Jared McVay Beyond the Elastic Limit kept me guessing right to the very end. I give it 4 stars.. Jared McVay - Bears, Bicycles & Broomsticks & The Legend of Joe, Willy & Red

Jared McVay For those of you who like a story that expands the immagination to explore the tug of war between good and evil, you're going to enjoy Beyond The Elastic Limit, by Howard Lorning. Even though I read a little bit of everything, I'm not what you might call a dyed in the wool science fiction fan; but I did like this book. It kept me turning the pages and gave me a surprise at the end. I highly reccommend it. And don't peek at the end first...... Jared McVay

Howard Loring Tara:

Thanks so much for the kind words, I kept seeing your progress reports & knew you were getting close to finishing.

Some people get lost in the story before they get sucked into it & I'm glad you stuck with it. It's a valid concern, one I'm addressing in the Sequel.

Keep writing, I did & if you finish I'll return the favor & read your work.

I've a list of typos, the proof was rushed, but I'm pleased you liked it reguargless.

Many thanks, Howard

Tara van Beurden Hi Howard,

I just wanted to leave you a really quick message (as I'm at work!) to say I finished reading Beyond the Elastic Limit last night (I haven't updated goodreads yet as I only finished it at midnight). I will write up a proper review as soon as possible but I'm going overseas tomorrow so it probably won't be for a few days yet (hopefully Friday night Chicago time, assuming I'm not too jetlagged!). But I just wanted to quickly say that I really enjoyed it. I will admit that for awhile I couldn't at all work out what was going on, but that worked in the book's favour in the end because it made me want to keep reading. There are few little housekeeping points I wanted to bring to your attention (some editing things I noticed - did you know I'm a writer too? Unpublished obviously but that's more due to my own laziness than anything else! I have just started running a facebook group for my book!) but otherwise, I really enjoyed it. Great job!

Cheers,

Tara

Howard Loring Michelle:

Thanks for the heads up & I really like your profile picture!

Thanks, Howard

Michelle Hi Howard,

Thanks for the email and the link. I'm currently listening to "The Traveler" and enjoying it.

Michelle Hi Howard,

Thanks for the friend request.

Have a great weekend!
