Do you think that one day we might see Bran enter the mind of a dragon?

Just so you know, this is actually a part of my endgame theory for GoT.

I quite like the book side of Tumblr, because it’s basically people recommending books to ruin lives.

This is so true.

New Leaf Twitter Pitch Contest TODAY!

New Leaf Twitter Pitch Contest TODAY!:

newleafliterary:

newleafliterary:

Hey everyone!

The assistants of New Leaf are excited to announce that we’re hosting a Twitter Pitch contest. We’ll be looking for stand-out pitches—tweeted by all of you—on behalf of the agents at New Leaf!

The rules:

The window to pitch your book ideas is Friday, May 23rd from 1-3PM EST
Pitches are limited to 140 character tweets! Include the hashtag #NLpitchperfect
If your tweet is favorited by New Leaf, that means we want you to query us! Email your query (plus the first 5 pages of the manuscript, but please include this in the body of the email!) to query@newleafliterary.com with the words “Query” and “New Leaf Pitch Perfect” in the subject line.
We will be looking for manuscripts on behalf of Joanna Volpe, Suzie Townsend, and Kathleen Ortiz, so we’d love to see pitches for (fiction or non-fiction) MG, YA, NA, and Adult manuscripts. Please refer to our About Us page (http://newleafliterary.com/agents.cfm) for more details.

We’re looking forward to seeing how creative you can get in 140 characters, and hoping to find some great new talent!

*The contest starts in 10 minutes, everyone! We’re just as excited as you are! An important FYI: We will NOT be favoriting the tweets during the pitch contest. We will be getting together later, after the contest is over, to review and pick our “favorites.” So don’t fret if your pitch isn’t immediately fav’ed!

This is my agency and I adore them. Go forth and pitch!

POLL: Followers & supporters, please answer!

prom-knight:

Hey guys! I need your opinions.

I’ve been thinking and planning around using Patreon for a very long time, but it’s only just recently become a serious question. While I think I get enough traffic to drum up support to keep myself afloat, I’d like some real honest yeas or nays.

Every month, I want to bring patrons a one-shot comic or standalone visual novel story, instead of just a single series webcomic. Would you pay $1 to whatever price a month to see this?

I would!

series of watercolor sketches for my drawing class this past semester, each one inspired by a song. if you click the pictures, the captions let you know what songs the drawings illustrate! c:

all of my professors were determined to let me know that they think my art is cliche before i graduated. but clearly i’ve embraced that lol.

For the art and the caption.
