SINFULLY YOURS release blitz and #giveaway! @LisaFoxRomance #eroticrom

Sinfully Yours by Lisa Fox

Hi Everyone!

I am thrilled to announce the release of my Quickie erotic romance SINFULLY YOURS!

To celebrate, I am giving away a copy to one lucky commenter on my blog. Head over to LISA FOX ROMANCE (http://lisafoxromance.wordpress.com/2013/11/30/sinfully-yours-release-blitz-giveaway/) between now and Monday, December 2, 2013 to enter!

Sinfully Yours by Lisa FoxBlurb:

Mardi Gras is a time of debauchery, the “last hurrah” for all the sinners before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. Bailey is on a mission to wallow in some serious carnal delights, and Bourbon Street is chock-full of options.

When a handsome military man appears at her side, she knows he’s the one for her. Beads are exchanged, flesh exposed, but their night of sinfully wicked lust ends with the coming of the dawn.

Bailey has the chance to keep the passion alive, as long as she has the courage to take the chance of a lifetime.

A Romantica® contemporary erotic romance from Ellora’s Cave

A roar of cheers and applause exploded from somewhere down the street and Bailey smiled. Someone must have shown something very, very good. She toasted the night with the remnants of the cocktail she had picked up before hitting Bourbon Street. The sharp kick of cheap vodka burned pleasantly as it slid down her throat. She put the empty cup aside, balancing it on top of a garbage can already heaped with at least twenty others. The alcohol went straight to her head, and she laughed as beads rained down out the sky. Music blasted from the Cat’s Meow speakers, a pulsating beat that commanded the crowd to dance. With no desire to resist, she moved her hips to the rhythm, letting herself get carried away.

“I think I just found my new favorite song,” a man said from somewhere beside her.

He had a deep voice, a panty-melting baritone, and she was already smiling as she turned toward him. What she found only made her smile wider. He was tall, well over six-feet, with close-cropped caramel-brown hair, and blue-gray eyes. With his ramrod-straight spine, firm body and air of tightly controlled dominance, he had to be military. She met his gaze and a prickly thrill tiptoed down her spine. This was a most fortuitous turn of events.

Hump Day HookHello everyone! Last time, Sera went skinny dipping. Today, in this excerpt

from Alien Admirer, Adam finally admits his feelings for his neighbor.

Alien Admirer by Jessica E. Subject

“I wasn’t on a date.” He turned away from her. “I went to the bar to try and drink away the sight of you with another man.”

She gripped the outside ledge of the window, trying to wrap her head around his mumbled words. “You didn’t drive under the influence, did you?”

He raised his eyebrows. “Of all the things I said, that’s what you picked up on?”

“No, I just want to make sure it’s not the alcohol talking. Because if you are intoxicated, I’m going inside and pretend you didn’t say that the sight of me with another man bothered you.” Though, his words were already embedded in her memory.

“I can assure you I’m not drunk. Didn’t even finish my first beer. It wouldn’t have helped anyway. I can’t get you out of my mind.”

Interview with Sandra @UlbrichAlmazan, author of Letters To Psyche #fantasy #romance

Letters to Psyche by Sandra Ulbrich Almazan

Please welcome author Sandra Ulbrich Almazan to the blog! Sandra, please tell us about your story, Letters to Psyche.

SUA: In my fantasy short story “Letters to Psyche,” Cupid and Psyche, despite being separated, must figure out how to resolve a curse put on the Montague and Capulet families prior to the births of Romeo and Juliet.

Describe the heroine in three words.

SUA: Wise, devoted, patient.

What traits does the hero posses that makes the heroine swoon?

SUA: He’s the God of Love. Need I say more?

What was your inspiration for this story?

SUA: Originally, it was a story prompt involving a kiss.

Who is your favorite character from this book? Can you include an excerpt involving this character?

SUA: Cupid, as the story is told from his perspective.

Here are a few words from him: “As Elisabeth spoke, I remembered eavesdropping as my mother tasked you with sorting seeds, fetching golden fleece, and even sending you to Hades. How I had to sneak around to find sympathetic helpers for you. Even with them on our side, we nearly lost each other. But would we have realized how much we needed each other if we had not been parted for a while? Nothing worth winning was ever gained easily, but greedy mortals always demand the gods make their paths as smooth as silk.”

