El Pa��s: Interview about 'Chasing Venus'

It's been eight years since Chasing Venus was first published - but it's just been translated to Spain and published there. Strangely now seems to be a much more poignant time for a book that retells the story of the very first international science collaboration. As scientists across the world are trying to develop a vaccine against COVID-19, I'm reminded of these daring astronomers who transcended national, religious and political borders and came together to discover the size of the solar system. 

Here is the interview I did for El Pa��s about the Spanish translation.

Discovery Award 2019 Science Film Festival: Humboldt Documentary

Our Humboldt Documentary (Terra X ZDF in Germany and Smithsonian Channel in US) has won the "Discovery Award 2019" at Science Film Festival (Goethe Institute). I had such fun following Humboldt's footsteps (again) during the filming - great team, great locations, great subject.
