A tornado has swept through Oklahoma. A dozen injured, 100 houses destroyed
Oklahoma City and surrounding areas were hit by at least six tornadoes on Sunday. Dozens of people were injured. So far, there are no reports of deaths.

ABC reported that the most non-life-threatening injuries were received by residents of Oklahoma City – the capital of this American state. They were taken to hospitals.
According to local media the storm damaged or destroyed approximately 100 houses. Power lines and gas lines have been cut. The trees had fallen.
Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt declared a six-county state of emergency Sunday evening.
We believe there were at least six tornadoes and potentially as many as 12said Nolan Meister, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service (NWS). He added that the extreme weather conditions also caused flash floods and heavy hail in the area.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) reported that winds that hit southeast Oklahoma City ranged from about 130 to 160 miles per hour.
Authorities are warning of the possibility of more tornadoes and strong storms.
