Review: Starr Smith awards 5 stars to Casi McLean

Destiny Series will wow you! Heartwarming, ethereal, paranormal and romantic stories all rolled into a series that’s well-written, entertaining and charming. 5-stars. Casi McLean is on my watch list. Whatever she publishes, I’ll read. She is definitely an up-and-coming tale weaver.

Of all the emotions we humans experience, love surely rates as the most complex. Do we love our children more? Do we love God most? How are those attachments different, and can we feel the same emotional engagement to either that we do in the fireworks brand of courtship and early romantic entanglement?

Katie O’Sullivan

Our “cute meet” wasn’t on the steps of some Ivy-covered hall, but a few years later… at an after-work happy hour in a run-down Boston pub with floors sticky with spilled beer and maniacal foosball players screeching obscenities at one another.

In other words, a bar hookup.

Love Your Life

The key to loving life is to love yourself. Each of us has the power within to change our destiny, but you can't move forward with one foot stuck in the past. Don't be a victim of a destructive past. Become a survivor with positive influences, supportive people, and encouraging words. It's all about love.

Romance starts with love. Seems simple, right? Sometimes we even believe romance and love are the same thing. But really, romance is the result of the ability to open your heart to love. And that opening starts first and foremost with ourselves.

Mary Gillgannon

I’m an adrenaline junkie. The term usually conjures up people who choose exciting, high-risk careers or activities: policemen, firemen, EMT’s, sky divers and mountain climbers. In contrast, I am physically cautious, not very athletic and rather passive. But that’s the real-world me. The inner me thrives on excitement, adventure and intense emotion.