What genres do you write in, and what appeals to you about those genres?

SUA: I write science fiction and fantasy not just because they let me escape, but also because they make me think.

What are you working on now?

SUA: I’m currently working on a prequel to a fantasy series.

Can you describe your daily writing routine?

SUA: I write during my lunch break at work and after my son goes to bed.

Are you a plotter or a pantser?

SUA: I’m a pantser. I have to write the first draft to figure out the story and then revise it extensively.

What writing/writer’s organizations are you involved with? Can you explain how they help your writing and/or your writing career?

SUA: I’m a founding member of Broad Universe, which promotes and supports women writing science fiction, fantasy, and horror. Though the contacts I made through Broad Universe, I was able to sell a short story to an anthology.

Letters to Psyche by Sandra Ulbrich AlmazanWhere can my readers find you?

SUA: Sandra can be found online at her website, blog, Twitter, Facebook, and Goodreads.

Where can my readers find your books?

SUA: My books are available through Amazon, B&N, Smashwords, Kobo, Apple, and Diesel. All of my books are available as eBooks, and two of them are also available in paper and audio formats.

#MySexySaturday – More FUN with fruit in ANOTHER NIGHT, ANOTHER PLANET #1NS #ebook

My Sexy Saturday

Hello peeps! It’s the 26TH week of My Sexy Saturday. Here are the details:

every Saturday, published and unpublished authors will be sharing 7 words,

sentences, or paragraphs from a work-in-progress or an already published story.

Last week I shared with you seven paragraphs from Never Gonna Desert You, which is part of the Rebels and Romance anthology. Well, here’s another fun with fruit moment from ANOTHER NIGHT, ANOTHER PLANET.

Another Night, Another Planet, an erotic sci-fi romance by Jessica E. Subject

He licked the sugary cream from her erect peaks, swirling his tongue around each before sucking it all off. Absolutely divine. She moaned, bucking against him. So much for getting to know each other again. But if he had his way, they’d have plenty of time to catch up after the evening ended. He had to remind her of what they’d once had.

Spreading open her legs, he grabbed another piece of fruit. He squeezed its juices over her already slick folds, lapping the sweet flavors together. The taste of pure decadence, a heady combination of sweetness and sex, left him starving for more. Swirling his tongue, he savored her alluring taste. Her high-pitched keening resonating through the room, she gripped his shoulders, pushing her pelvis closer. Anxious to have her screaming his name, he plunged two fingers inside her velvet core, focusing his ministrations on her clit.

Her reaction was instantaneous. She jerked, her pussy clenching his digits. “That’s it, Ava. Let yourself go.”

She dug her nails into his skin, her body glowing. He continued his torment, longing to make up for his absence. All or nothing.

He thrust deeper, until she found her release.

“Nate!” She shoved her hips into the air, writhing on the lounger, as he maintained a steady beat, sliding in and out. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she pressed her body to his, her short pants brushing across his ear. “That was…amazing. No one…ever. Shit.”

With a grin, he held her close, brushing her sweat-soaked hair from her face. “It’s all about you. Everything for you, Ava.”

EXCERPT:

I froze. He’s leaving. I glared at Jake’s back, but feeling his misery, my anger quickly subsided. “We can figure something—”

“Stop!” He pulled his arm back and slammed his fist into the wall, denting it. “There’s nothing to figure out. My sister will not be used as a pawn.” His face fell. He leaned back and brought his hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose. “I wouldn’t be able to live with myself.”

He’s already made up his mind. Instantly, I started to question everything about Jake and me…about us. My reservations from the first time I met him—the first time he saved me, opened his mouth, and pushed me away—flared to life, and I chided myself for being so naïve. I knew something like this would happen.

The questions jumped off my tongue before I could contain them. “What about Dani? What about me? You’re just going to leave?”

VBT_IntoTheFire_CoverBannerWhen he didn’t respond, reality burst overhead like a looming storm cloud, clearing away the fog that had settled in my heart and mind. How could I have been so stupid?

The conversation we’d had on the dock back in St. Louis resurfaced from under a month’s-worth of foolhardy emotions. Jake’s words replayed in my mind.

