"The Adventures of Alexander von Humboldt" is the Number 1 non-fiction book in May in DIE ZEIT in Germany. This is what they write about it:

Humboldt Documentary: ZDF Terra X and ARTE

I worked on a Humboldt documentary for which we travelled through South America following Humboldt's footsteps. The German version (called Humboldt und die Neuentdeckung der Natur) will finally be broadcast on ARTE (Germany and France) on 27 April 2019 and on ZDF Terra X on 5 May 2019.

Spiegel Bestseller List: Top 10 'Adventures of Alexander von Humboldt'

"The Adventures of Alexander von Humboldt" have been in the Top 10 of the Spiegel Bestseller List in Germany since 6 April!!! Thank you to everybody ... this is just so fantastic. And because it's so great, here is the first list and a photo that shows the shelving problems ... sideways ... but maybe suitable for a Querdenker like Humboldt.
