I will grateful for the beauty of the beauty and that that will

ALWAYS

be there too.
