Do you ever wonder why the milestone characters aren't used in the new 52?

I believe it’s not quite that simple, if I understand correctly. They are not wholly owned by DC.

But yeah, I love them, especially Rocket and Static.

At the DC Panel at BCC, was Greg Capullo being antagonistic towards you? He said something to the effect of “Gail, do you think women aren’t in the comics industry because they don’t TRY?” and the way he said it seemed a little derisive. Am I just reading into things too much?

Me, here. No, no, no, Greg is awesome, he was asking legitimately, he was genuinely interested. He’s great, seriously. I am wild about Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo entirely, they are incredibly supportive to other creators and lovely to readers (which is a big deal to me).

My impression was he was asking why we’re not getting more female creators in a sincere way, like, “why in god’s name isn’t this happening?”

Haven’t posted much lately, cause some stuff is taking much of my time, but I saw the “top secret hints” yesterday and my imagination got lost in Scandal. Don’t even know if she’ll be back, but I love her anyway, so here is a redesign for the fun of it.

The blades, her fighting style and etc makes me want to see her in japanese style garbs, that’s why the hakama-like and jin-baori-like clothes, besides being cool and all =B

This is really, really modern and attractive. Well done!

I am missing my grey so much, yesterday I watched an hour’s worth of greyhound You Tube videos on my Xbox One because I miss my big goofy canine so bad. It’s been several weeks and I am still dreaming about him almost every night. Everything reminds me of him.

So I know you've done Gutters but do you have any other webcomics you try to keep up on or are you so insanely busy you just give up and try to catch the odd one here and there?

It’s more the odd one here and there at this point, sadly, but I really enjoy them when I see a good one. I met several really nice webcomickers at the Boston Comic Con, and I can’t wait to read their stuff. I saved their info and am planning to do a big signal boost when I am caught up.
