Okay, I'm going to see this with my coworkers this weeken...

But if he's driving her insane with kindness, it's more the sexy kind! :)
Have a super great Saturday! I'm going to try and get the newsletter out this weekend also! :) Terry
Angel Street (Gaslight)
The Manninghams are your average, everyday couple in 1890's England. No one would every guess that Jack is slowly driving his wife Bella insane with kindness. It's up to the Inspector Roughy of Scotland Yard to try to solve the mystery and save Bella before it's too late.

What a Week!

It's been like summer as far as how busy we've been all week. It's been HORRIBLE.
Despite it, or because of it, we've decided we should have every Monday off. :)
Have a super Friday! I'm off for the weekend!!!!
Happy Friday!

Ready to Time Travel???
Today I'm at History Undressed, Eliza Knight's fun place where history is ....undressed.
Thanks so much to Cat for sending me this cowboy in a tub! I can't find the original one I have, but yum, this one will do!
I think she said he's Australian, and I'm definitely ready to move!
But back to taking a trip, this time it will be not so much the place, but the time. So before you pack, you might want to check out the requirements for the journey, and if you're ready to go, we're off to a time travel adventure to the old west--Salado, Texas that is, and we're on a man hunt!
:) Or not. Maybe just to have some fun! But leave those digital cameras behind. They're definitely not allowed!
One commenter on Eliza's site has a chance at a free copy of A Ghost of a Chance at Love!
Have a super HUMP day!

Do Six-Pack Abs Make the Man?

Or does it depend on who their companion is....wolf, horse?
I still wonder why a man would be standing bare chested in a snowy environment, but then again, maybe he's a wolf....
:)
I'm off to work! Have a super day!
Today is Monday for me!

Woohoo! It's Monday!

Yum. Okay, see, the clothes do help to make the man, eh?
And the sword doesn't hurt. Nor the eyes...
Many of the books are off! I have to send one to Australia and another to someplace else across the Seven Seas, and another I have to check on the shipping cost. But all the others are at the post office, waiting for Tuesday morning.
Gas in the tank, cupboard's no longer bare (which happens when I'm frantically on deadline), and I'm back ready to CREATE STORIES! I love writing!
I'm at Magda Alexander's erotic book site with The Dark Fae Cover Interview.

Have a super wonderful Monday!
Woohoo, and don't the clothes make the man???

Playing Catch-up!
I want to write!!!!
But today I'm playing catch up! If anyone is owed a book from me, I'm getting them ready to ship. I probably will take them to the post office tomorrow for some that I can send self-service. The others I'll have to send the following week when I have a chance.
I had problems with Killing the Bloodust going to various publisher sites, Apple, Sony, etc, because I was told that I had blue ink on the document, which I don't have. But it wouldn't go through the approval thing because of the blue ink. So I finally nuked it. :) Poor vampires. And reuploaded and hopefully in a few weeks, it will be available at the other locations. I've been trying this for months, by the way, so it's been a test of perseverance!
Thanks to Caryn for a lovely jaguar disk she sent to me! And the adorable jaguar with her cubs and jaguar print blanket, which I use all the time! from Donna!
I'm in jaguar heaven!
Although right now I'm playing around with vampires in Dangerous Liaisons, sequel to Deadly Liaisons, and Tom in Silence of the Wolves, The Dragon Fae, book 5 in the World of Fae, and A Highlander to Love...
I can't help myself! Right now I'm reading Nightshade, Cry Wolf, and Highland Champion. So I'm eclectic, what can I say?
I'm also trying to sort out all my blog tours coming up, that I didn't put in a folder. argh. And now have to try and recreate some sort of a schedule.
And I forgot about a blog I had to do, so I just finished it for Wednesday--for Eliza's History Undressed, and what you would need to take and not take if you're going with me on a trip to the past! :)
The ladies from Literal Addiction sent me a couple of books to autograph, and with it a cool bag with a skull and crossbones and my name on the skull! For the paranormal book club. I've got to say I love it! Thanks so much, Chelle and Carla!
I love swashbuckling pirates...you know, the ones that called themselves privateers...so depending on what side they fought and stole for, they could be the good guys!
And a lovely review for The Dark Fae:
"Alicia knows she's different than most teenage girls her age. She has the uncanny ability to recognize the fae and all they do to cause mischief, but this ability is dangerous. The fae will not allow a human to know their business.
Alicia attempts to rescue her friend from Deveron, a gorgeous dark fae, but her plans backfire when she lets jealousy interfere. Now her secret is out and Deveron could never refuse a challenge.
Ms. Spear knows how to spin a tale that brings the reader under her spell. Dark and mysterious Deveron will capture your heart as you learn there's more to being a dark fae than mischief and devious acts of havoc. Alicia is a strong-willed girl who is perfect for a headstrong fae. She finds out more about the world of the fae and what this will mean for her future.
Magical worlds aren't just for young adults, I enjoyed this tale and look forward to reading the other books in this series." ~~ Karen Michelle Nutt, author of The Warriors for the Light (fallen angels series) reviewed for PNR ParaNormal Romance
Okay, enough goofing off. Oh, wait, I wanted to share my cowboy in a steel bathtub, his boots sitting outside the tub, cowboy hat on head...out in the wild west for my Wednesday's head's up for the time travel blog at Eliza's but I can't find it! I love that picture. And I've shared it before on my blog, but oh well... *sigh*
I tried a google search, but I don't think google knows what a sexy cowboy is. :)
Have a great Sunday! I'm off to work on lots of stuff!

