El Pa��s: Interview about 'Chasing Venus'

It's been eight years since Chasing Venus was first published - but it's just been translated to Spain and published there. Strangely now seems to be a much more poignant time for a book that retells the story of the very first international science collaboration. As scientists across the world are trying to develop a vaccine against COVID-19, I'm reminded of these daring astronomers who transcended national, religious and political borders and came together to discover the size of the solar system.
