As a romance writer, I'm expected by everyone to know all about love, but I don't. Now, I know I love chocolate, babies, kittens, and puppies, but there is a deeper love that most people think I have a handle on, and that's not the case.

Being true to yourself is important. It took me a while to realize that, but I’m so much happier now that I know it. I never imagined I’d be a writer. To think I could tell a story someone would want to read was pure hubris.

Meet Heroine Lacey Madison Montgomery
Anna Durand hosted me on her blog yesterday. A unique experience with the heroine of my new release, Beneath The Lake, Lacey Madison Montgomery had her first interview. It was so much fun, I wanted to post the interview for all my readers. For a great way to get inside Lacey's head, please take a moment and check out the interview. And if you're interested in being a guest on Anna's blog, her contact information is at the bottom of this post. Casi

I have always had two burning ambitions – to own a horse and to write and publish a novel. Always a dreamer, I made up stories from a young age. I would say to anyone with a dream – go for it! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, although, as in my case, it might take a long time to achieve, it’s worth waiting for.
