Friday Recipe: Monkey Bread

My grandmom is a big Monkey Bread maker. We all get some around Easter, and sometimes during other holidays/special events just cause. I have to admit, once upon a time I was the skeptic. But you have to try it once you do, there's no turning back! And while I've never tried actually making this bread, I can highly recommend the outcome.

Victorian Paris: The Seine

My Victorian Menage stories are set in 1889 Paris during the Parisian World's Fair. The fair bordered the Seine River, an historic and still important waterway in Paris. In a scene from Seduction of My Proper Wife , the trio take a boat ride down the Seine.

Paris and the Seine, perfect together.
Joan of Arc's ashes were scattered in the Seine.Napoleon wanted his ashes to be scattered over the water as well. The 1900 Summer Olympic games rowing, swimming, and water polo were held in the SeineThe S...

Friday Recipe: Yellow Clooney Cake

I didn't come up with the name. The recipe says it's named Yellow Clooney Cake because of the moistness. I am not going there. Nope. Not. But I did have requests to post pictures of the finished product, and since I just made this for Easter, I thought I'd post the finished cake. Yes, it's a bunny just not iced. (That'll happen Easter Sunday.) Right now Mr. Bunny is freezing his tail off and waiting until next week.

Monday #goals and #excerpt

I've been editing my new contemporary menage romance, Forbidden Road: A Havenbrook Menage and plotting out book 2. Actually I've been editing a whole lot, I also have a new Victorian Menage finished and the first in my trilogy of paranormal erotic stories.

No allergy or sinus medicine isn't helping but that test is Tuesday (tomorrow). Here's hoping I survive until then!

This week's goals are the same as last week:
Edit Forbidden Road
Put together a contest for Wicked Seduction release
Plot Forbidd...

Recipe: St. Patrick's Day

If you haven't seen the mass of green blanketing the world, then you need to raise that there rock. I say that, but it's my understanding that most places are holding their parades either last weekend or March 16. I guess it's for the Monday morning hangover aspect of it all. I chose one that I'd actually made, but here's a list of more St. Patty's Day recipes.
Lamb and Stout CasseroleSounds delicious! I haven't made it, but I might for Easter. Lamb + Easter = Yummy deliciousness. Plus stout....

Friday Recipe: New Potatoes Poached in White Wine

I chose this recipe because of a very important ingredient: wine. I've made new potatoes in a variety of ways, mostly with a fresh herb mix, though with butter isn't bad, either. However what I liked about this was the wine. That and the fact that I love growing potatoes (they're so easy!) and think this recipe will make it into my year-round (virtual) recipe box.

Ingredients:
6 good sized new potatoes, scrubbed real good
4 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. white wine (add to taste!)
Direc...
