Storybook gown constructed entirely out of recycled and discarded children’s Golden Books. Designer Ryan Novelline created the bodice from the golden spines of these classic children’s books and sewed together the skirt from their illustrated pages.

Not the best picture, though, sorry about that :) Maybe at another time. But yeah. It is a bit hard to take a good picture of myself ;p But I am rather pleased with this. Sigh. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo is just so, so amazing. And the jewelry by Hebel Design is amazing as well! I love it all. Own a lot of Shadow and Bone pieces :) A few of those can be viewed here. So right now my book love affair is with Leigh Bardugo’s first book in The Grisha Trilogy, Shadow and Bone.
Such great and real characters set against a very surreal backdrop, which is made believable by the awesome story telling of the author.
These are my Hollywood picks to play Mal and Darkling, Liam Hemsworth and Dave Franco. Whoever is casted as Alina, well that’s one lucky girl!
