Preparing for Toronto!

I'm excited about teaching in Toronto, although a bit apprehensive as I try to determine what to wear--it's 100 degrees here. The temperatures will be considerably cooler there. And I'm thoroughly looking forward to it!What will I take? Free books and book marks. And my class notes, of course. What if my suitcase gets lost? And they don't find it before I have to return home? My son's luggage ...

You Might be In My Next Book!

I've often been asked, "Do you base your characters on real people?"Will honestly answering this question put me in jeopardy? Truthfully, my characters are all made up from scratch. Just like I make my meals. A little bit of this, a lot of that, some of this, and voila! The perfect creation! So how does a character evolve? Through actions and reactions.Take my werewolves for ...

Some are Addicted to Contests!

Sometimes contests can garner new fans. They're made aware of the fact you have a book out. But sometimes you'll find Contest Fans who have only one thing in mind, winning books. They don't care about YOUR book. They just want to win. But that's the chance you take when you go on a contest tour. Some are genuinely interested in having your books. Some are already fans and want a chance to have a ...

New Review and Another Free Giveaway! AND!!! I finished Seduced by the Wolf!!!

First, here's a terrific review by Wendi at Wendi's Book Corner!!! "I thoroughly enjoyed To Tempt the Wolf, the latest paranormal romance book by Terry Spear! Let me start by saying that I had NO idea this was the third book in a series - it was easy to pick up as a stand alone, although now I can't wait to get my hands on the first two books. The book was fast-paced and kept my attention ...

To Tempt the Wolf--Ramsey's Book Review

To Tempt the Wolf is an extremely enjoyable and fascinating read. I am impressed with the way Spears has added her own unique twist, mixing it into the realm of shape shifters. She has successfully achieved creating a story that the reader will become absorbed in. The characters are wrote exuding life-like characteristics, the background is full of vivid description, making it easy ...

Not Best Seller List Yet, But!!!

Okay, I know I have a long ways to go and it might not ever get any lower, but still I'm excited and I just had to share! :)To Tempt the Wolf was at 738 at B&N.com! To be a best seller it has to be 100 or less, but woohoo! To get below a thousand??? I'm on the moon.I have to say that when I first saw the ranking, I had a double take, thought it wasn't the ranking. Thought they'd left off a ...

A Record! & More Reviews!

283 views of my website! :) That's a record number!!! So guest blogging has helped. And great reviews too. It's the highest I've ever had. It's a sad fact, but without promotions, no one would know about the books. Not that everyone does now, but more do. :)  To Tempt the Wolf is packed with action, mystery and romance, all woven together to make it a thrilling read. The story really moves, with ...
