The Keeper Audiobook is Finished!

I just approved the reading of the Audio Book version of The Keeper.  It ought to be available on iTunes and other outlets in about two weeks.  I’m very excited for this new distribution channel.  Which book should go into Audio next?

CrossFit Puking Paleo

You’ve all heard about “eating Paleo”.  But maybe you haven’t heard about “puking Paleo.”  There is some important information you need to know about puking Paleo

When you eat Paleo, there is a lot less sugar in your diet, so you’re puke tastes even more bitter.

When you eat Paleo, there’s a lot more lettuce and other vegetables in your diet, so you’re puke is greener.

When you eat Paleo, there’s a lot more meat in your diet, so your puke is a lot more attractive to dogs, cats, possum, and racoons.

When you eat Paleo, there’s a lot less grain in your diet, so there’s a lot less undigested corn husks and wheat husks in your puke, which makes it less attractive to birds and chipmunks.

So, when you’re going to puke Paleo, try to hurl near dogs but far from birds.  This is important stuff.

It still sucks to puke, even when you puke Paleo.

I wonder what tomorrow’s WOD is…
