Brad Pitt, Girlfriend Turn Heads in Rare Red Carpet Appearance
Iconic actor Brad Pitt recently ended broke his silence on his relationship with new girlfriend Ines de Ramon.
When asked if the decision to appear at a Formula 1 race for the first time with his new girlfriend was deliberate the actor made it clear he doesn't calculate his life. “No, dude, it’s not that calculated,” he said. “If you’re living, oh my God, how exhausting would that be? If you’re living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve.”
Pitt initially began dating the jewelry designer in 2022, but the couple has remained out of the spotlight - until Friday, June 13, when the couple was spotted on a double date with Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid.
Just a few days later, Pitt and de Ramon were back in the spotlight for a rare red carpet appearance for his new film F1 The Movie.

As far as his life on the road - but off the track - Pitt admits he needs to "chill."
“I’m one of those that feels like I’m always on the racetrack and I need to, like, chill. I just need to chill. So that’s this year, just trying to chill. Enjoy the sides, don’t sweat the traffic," he said. "I'm not doing very well, by the way."
As the elder statesman in his new film, Pitt revealed he's loving this new chapter of his life while watching the younger generation create art.
"It's nice... It’s a funny thing because I see the new generations coming in and it’s really exciting what they’re doing, and the movies are about a place in time, in our time, and they reflect our time," he said. "I really enjoy it, but I so enjoy what other people are doing, so it’s less of a hunt and more of an appreciation, you know, as the natural evolution happens."
F1 The Movie debuts in theaters across the country on June 27.
MrBeast Spends Over $4 Million on a New YouTube Video
MrBeast was just named the top creator of 2025 by Forbes, which declared that he's the world's "most followed person on social media."
The social media influencer's real name is Jimmy Donaldson, and his net worth passed the billion-dollar mark in 2025, when he became "the 8th youngest billionaire" at age 27, NewsNation reported. He rose to fame in 2017 with a video showing him counting to 100,000.
So he can certainly afford to create a pricey YouTube video, and he's known for creating elaborate videos. For example, for one past video, he recreated the show Squid Game, complete with "detailed sets" and "hundreds of participants," Game Rant noted.
Even with all of that, the stats he dropped on his X page turned some heads and built anticipation for what he's planning next.
"Some stats for my next YouTube video - 400+ days from set build to final edit - 171 days of filming - 11,000 hours of footage - $4,000,000+ spent If you guys don’t like my next YouTube video I’ll cry," he wrote on X on June 14.
Another user asked when the new video will drop, and he wrote "next Saturday," which would be on June 21.

MrBeast has 405 million people following his YouTube page.
His social media following overall is even higher; he has 634 million followers on his various social media accounts, Forbes wrote.
Forbes called MrBeast "YouTube’s ringmaster of stunts and challenges " and noted that he now has a "candy brand Feastables, fast food chain MrBeast Burger," and a streaming show called Beast Games.
Dhar Mann, another YouTube creator, was second on the Forbes' list. Jake Paul came in third, Rhett & Link were fourth, and podcaster Alex Cooper was fifth.
MrBeast's X announcement had more than 4 million views.
"This is next level dedication. God bless you bro. And thanks for making us happy with your videos," a fan wrote on MrBeast's comment thread.
Will Smith Admits Painful Regret Over Turning Down ‘Inception’ Role
Will Smith’s batting average when it comes to selecting his movie roles is certainly nothing to turn your nose up at. However, just like any actor, Smith has a few movies that disappointed, and others that he turned down that wound up being major hits.
While Smith has previously admitted to other films he passed on, his comments while speaking on radio station KISS XTRA make it apparent he still feels the sting of one or two specifically.
As HuffPost detailed, Smith admitted to KISS XTRA that writer and director Chris Nolan pitched the movie Inception to him, but he turned it down. The Bad Boys star explained that he "didn't get" the idea behind the film.

"I don't think I've ever even said it publicly before..." Smith said. "...Chris Nolan brought me Inception first, and I didn't get it."
"And now that I think about it, it’s those movies that go into those alternate realities; they don’t pitch well."
Smith also called his decision to pass on The Matrix, a role in which Keanu Reeves ultimately thrived, one of his "beautiful scars." At the end of the conversation, Smith admitted he's "hurt by those two," referencing passing on Inception and The Matrix.
Leonardo DiCaprio ultimately starred in Inception, and it became one of his biggest hits. The movie grossed $828 million worldwide on a reported budget of $160 million and pulled in 102 awards overall, including four Oscars.