“For whatever reason, I know you don’t want to let me in…or maybe you just don’t know how…what are you afraid of?”

This. This feeling of inexplicable loss was what I’d been afraid of—the living lump of hysteria swelling in my throat, the desperation in my heart. I couldn’t swallow it away.

Biting the inside of my cheek as hard as possible, I willed myself to calm down. Keep it together, Zoe.

Jake strode past me to Becca, pulling her up to her feet.

Lunging at him, I pushed against his chest as hard as I could. “You’re leaving?” He stumbled away from Becca, and I pushed him again. “You’re going to kill Dani!” I shoved against his shoulder. “You’re going to kill us all if you take her!” I smack his chest. “I won’t let you ruin everything.” I won’t let you break my heart! I pushed, shoved, and slapped him again and again. “You son of a bitch!”

Jake gripped my arms firmly, immobilizing me and forcing me to look up at him. His eyebrows lifted with sympathy…or is it sorrow? I was too upset to differentiate between his emotions and mine.

“Let go,” I warbled.

As he opened his mouth to speak, a gunshot cracked through the air, and Jake yanked me down to the floor.

AUTHOR Bio and Links:

Lindsey Fairleigh lives her life with one foot in a book—as long as that book transports her to a magical world or bends the rules of science. Her novels, from post-apocalyptic to time travel and historical fantasy, always offer up a hearty dose of unreality, along with plenty of adventure and romance. When she’s not working on her next novel, Lindsey spends her time reading and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She lives in the Napa Valley with her loving husband and confused cats.

Lindsey Pogue has always been a little creative. As a child she established a bug hospital on her elementary school soccer field, compiled books of collages as a teenager, and as an adult, expresses herself through writing. Her novels are inspired by her observations of the world around her–whether she’s traveling, people watching, or hiking. When not plotting her next story line or dreaming up new, brooding characters, Lindsey’s wrapped in blankets watching her favorite action flicks or going on road trips with her own leading man.

Spotlight & $25 Amazon GC #Giveaway – HER DEVIANT LORD by @LaynaPimentel #historicalromance

Her Deviant Lord by Layna Pimental
HER DEVIANT LORD
by Layna Pimentel

Publisher: Secret Cravings Publishing

Genre: Historical Erotic Romance

Warning: This book has elements of: light bondage, and ménage.

Length: Novella

Blurb:

Bastian Wycliffe, the Earl of Wendelhem, has finally moved on…or so he thought. En-route to a hunting trip after over-indulging the night before, he endures a frightful and terribly embarrassing swoon. He’s seen a ghost and her name is Cordelia Waite, the Duchess of Downsbury.

Mrs. Weylen, formerly a duchess, has a secret. All it took was the chance meeting in the inn that fateful night for her memories to come back and haunt her. She makes haste returning to London incognito with the intent to clear up misconceptions and to deliver an ultimatum to her former lover.

Yet, when a new found obsession refuses to accept the truth, and her imprisoned husband discovers she’s still alive, their lives and relationship may be in danger. Second chances have never been more precarious.

Excerpt:

Cordelia noticed that his hair was mussed from the back. Has he been entertaining a woman upstairs? Has he truly moved on and found another lover? Her heart sank at the prospect. How could he replace me so…so…so…soon? It has not even been a full year.

Her hands trembled beneath her cape, and she could barely stand on her own. How she wanted to throw her arms around him and tell him how much she missed him.

“Thompson! What is so important that it could not wait until morning? Has anything happened?”

“Be easy, man. I assure you, Isabel and Emily are fine. I simply came here to escort a woman who desperately wanted to see you.”

He scoffed. “If this has anything to do with Mary Elizabeth, I—”

The marquess nodded, and Cordelia stepped forward into the glowing light of the fireplace. Bastian turned toward her, and when she lifted the hood of the cape, his eyes widened and his mouth gaped before he crashed to the floor from swooning.

Oof! I have to admit, I did not quite expect that response.”

Cordelia abandoned her cape where she stood and ran over to him, dropping to her knees. Good heavens! What have I started? The man probably thought he was staring at a ghost. “Wake up, my love!” she whispered as the butler walked in.

