*The Angriosakingi are not based off any existing myth and are my own creation. They are daughters of Zagreus/Hypnos and there is eight in total, though they also enjoy amalgamating as seen above. They are spirits of the Hunt and likewise operate in the Dreamscape as either Nightmares, or hunters of Nightmares/Dreams
**Mittia is also not based off myth and is my own creation. She is the Mother of Mothers, the Shadow of Death, and has countless daughters who, together, represent Death, Decay, Purity and Rebirth. She is an attendant of Hecate and Zagreus. She is a maternal/mentor figure to Ares. She is inspired by the Egyptian Goddess Nekhbet.

Will we be seeing Asclepius (I think I remember a myth involving him and Hades) and the Battle of Pylos?
Good news! You’ll be hearing a lot about Asklepios in The Good Counselor. As in, he’s a major plot point in the book.
As for the Battle of Pylos, that took place in 425 BC, which is about 800 years ahead of the current book’s timeline. Right now we’re still in late-Mycenaean Greece and the start of the Bronze Age Collapse. That battle might get obliquely referenced in a future book, but it’s unlikely.
Also! The Good Counselor is available for preorder wherever books are sold and it has a shiny new cover! Yay!

Will you give Thanatos a love interest or is he aromatic? I’m so intrigued by that character lol
Thanatos is a little too shell shocked after the events of Destroyer of Light to think about romantic interests. As for his future, there’s way too many spoilers there to talk about here.