Footage Shows Landslides After 6.1 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Peru
The area of Lima, Peru, was hit by a major earthquake on Sunday.
Early on Sunday morning, it was reported that a 6.1-magnitude earthquake shook the coast of Lima just before noon local time, per Teo Blaskovic of The Watchers.
"A strong earthquake registered by the Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) as M6.1 hit near the coast of Lima, Peru, at 16:35 UTC (11:35 local time) on June 15, 2025. The agency is reporting a depth of 49 km (78 miles). USGS is reporting M5.6 at a depth of 53 km (32 miles)," Blaskovic wrote.
The epicenter of the quake was reportedly 46 miles southwest of Lima, although the residents in Lima clearly felt the shaking.
"IGP received numerous felt reports from Lima, Callao, and surrounding districts, consistent with moderate to strong ground shaking across the metropolitan area," the report stated.
A video surfaced of the earthquake as well, which included landslides.

Earthquakes in Peru are quite common, given that they sit in one of the most active seismic zones, and these landslides caused several transit services to temporarily shut down on Sunday morning.
At the time of publication, one person had reportedly passed away due to the earthquake while he was “standing outside his vehicle waiting for a passenger,” according to CNN.
Five people were also injured due to the earthquake in what was an unfortunate and tragic situation in Peru.

Bruce Willis’ Daughter Shares Heartbreaking Message on Father’s Day
For Rumer Willis, the eldest of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's three daughters, Father’s Day has become a difficult 24 hours.
On Sunday, the 36-year-old actress and singer took to Instagram to share a tribute to her dad for Father’s Day, including the challenges that his frontotemporal dementia (FTD) diagnosis have caused. The deeply personal message included a carousel photo of Rumer and her dad from over the years.

“Today is hard,” she began. “I feel a deep ache in my chest to talk to you and tell you everything I’m doing and what’s going on in my life. To hug you and ask you about life and your stories and struggles and successes.”
“I wish I asked you more questions while you could still tell me about it all,” Willis continued. “But I know you wouldn’t want me to be sad today so I’ll try to just be grateful, reminding myself how lucky I am that you’re my dad and that you’re still with me and I can still hold you and hug you and kiss your cheek and rub your head.”

Rumer also mentioned the way her dad’s “eyes light up” whenever he sees Louetta, the eldest Willis child’s 2-year-old daughter.
Willis ended her bittersweet letter to her dad by promising to “be grateful for every moment I have with you” and wishing him a happy Father’s Day. “I love you so much, dad,” she wrote.
Willis also took a moment to send her “love to all those who are in the boat with me or have lost their fathers, to the single moms who are the dads too, to my future baby daddy.”

In 2023, it was reported that the Die Hard actor was having challenges speaking, which is a part of FTD. Willis’ longtime friend and Moonlighting creator Glenn Gordon Caron told the New York Post that the two-time Emmy winner is “not totally verbal.”
“He used to be a voracious reader—he didn’t want anyone to know that and he’s not reading now,” Caron continued. “All those language skills are no longer available to him, and yet he’s still Bruce. When you’re with him you know that he’s Bruce and you’re grateful that he’s there, but the joie de vivre is gone.”
Willis’ wife, Emma Heming Willis, shared her own Father’s Day wishes earlier in the day. “Happy Father’s Day to all the dads living with disability or disease, showing up in the ways they can and to the children who show up for them,” she wrote. ”What Bruce teaches our girls goes far beyond words. Resilience, unconditional love, and the quiet strength in simply being present.”
New Development in Case of Missing 44-Year-Old in the Himalayas
On June 6, 44-year-old former Bay Area native Samuel Vengrinovich set out for a hike in the Himalayas and was expected to make a return.
He had rented a tent and was setting out to make the hike with a group of friends, but was expected to return from the hike after only packing one day's worth of food, according to his sister.
Days later, he had not returned, causing some concern from his family members. Vlad Vengrinovich, Samuel's father, then put up a GoFundMe with a goal of $100,000 to help with travel expenses, search costs and more.
On Sunday, the family got news that Samuel had been found, as they posted on the GoFundMe page.
"Update 6/15: Sammy Has Been Found Alive! After nine days of intense searching in the remote Himalayas, Samuel has been found alive. A HUGE miracle," the post read.
The family also stressed that they still need help to cover his medical costs after he was found alive.
"In addition, Samuel faces significant medical care and hospitalization for his injuries, along with flights to reunite him with his family. Please continue to donate and share. Your support is crucial, not only to ensure Samuel receives the care he needs, but to help his family shoulder the immense financial burden of this life-saving mission. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Samuel and his loved ones," the post concluded.
The area where Samuel was hiking is known to be foggy, rainy, snowy and mountainous, but it is a glacier area even during the summer months.
As of Sunday, the GoFundMe had raised $64,362 towards the $100,00 goal.