“What happened?”

“He just swooned. I have it under control. If he was entertaining upstairs, can you see to the lady and have her sent home immediately? He will need some rest, and I am certain he will want some privacy.”

“Certainly, sir. I shall have her removed immediately.”

So, he was entertaining another woman. How could he… Fury simmered beneath the surface of her calm facade. Why had he never come to confirm if the reports were true? She always knew Richard would never waste a minute on her, but Bastian… They were so close. Kindred spirits. He should have been able to feel, somehow, that she was alive.

Disappointment washed over her. Instead of fawning over his swoon, Cordelia jumped to her feet, walked over to sideboard, and grabbed a bottle of port. Then, she returned to him and began to unscrew the cork.

“Cordelia, what are you doing?”

“Getting him to come out of his swoon.”

“With that?”

“Yes. Do you take issue with my course of action, my lord?”

The marquess stepped away and waved for her to continue.

“If you would rather leave, I am quite capable of waking and caring for him.”

“I will leave the two alone once I am assured you can stay. Though we should not stay too late.”

“And I assure you, my lord, once I have said what I have to say, he will probably want me removed from the premises immediately.”

“In that case, I will wait in the hall for you.”

Once his lordship closed the door behind him, she dumped the bottle of port over Bastian’s face. He sputtered at first, and when his eyes opened wildly, followed by oaths being muttered, he stared at her and jumped to his feet.

“Damnation, woman! You are alive!”

He practically collided into her to embrace her, and all she could do was slap him. Her hand stung from the impact. She instantly regretted her action, but how else was she to express her displeasure at his courting another woman?

Bastian growled at her. “What in the world was that for?”

“That was for not looking for me! And if I were you, I would stay back. I am liable to slap you again for entertaining other female guests.”

“Cordelia…please! You have to understand. All of the ton thinks you are dead. Hell, everyone thought you dead. The carriage was decimated.”

“But you did not come, not until that night in the inn, and even then, you were not searching me out. Tell me, how many whores have you entertained since my supposed death? Has anyone come close to pleasuring you the way I did so faithfully.”

The earl shook his head at her with vehemence. “Sweetheart, had I suspected there was even the smallest chance of your survival, I would have sought you out.”

I doubt that. “When you decide to come to your senses, I am only in town for a few more days. I did have much to say to you, but I am so furious with you right now, ’tis best I wait.” She walked toward the door.

“Cordelia…wait…” Stay here, love. There is plenty of room.”

“I did not travel alone. And, unlike you, I have a responsibility to see to. Adieu.”

Dying to Love Her – Interview and Giveaway with author Dana Lorraine #PNR #newrelease

Dying to Love Her by Dana LorraineHi Jessica! Thanks for letting me visit today. I’m excited to be here and share my erotic paranormal M/F/M ménage, Dying to Love Her, with your readers.

It’s great to have you here, Dana! Tell us about your new release.

Well let’s start with why I’m most excited about this short novel. It’s my first published work EVER!  I’ve been trying for some time to write something that would catch an editor’s eye and my sexy vampire fitness trainers did the trick.

Alec Kosta and Rook Abernathy, owners of Empriva Fitness, make working out absolutely orgasmic. My curvy heroine, thirty-five year old Melanie Woodson, eagerly adheres to their pleasurable exercise program. Wouldn’t you? Since I’m a romantic at heart my heroes desperately want Melanie to be much more than a client. They don’t have much time to convince her that what she feels for them isn’t just lust but love.

Describe the heroine in three words.

You’re killing me here. Just three? Okay—let me think. Funny, independent and alone.

What traits do the heroes posses that make the heroine swoon?

It’s all about looks at first. Rook’s yummy lips and flirty stare, Alec’s perfectly sculpted flesh but what really moves Melanie is the way they treat her. Their passion for her is undeniable. They are affectionate, caring and thoughtful. She’s been without family for a while and these two are eager to make her a part of theirs.

What was your inspiration for this story?

Wishful thinking—LOL!

LOL A great answer! Who is your favorite character from this book?