Do Clothes Make the Man?

I'm thinking, he's beautiful, face, scrubble, uhm, the rest of him...but ditch the hoody sad-sack wrap. Really. It's a distraction. Not that the rest of him doesn't help to make up for it...yum. But just like a raggy outfit on a bombshell of a woman can detract from her appearance, so can a raggy outfit look similarly on a hunk of a wolf.
I'm sure he's a wolf.
Maybe it's the two-tone color. I dunno. Maybe all black would have looked divine.
What do you all think? Can someone who is beautiful still get away with dressing in sloppy clothes? Or does it detract from the sexiness?
I say we strip him down and start all over again. What do you say?

Busy with Jaguar Edits, but...

I'm busy with finishing up Savage Hunger, when I got this neat email from Jessica! Thanks so much, Jessica! I loved the jaguar cat who's annoyed because I'm not paying attention to her and too busy writing. :)
The bug guys are spraying for bugs, even though it's too cold for the bugs to be a bother. But you know how it is. You have a contract and you have to honor it whether you need it or not.
Notice her ears are back, her claws are exposed, her whiskers straight out, and ah, yes, a few teeth are in evidence. The eyes almost seem human, don't they?
Well, she's definitely not happy. So I guess I'll get off here and pay some attention to her...
Thanks again, Jessica, for sending me the lovely cat!
Happy TGIF, everyone!!!

Books to Go Out, But....

Well, first, of course, I have to comment on HIM. Nice, huh???
I think everyone should wake up with an eyeful of HIM. :)
*sigh*
I have books to ship, but no time yet to do it. It's FREEZING out, and in. The winds are really high, gusting to 40, and it's sending it into the house through every nook and cranny. I still need to retrieve my garbage cans, but I'm afraid they're probably in Kansas by now.
Maybe they've even made it all the way to the snow in Minnesota! My son said they had an inch of snow in Omaha even. Here...it's just COLD. Twenty-two degrees here. Brrr. I told you it was FREEZING.
I'm back to edits...so be good while I'm writing about hot steamy jungles and even hotter jaguars, while I'm bundled up and FREEZING. LOL
Have a super day!

The Jaguars are Coming!
I'm blogging at Casablanca today about the New Year for wolves and big cats. Truly, I only meant the title as in the old movie: The Russians are Coming, the Russians are Coming!
And was playing off that. But as I'm adding in another hot and sexy scene between my jaguar hero and heroine, I'm thinking The Jaguars are Coming! takes on a whole 'nother meaning. That I wasn't meaning. Really. I'm serious.
Really.
*Smiles wickedly.*
Okay, you all will have to let me know who this is. Big cat? Wolf?
I'm thinking...in the jungle it rains a lot, so maybe it's Connor...yeah.
Or it could be Tom. When he's not in a snowstorm. Or maybe that's the remnants of snow melted on his hot body. Could be.
Today I'm at SuperEReads and Readaholics Anonymous, both featuring Forbidden Love! This is Ephraim MacNeill, aka Sutton Bastrop, aka Jimmy Thomas. :) He makes the perfect hot Scottish vampire, doesn't he?
[image error] [image error] [image error] [image error] [image error] [image error] [image error]
Huntress Alena MacLeod is given a mission: work undercover to discover a rogue vampire's secretive work, then terminate him.
Ephraim MacNeill, aka Sutton Bastrop, knows Alena is his Elizabeth MacLeod from an earlier time, and he's determined to return to the past and right all the wrongs to end the curse placed on the love of his life before it's too late—again.
Together, they must risk all to stop a war between a newly formed Brotherhood of rogue vampires, tired of the status quo, and the League of Hunters, who have ruled for centuries over the vampires—both changed during the Black Death—some of the survivors becoming vampires, and others hunters of the same.
"A promise to cherish which has lasted hundreds of years, a curse that will never allow lovers to unite, Forbidden Love by Terry Spear is a paranormal delight. Sutton's search through the centuries for his beloved Elizabeth has always ended in sorrow and a void of loneliness, until he meets Alena. Her mission to kill the rogue vampire, Sutton, will change everything she knows and understands to be true. For the first time the huntress can comprehend the dreams and nightmares that have plagued her, Sutton is the key to unlocking the truth. Our hero, Sutton, makes me yearn for more of this wonderful story, I didn't want the tale to end. Alena's ability to see with her heart and believe in what she feels was a rare find. Sizzling passion that has gone unquenched for centuries will unfold before your eyes. Forbidden Love is the beginning of a mysterious drama that allows us just a glimpses of what is sure to come in these worlds of vampire paranormal intrigue by Terry Spear. Forbidden Love by Terry Spear is a must read!"~~Dana Alma, Readaholics Anonymous
And Synchronized Reading gave A SEAL in Wolf's Clothing a 5-star review! Although it won't be posted until Feb 1 and I don't even get to see it yet, but I'm thrilled!
