John

John is just a fun character. I enjoyed writing him so much. Here are a few reasons why:
~ He is always toying with arrows~ He often sits in trees, on boulders, anything to be above people~ He has a poetic way of speaking at times ~ He likes children~ He is a hero and doesn't realize it

Brianna

In the very first book that I ever wrote, there was a princess that I called Hannah. I liked her from the very beginning. When I reimagined the story and wrote Brothers and Betrayal, Hannah became Brianna. Here are some fun facts about her.

~ She has both noble and peasant heritage
~ She has her own crown
~ She is secretly helping others
~ She is torn between her love for her father and frustration with him
~ She dresses like a peasant and leaves the castle sometimes

You can read more of her story at a discounted price! Snatch it up while it's on sale!

Alditha

When Adventures and Adversities  opens, Alditha has never left her home village. For the times, this was not odd. The quickly changes after one act of self-sacrifice. I love how Alditha does so much without complaining. It isn't that everything is going well, but she chooses to see the good in what is around her. Here are some other facts about the main character of this first book of Taelis:

~ She is in her mid-teens
~ Her best friend is the reason her adventures start
~ She has a sweet disposition
~ She misses a sister that died
~ She is kind to others, even when they are mean in return
~ She is clever
~ Her friend and her pulled some pranks in their childhood
~She has a lot to learn about God

Do you want to read her story? You can read what Tarissa and Deborah thought about it if you want some help deciding. Today, you can get the Kindle edition for only $0.99!

William

William chronologically, his story is first. Yet, I think most people will enjoy his story more after reading Adventures and Adversities.
Who is William? Let's go over the facts:
~ He is the son of a noble~ He is working as a peasant~ Has only one living sibling~ Protective of his sister Eleanor~ Sometimes rescues maidens in distress
What is my favorite characteristic of William? His gentleness. Why? It isn't easy for him. He was trained as a warrior. He knows how to fight and has never forgotten his heritage. Yet, even with all of that, he chooses to act with gentleness toward others.
Today, you can get Admirable for free! Click this image:
