Personal Transformation in the New Year

New Book Empowers Readers Seeking Personal Transformation in the New Year

St. Paul, MN (Vocus/PRWEB) January 26, 2011

As the new year begins, many will confront the issue of personal change, and a new book provides advice and resources that challenge readers to live their best life.

In her second book Your Positive Potential: Action Steps for Self-Empowerment, author Krystalina Soash brings readers a compilation of personal experiences, stories and advice for moving past personal hardship to live a more productive life. Aiming to solve society's common problems of insecurity and depression, the book demonstrates ways to exercise self-discipline and provides simple techniques to empower individuals to take action.

"It is possible to overcome old wounds with proper professional guidance," says Soash. "The outcome afterward is a peace with oneself that surpasses all understanding."

Detailing many personal experiences, Soash seeks to illustrate that personal transformation is possible with effort. An interactive section called "Life Experiment" separates the two halves of the book, encouraging readers to understand that the past is gone and cannot be changed.

Centralized in the areas of self-awareness, health, meditation and relationships, Your Positive Potential contains further recommended reading, proactive resources in asking for help and a 12-page journal for personal notes.

"My own personal transformation is a miracle, and this book encourages positive personal transformation for others," says Soash. "I want readers to know that there are others out there willing to help them get past old wounds and live productive and fulfilling lives."

Website Savvy in 5 Simple Steps

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen,

It's time to get back to Business, but I will have to admit that the holiday break was a lot of fun and quite refreshing. Mmmmm... Okay on with business at hand. So what shall we talk about? Oh, yes, websites and online business. I love it!

Let's talk about five website savvy, yet very simple steps to launching your product or service.

Step 1. Having your product or service ready to launch is a big deal. Don't wait till the last minute to do business. Have your product or service ready to launch!

Step 2. Choose your domain name wisely. Choose one that is directly related to your product name or service. Keep it simple and relative. Decide on a domain name that fits your product or service.

Step 3. Getting a website is easy these days, having it hosted is another story. Look for a compatible host that will serve your needs. Shop around when getting a website.

Step 4. Talk to your web designer about setting up a Shopping Cart for purchases or look into setting up a merchant account with PayPal. Setting up a Shopping Cart or PayPal Button on your website is a wise business move.

Step 5. Setting up an email auto responder is another wise business move. It is your ally when you're busy; it responds to your potential clients letting them know their messages are important to you.

Never assume that because you're just starting to launch your product that you won't be in business right away. You may be surprised. The last thing you want is to get caught off guard. Follow these five website savvy, yet simple steps and you're off to a productive start.

Here's to your New Year Success!

New to Goodreads

Hello Appreciated Visitor,

Thank you for stopping by for a short update. I've just joined Goodreads and look forward to a new adventure in the authorship department.

Hmm... Where should I go next? Yep, upload photo, write a short Bio, add my website link; oh yes, I've already looked through some of the authors in here and I look forward to reading some of their books. I've got my eye on a few titles already ;)

Wow... this site has so many nice features! Next step is to learn how to use them, so I will be back, if not through Goodreads, then through my Writinghood Blog as I've just linked them.

Don't Read the Newspaper Before Bedtime

A few nights ago I was having so many dreams that I kept waking up wondering what was going on with me. Needless to say when it was time to get up in the morning I was just too tired to leap out of bed like I normally do. Being the morning person that I am I love mornings; except when I don't get a good night's sleep.

Aha! I remember now! I stayed up to read the newspaper, and the sad stories, and the bad news in town, and the... Well, you get the picture. So here's my suggestion for a good night's sleep.

Don't read the newspaper before going to bed, please just don't. I'm telling you , it's bad news all the way around. Instead read a short inspiring reflective quote or short peaceful story.

Well, it's off to LaLa Land for me. Pleasant Dreams :)
