Richard Hoath’s Article in Egypt Today, “Lifetime of Learning”
Richard Hoath, a scientific consultant for the AUC Press Nature Foldouts, has a new article in Egypt Today, regarding a three-hour nature presentation he gave at the Maadi Community School in Cairo to children 5 to 14:
The Nature Foldouts were also presented and available, and an impressive number were bought by the children. We hope to give more presentations like this in the future at other schools and ecology programs.

Egypt’s AUC Press Nature Foldouts in العربية

Arabic translations funded by the International Programs of the US Forest Service, Department of Agriculture
The translations of the first four of the AUC Press Nature Foldouts are complete, thanks to translator Yasmine Motawy, Richard Hoath, and funding from the US Forest Service. However, we are looking for additional funding and help for printing and distribution to get the Arabic Nature Foldouts into schools and environmental programs throughout Egypt.

More than just a mine of trivia answers, these four-panel guides all feature artist Dominique Navarro’s beautifully detailed color illustrations of Egypt’s native wildlife in natural settings. Parents will appreciate the factoids that make them seem like the smartest people in the world in the eyes of their children.
