The Complete Gatekeeper’s Saga Boxed Set Is Almost Here
I am so pleased to announce that the complete six-book digital Gatekeeper’s Saga Boxed Set is available for pre-order at most retailers for $9.99. That is at a significant discount off the purchase price of all the books individually. It will release on November 10th!
I’m even MORE excited to announce that the boxed set will also be available in paperback. I’m not exactly sure when it will be available–I’ve been told within ten to fifteen days. The entire saga can be purchased in paperback from your favorite online or brick and mortar book store. The suggested retail price is $58.00, but I’ve also been told that many retailers will put the set on sale for the holidays, so snag your set if you see that happen.
If you DO buy the complete paperback boxed set and would like book plates with a personalized note from me, send me your mailing address at evapohler@sbcglobal.net, and I will send the signed book plates to you at no cost.

Houston, We Have a Problem.
The problem is, I miss you!
I had such a great time at the Pasadena Barnes & Noble Bookseller’s Get Your Greek on Toga and Author Event this past Saturday! I was so excited to see Zeus (aka Judith from Platypire Reviews)!
Here I am with the crazy booksellers who made it all happen! Thank you, Emily, Shawna, and Lucy!
I was lucky to share the event with some fabulous authors: Nely Cab, PJ Hoover, Tera Lynn Childs, and Kristen Day.

We had a great turn out for the Greek mythology bingo, Greek mythology jeopardy, and other fun! Among my favorites to attend were my cousin Denise and her cutie pie daughter, Shea!
One of my biggest fans, Noah, and his mom and fellow author, BL Marsh, also came to see me!
My sweet daughter, Candace, and her friend, Hannah, looked amazing in their togas! They were a big help to me, too!
I also had the pleasure of visiting with one of my street team Divas, Mariela!

Houston Food Bank Drive
The Pasadena, TX Barnes & Noble Booksellers is hosting a canned food drive for the Houston Food Bank, which will culminate at the Get Your Greek On Toga Party and Author Event on November 1st.
For each canned good, participants will receive one raffle ticket. Those who come in costume (don’t have one? Wear a sheet!) will receive TWO raffle tickets.
What will these raffle tickets get you, you ask? Entry into a raffle, of course. And the booksellers will be raffling off our favorite things: BOOKS!
We will also have an estimation jar from Hades, Greek mythology bingo, Greek mythology jeopardy, and a costume contest with lots of other prizes, including a 2015 Medusa Calendar, buttons, snake rings, Starbucks gift cards, and other surprises. Best of all, you’ll hear from authors Nely Cab, Tera Lynn Childs, Kristen Day, and PJ Hoover. (And I’ll be there, too, of course.) This should be fun for the whole family.
We will be there from 3 pm to 6 pm. Here’s the address:

So Much Time and So Little to Write! Wait a Minute. Strike That. Reverse It. Thank You.
Exciting things are happening to me over the next few weeks!
First and foremost is the Get Your Greek On Toga Party and Author Event at the Pasadena, TX Barnes and Noble (Houston Area) on November 1st! From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., a handful of authors and I will run games, give away prizes, tell you a bit about ourselves, and sign your books!
We will start off with a guestimation jar from Hades. Be the one with the closest guess as to how many rings, candies, and plastic bugs are in the jar, and it’s yours! Share them with all your friends, or hoard them for yourself.
Then each author will tell you about herself and her books. Nely Cab, Tera Lynn Childs, Kristen Day, P.J. Hoover, and I have some awesome things to share with you!
After our introductions, we’ll play a few rounds of Greek Mythology Bingo! You’ll learn about forty different gods, goddesses, heroes, and mythological beings–but you’ll be having so much fun trying to win, you won’t realize you’re learning! Among other fabulous prizes, winners can choose from a 2015 Medusa Calendar or an “I’m a Book G[R]EEK” t-shirt. After you’ve learned everything there is to know about Greek mythology (or almost), we’ll put your knowledge to the test with Greek Mythology Jeopardy. Find the game on this website if you’d like to practice before the event!
We’ll end the event with a costume contest (yes, dress like the gods! Don’t have a costume? Wear a sheet!), followed by a signing. Here’s the address, in case you can make it:
