I SURVIVED

....and got 50k written on Evermore (Pretty in Black #4)
This is the first time I've ever made it to the 50k mark
during any NaNo
so YAY! for me
I have the basic bones of the novel done, so now I can dress them
with the rest of the story.

write-a-book-in-a-month thing

Pet Peeve—Coffin, Casket, Sarcophagus
I HAVE A PREFERENCE
I think I speak for all vampires when I say it is a pet peeve of mine everytime I see a vampire depicted to be lying in a CASKET instead of a COFFIN or a sarcophagus.
CASKETS are for the DEAD, not the undead. It is Offensive to say the least.
In my books, when I say COFFIN I mean COFFIN not CASKET.
Lady Corvid, c'est moi, knows these things and it irks me every single

THREE THINGS I KNOW ABOUT EVERMORE SO FAR
1. Evermore WILL have steampunk. For those who've read Black Satin or Raven in the Grave but didn't prefer the steampunk, I really can't apologize, because this is a HUGE part of the world building. There is no way I can neglect Walter and the Gargoyles or the steampunk world of the Land of Naught in favor for those who only want to see the Vampire
