Readers of Taming Fire,The Dragonprince Trilogy also read Fated Saga.

In my continued research, to see what other books readers of the Fated Saga series are reading, this is the next series I came across: Taming Fire, by Aaron Pogue.

Daven Carrickson grew up as a beggar in the filthy alleys beneath the shadows of the palace. He's the son of a known thief, disgraced and despised. His only real talent is his ability with a sword, and his only real chance at finding honor or a home is a desperate dream of joining the King's Guard.

Then Daven receives a new future when Master Claighan invites him to study magic at the Academy. The wizard offers to make him into a new kind of soldier: a swordsman equally skilled with forged blades and mystic forces. It only helps that Daven has no home, no family, and nothing left to lose.

But when conspiring forces destroy the wizard's plans, Daven finds himself wanted for treason and murder. Hunted by a great black beast of a dragon, caught between the King's Guard and a rebel force led by a rogue wizard, Daven's only hope of surviving is to become more than he's ever dreamed possible.

Taming Fire is the first book in the Dragonprince Trilogy. Approximately 110,000 words.

Reders of the Fallen Star Series on Kindle also read Fated Saga

Here's another book that readers of the Fated Saga also read on the Amazon Kindle:

For eighteen year-old Gemma, life has never been normal. Up until recently, she has been incapable of feeling emotion. And when she's around Alex, the gorgeous new guy at school, she can feel electricity that makes her skin buzz. Not to mention the monsters that haunt her nightmares have crossed over into real-life.

But with Alex seeming to hate her and secrets popping up everywhere, Gemma's life is turning into a chaotic mess. Things that shouldn't be real suddenly seem to exist. And as her world falls apart, figuring out the secrets of her past becomes a matter of life and death.

This cold won't hold back the editing process!

Crap! Sick again! I have officially lost count as to how many times I have been sick over the two years or so. Each time I think I have a handle on the situation I wake up in the middle of the night, sick, yet again!

Frustrating? More frustrating than writing/editing/publishing and managing a complete book series for sure!

But, so far, this cold, although a suck-fest, is not holding back my editing efforts for book four. Making the progress a little slower perhaps, but the adrenaline is pushing me forward. However, even as I get ready to post this blog, my eyes are drooping and I may need a very short nap break.

Guess I should make another pot of coffee.

Readers of Significance by Shelly Crane on Kindle also read Fated Saga

I got curious about what other books are being read, by people reading the Fated Saga books. So I did a little research on Amazon and this is what I discovered:

The list is quite large!

Here is one:
Significance by Shelly Crane

Maggie is a seventeen year old girl who's had a bad year. She was smart and on track but then her mom left, her dad is depressed, she's graduating, barely, and her boyfriend of almost three years dumped her for a college football schalorship. Lately she thinks life is all about hanging on by a thread and is gripping tight with everything she has. Then she meets Caleb. She saves his life and instantly knows there's something about him that's intriguing but she is supposed to be on her way to a date with his cousin. But things change when they touch, sparks ignite. Literally. They imprint with each other and she sees their future life together flash before her eyes. She learns that not only is she his soul mate, and can feel his heartbeat in her chest, but there is a whole other world of people with gifts and abilities that she never knew existed. She herself is experiencing supernatural changes unlike anything she's ever felt before and she needs the touch of his skin to survive. Now, not only has her dad come out of his depression to be a father again, and a pain as well, but Caleb's enemies know he's imprinted and are after Maggie to stop them both from gaining their abilities and take her from him. Can Caleb save her or will they be forced to live without each other after just finding one another?

Book 4 in the Fated Saga!

Just minutes ago, I typed the final word to book four. What was that word? "Home"

Its hard to express what it feels like to finish this part of the story. Yes! I said its hard to express, but then maybe I'm just suffering from an overdose of exhilaration and exhaustion! Its an emotional journey from word one...

Now, the book goes into editing. This will take some time, but its all worth it! Look for a publication announcement to come soon :)

Thanks to each and every reader and fan for hanging in there with me!
