Hello Rebels, and welcome back to my life.

So yesterday I gave you my tearful good-bye to The Hobbit films and Middle-earth films in general, but today let’s get happier and talk about the movie itself.

I mean obviously I’m a huuuge Tolkien geek, so it’s difficult for me to judge any of the Lord of the Rings or Hobbit films objectively, but I’m gonna give it my best shot.

VLOG: I Saw The Hobbit, #OneLastTime

Last night, I put my fandom on my sleeve #OneLastTime. I went out to the midnight showing of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies in Burbank. This film has been the biggest thing in my life, other than my family, for the last four years. And now it's over. I don't quite know how to process that. I hope I figure it out at some point.

VLOG: So How About This Weather We’re Having?

Good morning Rebels, and welcome back to my life.

The new schedule I talked about yesterday worked great! I got some writing done, got some other work done, it’s good. It’s good to feel organized.

Now we’re going for day two on this rainy day in Los Angeles, where I am sitting in my office freezing.

Now before you talk about how much worse the weather is wherever you are, remember two things:

One, I know it’s worse where you are. There’s a thing called a polar vortex slamming the northern United States right now, and it’s hitting people with weather more commonly seen in, like, the North Pole.

Two, Remember that every place where humans lived is designed, more or less, to resist the natural disasters that affect that region.
