My Latest Obsession: STICKER MULE HOLOGRAPHIC STICKERS!
After opening the JLA shop, one of commonly requested merch item was stickers. Before offering an option up for sale, Steph and I wanted to sample some custom stickers first.
One of the first companies we worked with was Sticker Mule, which turned out to be the only company we now use to make stickers for not only the shop, but also for JLA swag (for event giveaways) and my annual author event, ApollyCon!
I wanted to show off our latest sticker obsession: Sticker Mule holographic stickers!
Steph loved these so much, that she added it to her laptop:

FARMER FRIDAY + GIVEAWAY (3) – GOATS & SHEEPLES
When we first started getting animals for the farm, we started off with our two goats. Then we brought in the sheep. (Then came the ALPACAS!)
While they all coexist nicely-ish (the goats can be alpha-jerks), it’s always an adventure when you’re down there with them.
Here are some fun facts:
The sheep are friendly and will follow me or mike around
Both like animal crackers as treats, goats like pretzels and graham crackers as treats
Goats are friendly but jerks to the sheep
Darlin (the tan Alpaca) will chase the goats when the goats are being jerks to the sheep
We have bunnies apparently living in our one shed

FARMER FRIDAY + GIVEAWAY (2) – Alpaca Fun Facts
This week I wanted to share some photos and fun facts about our Alpacas (not to be confused with Llamas)!
ALPACA FUN FACTS:
Alpacas often sleep in a star formation, so they are looking in every direction
They do not like to be petted or hugged, but once they trust you, they will sometimes let you scratch their necks
Alpacas can spit but mostly spit at one another when one is trying to eat their food. Neither Mike or I have been spit at yet
Speaking of spit, they will warn you a few times before doing it. First is a noise that is not a hum, then they give you a look. They will do a warning spit which is just air and then they spit
Alpacas are like cats while llamas are like dogs
they like carrots and apples as treats
Alpacas hum
They have amazing eyesight and are fast runners – running faster than zebras, spotted hyenas, and tigers.
They will guard smaller animals, but llamas are the true guard