Jennifer Garner Sends Clear Message to Ben Affleck on Father’s Day
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner seem to have the kind of relationship other exes strive for.
In the April issue of GQ, Affleck raved about just how “lucky” he is to have Garner as a co-parent and partner in the raising of their three kids. He described his Daredevil co-star as “wonderful and great” and shared said that “we work together well.”

On Sunday, Garner seemed to echo that sentiment when she took to her Instagram Stories to post what appears to be a very personal throwback photo of Affleck holding one of their young children from the early days of their relationship.

Garner and Affleck worked together twice in the early 2000s, first on Michael Bay’s Pearl Harbor (2001), then as co-stars in Daredevil (2003). 50-Year-Old Former MLB Star Is Turning Heads After Tearing His Hamstring in Bananas Game
The Savannah Bananas have become a must-watch for basically every city they go to across the United States.
The Bananas have brought a new wrinkle to the game of baseball, which includes players using stilts and wearing cut-off jerseys, and even umpires doing backflips while making the calls.
On Friday, the Bananas tour continued in Cincinnati at Great American Ballpark.
In the process, former Cincinnati Reds star Sean Casey, who is 50 years old and turns 51 in July, made a special cameo in a neat moment for the Cincinnati faithful.
Unfortunately, Casey's return to Great American Ballpark is one he will never forget for some different reasons.
In the bottom of the 7th inning on Friday night, Casey drew a four-pitch walk. Ball four went past the catcher, and Casey took off trying to get to second base.
But Casey pulled up in pain while grabbing his hamstring before returning to first base.

On Saturday, during the game between the Reds and the Detroit Tigers, Jim Day of FanDuel Sports Network even revealed that Casey tore his hamstring and now needs surgery, per Dave Clark of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
Fans couldn't help but react to Casey's injury in his Bananas cameo in front of the home crowd.
"… and kids, that’s how Sean Casey became a Voyageur," the Chaska Voyageurs account wrote, which plays in the Federal League.
"that's so Sean Casey," another wrote.
"He's 50. He could have pulled his hamstring watching Family Feud," another fan wrote.
"He's still getting hurt," another said.

Casey quoted the video on Saturday with a post, saying that "Banana Ball is so fun, what an experience! I was hoping for one more double in the gap, but I’ll take the walk for the team n tight morning hammy."
Now, the former MLB player has a long road to recovery in a bizarre turn of events.

Justin Bieber sparked fresh concern over the weekend with a head-spinning series of cryptic Instagram posts on Father’s Day.
Over a several-hour stretch, the pop star flooded his feed with 15 posts, most laced with middle finger emojis or aggressive captions, leaving fans more confused than ever.
One of the posts declared, "Happy daddy day to me u lil ho" while another simply read, "quit f—ing with me. I’m really not the one."
In another post, Bieber wrote “I’m a dad that’s not to be f—ed with” alongside a close-up selfie and a defiant glare.

Costco Reportedly Working on Exciting Benefit for California Customers
Costco has 143 warehouses in California, from San Diego all the way up to Eureka.
The Costco food court has always been a popular spot for shoppers to grab a quick bite, and the affordable prices are also appealing to members.
Costco is also a common spot for members to fill up their cars with gas, especially because of the cheaper prices in comparison to most other gas stations in California.
Now, Costco is opening a first-of-its-kind gas station-only location in Mission Viejo, per Jonathan Lansner of The Orange County Register.
"The membership-only retailer will build what city officials say is the chain’s largest gas station and its first fuel-only location," Lansner wrote.
The city of Mission Viejo recently approved plans for the 40-pump gas station. And no, it won't feature a convenience store—it will only offer gasoline.

The new gas station will be right off the I-5 freeway between La Paz Road and Oso Parkway, which is close to a popular Krispy Kreme doughnut store.
Mission Viejo is home to just under 100,000 people, but the new location for the gas station will be near Laguna Hills, Lake Forest and other cities off the always-crowded I-5 freeway. With less traffic than a regular Costco location, this should be appealing to customers wanting to top off their tanks.
At the same time, Costco is planning to open a new location in Lake Forest as well, which is 10 miles north of Mission Viejo, so Costco is expanding quickly in Southern California.
The new Costco gas station in Mission Viejo is expected to open in the spring of 2026, with construction beginning this fall.