Ack! Don’t ask me to choose. I love them all. But I will say this, the book is only told from Alec and Melanie’s point of view. When I wrote scenes with Rook I had to work doubly hard to make sure his emotions and personality came through in his words and actions. I couldn’t ever cheat and get inside his head to tell what he was thinking or feeling. So that made him extra fun to write.

How about I give you a little peek at a scene so you can get to know my characters better?

By the way, Melanie has a thing for fast cars and this scene begins with her trying to convince Rook to let her drive his prized Shelby Mustang.

Dying to Love Her by Dana LorraineExcerpt:

For fun she worked her best pout, sticking out her bottom lip for all it was worth. She might be overselling it with the fluttering eyelashes but went for it anyway. “Will you at least let me drive it sometime?”

He shook his head, keeping his laugh to a deep, sexy rumble in his chest. “I could be persuaded.” Rook undid his seatbelt as the elevator began its ascent. He leaned over and attacked her neck with a constellation of kisses that had her seeing stars. “You can start now by accommodating two of my fantasies at once.”

“That sounds interesting.” His lips tickled in the most tantalizing way. His breath on her neck heated her to the bone. Melanie wavered between a giggle and a sigh. “Dare I ask?”

“Having sex with you in a car and elevator. It’ll be a two-for-one.” He unfastened her seatbelt, ran his hands over the fitted cotton of her shirt as he guided the belt off her body.

The metallic whirl of the elevator stopped. Through the windshield she caught sight of Alec waiting by the entryway to Rook’s apartment. Her pulse raced with the intensity of his hot-molten-lava look.

Rook slipped his hand underneath her shirt, creating a shiver along her skin. Never hurried with his touch, he took the time to stroke every sensitive inch of her flesh. She needed to wear body armor around these two. Otherwise she’d be out of her clothes more often than she was in them.

“Why don’t we invite Alec to join us?” he purred.

An invitation wasn’t necessary. Alec prowled straight for her door and pulled it open. Dark. Carnal. She knew where his suggestion was leading, knew why Alec had hastened to the car. Anticipation strummed every nerve and she quaked.

“What do you think, Alec?” Rook nipped at her earlobe. “Can we both have our way with Melanie here in the car?”

A lump formed in the back of her throat. What had she gotten herself into? Couldn’t they ease her into a threesome on something typical like a bed? The dueling blowjobs in the shower yesterday hadn’t prepared her for what would be happening between the three of them soon.

Alec raised his brow and seemed to be mulling over the idea as he visually inspected the inside of the car. He offered her his hand. “That might prove challenging.”

Phew. She took Alec’s hand. At least one of these men had some sense.

“But I think we could make very good use of the hood,” he murmured sensually.

Dying to Love Her by Dana LorraineLove it! What are you working on now?

I have two stories at the moment vying for my attention. The first is the follow up to Dying to Love Her. Alec’s nephew is the reluctant hero of the second story. I’m also working on an erotic friends-to-lovers contemporary that’s almost done.

Can you describe your daily writing routine?

My only routine is that I have none. I work part-time for a major bookstore, have two active teenagers—that means my schedule is all over the place. Really, I fit writing in when I can but I always fit it in. I think if you want to be published and continually get new work out there it’s a daily process.

Are you a plotter or a panster?

I fly by the seat of my pants but my resolution for next year is to become more of a plotter. I generally write shorter novels but I’d like to push myself and create a plot that can carry me through a few hundred pages.

Where do your best ideas come from?

Being the panster that I am, they kind of just hit me. I might think of a funny bit of dialogue or hear a song that inspires me. What if? That’s the question I usually start with and then I’ll bounce the idea of my critique partners and friends.

What is the best piece of advice you would give to aspiring authors?

Don’t give up. Keep working at it, keep learning and perfecting your style but don’t be stubborn or refuse to take criticism. Dying to Love Her was originally rejected by an editor but she believed in the story and gave me some suggestions of how I could make it better. I listened.

Wonderful advice! Where can my readers find you?

I’m active on Twitter and Facebook. They can also send me comments on my website, www.danalorraine.com. By next month I should be up and running on Goodreads and have a blog of my own.

Where can my readers find Dying to Love Her?

My book is currently available for download on the Ellora’s Cave website, Amazon and Kobo. Any day now it should be up on Barnes & Noble and All Romance.
