Three Legged Bear, SUPASTAH!!

I don't remember where I first saw this last week, but Ka-os posted it today so I thought I'd follow suit. Strangely beautiful when the big bear starts walking on its hind legs.

"Simple Men" Blurb

Just thought I'd share with y'all the blurb from my upcoming book via Dreamspinner Press, Simple Men (to be released March 12). Are you excited yet?!

Chip Arnold is a well-liked football coach at a small liberal arts college, but his personal life is in a bit of a rut. He goes out drinking with his colleagues, gets along well with his players, and dates all the prettiest women in town—he has the life most straight men dream of. Let's Talk with Rick R. Reed

Rick R. Reed: Master of Suspense...with a heart of gold...

What did you think of the recent Oscar nominations? They're not too heavy on the horror genre, huh? Well, it would depend on how you define horror. I think it could be argued that DISTRICT 9 (which I loved) was a horror story, even though some might also classify it as sci-fi. And PRECIOUS (which I also loved) was one helluva horror story, but not in the conventional sense, but it certainly inspires horror.
What got you into writing?
