I was searching through pics today, looking for nothing in particular, when I came across these. The first is me in Italy by the Arno. I have to say, I love my expression. I know EXACTLY what that expression means. And I looked pretty good here, too, if I do say so. I wish I had appreciated how cute I was at the time.



Here's my mama's mama. We called her Ganny, because she refused to be called Grandma. I always thought she resembled Judy Garland in her photos.

This video is a hoot. A great Aimee Mann song performed by a guy in a robot suit? Magnificent. This was actually an entry in a contest Mann held. He didn't win but he did get to sing live with her on-stage anyway.

One Good Thing

Sent of a couple of contracts out today to Dreamspinner Press. I've sold them two more manuscripts. You've all heard me mention that ANOTHER ENCHANTED APRIL will be out in January (can I get a woot woot). And the audio book version of SIMPLE MEN, performed by the lovely Charlie David (DANTE'S COVE), will be out soon. I imagine before the holidays. And now, my much delayed afterlife romance WOKE UP IN A STRANGE PLACE has been picked up by Dreamspinner as well. You'll remember WOKE UP has had a hell of a time finding a home, passing from Lethe Press to YOM and now, finally, Dreamspinner. I'm ecstatic about its placement there. More details as they come.
