Rest Heals!

After two weeks taking care of my sick kids while being sick myself I finally got a full night's sleep last night. It did me good. Just my whole head is sore from sinus pressure today. It's been like this for the past 5 days. Haven't been able to taste my food or smell anything for like a week. The only reason I'm enduring it is because I've lost weight. I'm doing Slimming World. My target date is 28th Feb 2017 to reach my goal weight.

Getting Better?

I think this virus is finally going, a bit.

So I got some hair dye. Well, hair bleach. I dyed my hair too black the other day. Don't know if I blogged about it. I have FluBrain. Can't think straight from one minute to the next. And I'm trying to plan a birthday party tomorrow! Ugh. It's all happening.

Anyway, I'm hoping to try and lighten my hair this weekend while the kids are away with their dad. Should I reveal that on a public blog? I don't know! Like I said my head is fuzzy. Oh well. This...

Flu Face

A virus has damaged my sinuses and it feels like I've been punched in the nose. Can't even touch the bridge of my nose. There's tremendous pressure on my eyes too. And my upper and lower left jaw and teeth hurt. All because of sensitive infected sinuses. Along with a terrible cough.
Been inflicted with this misery for over a week now. It's beyond annoying. Painful. Insufferable.

How I'd Write

If it were up to me I'd write novels in one go. As a block. Like a novel in a week. Seven days. That's just how I prefer to write. Blitz through it all at once. Actually, that's how I like to clean the house too. Leave it a mess until no one can walk through the place like some kind of filthy hoarders live here. Then blitz it so clean one day the slightest whisper makes loud echoes in the once filled, and now empty rooms.

This day was too hot! I did the school run this afternoon. Started sweating when I had to take 4 bags of recycling downstairs. Then I got into my car and it was like sitting in a fan assisted oven on 220 degrees Celsius! I couldn't breathe! Not even opening all the windows helped! So I pulled an all-nighter last night/this morning. No, not raving or partying. Watching Netflix of course! Yall know how that goes. Well, yall who binge watch Netflix and Amazon Video, etc.

There I was in bed about to zonk out, checkin' Twitter. I saw a tweet about a Netflix show called *Stranger Things. I was like oo this looks good, when I opened it up in the app. And that was it really. I got hooked in straight away within the first 10 seconds.
