I’M ON MY PERIOD

5 Days to go till the New Jersey Marathon and I’ve got a sinus infection. I’m fairly certain my body is on to me and this is its way of preparing my immune system for the race. This has happened in the past on at least one other occasion. I suppose the best way to get me to rest, stay sober, and sleep a lot was to get sick. So bravo body, I hope you’re ready for Sunday!

MILLER INTRODUCES SHOTGUN FRIENDLY CAN; FRATS REJOICE

Miller Light now comes in a “Punch Top” can. Making it easier than ever to shotgun a beer.

For those of you that are unaware, if you punch a hole in the top of a beer can it creates an air vent which allows the beer to flow out faster. The purpose of this is to challenge your friends to “shotgun” a beer and finish yours before they finish theirs. In some cultures its a way to prove you have a very small penis. Until now college kids had to use a knife and risk cutting off a finger. Or even worse a pen which is always a sure fire way to make a mess.

*Note: For faster flow -poke a hole in the side of the can near the bottom about the size of nickel. Tilt the can at an angle, pop the top of the can and inhale the beer through the side hole you created.

Here’s my question: I started running in the fall on the treadmill and I really enjoy it, but I am ready to be an outdoor runner for the spring & summer weather. Problem is, running outside in NYC is a little intimidating to me. I live in Brooklyn-  so I have a lot of options (sidewalks, parks, bridges) I just don’t really know where to start. Any advice for a newbie like me?

A good starting point would be Prospect Park. Or one of the 3 bridges that connect BK to Manhattan. -There’s 4 options with no cars involved.

You didn’t leave your name so I don’t know if you’re a guy or a girl but my advice is to grow a pair.

The treadmill is so boring. Go out there and see the world and be a part of its energy. Feed off the energy that you’re creating.

ROCK N ROLL GIRLS DO IT BETTER

There aren’t many of us rock n roll guys out there. So when a rock n roll girl sees a rock n roll guy she tends to lose her mind a bit. And the same goes for us long hairs. Every time I see a girl in a Van Halen t-shirt (which happens about never) I melt to the floor.

When it comes to the bedroom, I hate to tell you but practice makes perfect. It’s like anything in life. If you want to be a good golfer, you have to get out there and play; often. The same goes for blow jobs.

If you meet a girl in a bar with a Metallica t-shirt and she gives you the best head of your life, chances are she’s done a lot of practicing on dudes that own one or more Gibson’s. Still, I’ll take that any day over the girl who’s blowing the guys in the button down shirts.

LAST NIGHT

First of all last night was absolutely amazing. I didn’t get to DJ quite as long as I wanted to because of technical difficulties but the next party is already in the works and I assure you it will be one you’ll never remember.

I’d like to explain last nights tweet. I was wearing American flag spandex pants and a hot young blonde rock n roll princess kept grabbing my package. She said “I don’t meant to be creepy, I just can’t control myself.”

So I of course said “Baby, it ain’t creepy if you’ve got permission.”
