Teleporting Bottle and Feeling Resonance
Something amazing that happened to me the other day–I let go of a bottle of furniture polish, and it vanished without a trace or a sound! I suspect I was able to find it again, thanks to feeling resonance with it.
On March 22, 2021, I had been watching a presentation by Dr. Dean Radin for the Institute of Noetic Sciences about Manifesting and Magic, and was contemplating some of what he had discussed in his talk covering some of what he writes in his book, “Real Magic.” I walked around the house, and got an almost empty bottle of Howard Feed-N-Wax and a rag, preparing to clean the dinner table.
As I walked into the kitchen, I closed the door behind me, and shook the bottle with a powerful downward shake, intending to move the contents of the bottle down toward the cap. The bottle slipped out of my fingers, and…. vanished without a trace or sound. I spun around and searched the entire kitchen, including the area where I expected it might have gone, toward the oven, where it surely would have made a loud sound if it had hit, but it was nowhere in the entire kitchen. I shook my head with amazement, smiled, and commented aloud, “That’s AMAZING!” At the time this experience unfolded, my mind was wandering, as I was walking and daydreaming about the topics that Dean had discussed about the power of mind-matter interaction, and a replication of his original intentional chocolate experiment (that I’d been a participant in) with intentional tea. So I had no primary intention in that exact moment. I was in that optimal relaxed, energized state, while daydreaming about what Dr. Dean Radin had been talking about–‘real magic.’ Pretty much perfect conditions for teleporting take-off!
My first thought upon noticing the bottle had vanished was, “Well of course it can disappear like that when it’s out of my sight for an instant.” My next thought was to search every place in the immediate vicinity where it might have ‘tunneled’ right through solid objects. I opened the oven door and looked inside the oven. I opened the refrigerator, which was not in the flight path, but was nearby, and checked inside. I even looked inside the garbage container. The bottle was in none of these places. I checked down low, to see if perhaps the bottle might have gotten wedged under a cupboard, or down low by the oven. In the process of looking where I would have expected to find the bottle, I did not find the bottle, but I did locate some magnetic rings that had been missing, and had somehow attached themselves to the underside of a baking sheet pan. I realized with this discovery that I would not have checked this area for some time–until I next used that particular baking pan–so this part of the teleporting bottle experience now had a silver lining.
Once I’d thoroughly inspected the kitchen area where the bottle had disappeared, and I wasn’t finding it anywhere, I realized that I might not see that bottle again. I realized that would be OK, and not the end of the world, and smiled at the way I valued this event just as it was–which I was experiencing in that moment as a bottle that vanished. I even laughed with the Cosmos, that such a thing could happen, and with this laugh, and acceptance, and relaxation, I also felt how much I appreciate that bottle of Feed-N-Wax, and how it would be nice if it showed up again somewhere, some time–and of course there would be no questions asked.
I’ve often noticed the benefit of feeling in resonance with others when setting out to facilitate seemingly impossible outcomes. I once promised a lost stray dog, “We’ll find your owner,” even though the dog would not let me touch its identification tags, nor pet it. We did have moments of eye contact, and more than that, I felt a heart-centered connection with this canine. This dog looked tired, as if it had been walking for hours, and it’s fur was damp with dew from its paws up each leg, along its belly, and part way up its chest. I asked this dog out loud, “Where did you come from?” After gazing at me for a few seconds, the dog turned its head quite deliberately to point toward the far-off city of Orinda, on the other side of this gigantic park. The dog then turned its head back to gaze at me once more. Thanks to feeling a sense of heartfelt resonance between the two of us, there was a palpable feeling of shared intention, based on genuine need. Once I’d felt a sense of resonance and coherent, shared intent with this dog, I also felt a sense of certainty and inevitability that with two of us requiring that possible reality, then of course that will be the only reality that we will walk into. I was not forming any elaborate plan in mind, but rather chose to walk with the dog, toward a solution for it to go home. I could feel how much this dog needed to find its owner, and I shared that vision totally, to the point that I made a spoken promise aloud: “We’ll find your owner.” And sure enough, that’s exactly what we did. Within a few minutes of walking side-by-side along a hiking trail in our local park, relaxed in our shared company, we heard a woman’s voice on the paved road above us, just beyond some trees, “Derby? Derby, is that you?” Derby looked up at her, and with a sudden rush of joy and renewed vigor, bounded up the hill to meet her. It turned out this woman had driven to the park from her home, many miles away in Orinda–exactly the direction that Derby had pointed out with his nose, when I asked where he was from!
One of the wonderful aspects about contemplating the primary role of consciousness with regard to the physical world is that we can sometimes gain insights into the way we are always in conversation with the Cosmos, and that we have the ability–through our Free Will–to choose to be in resonance with others. I remembered this, and renewed my sense of resonance with the bottle. I then opened the kitchen door, walked across the hall into the living room, and was stunned to see the bottle there on the floor! Which was technically impossible, since it was too far for me to have flung it, and also the kitchen door was closed at the time.
The feeling of sharing intentions with others, and feeling kindness, compassion and reverence for others seems so deeply intertwined to me with experiencing positive reality shifts that I’m glad to be able to bring a focus of attention to it here today.

NOTES:
I had been watching an IONS special presentation featuring Dean Radin. It would be great if they post it on YouTube. I just looked and didn’t find it there, but I did find a fairly recent and equally fascinating interview with Michael Sandler interviewing Dean Radin on the “Inspire Nation” YouTube channel, discussing topics of resonance, effortless striving (with a sense of not being alone, but inviting support from others), and the intentional chocolate experiment, the intentional Oolong Tea experiment, and the blessed water and plants experiment results–as well as the possibility of a “PSI gene,” located in human so-called ‘junk DNA’ that is not particularly rare, but can be epigenitically expressed in some people who do have the gene. You can view this excellent interview at: https://youtu.be/WmUOhS5Cwz4
I invite you to listen to my “Living the Quantum Dream” podcast episode, Real Magic with Dean Radin, about the science behind real magic of: mental influence in the physical world, perception of events distant in space and time, and interactions with nonphysical entities. Dean discusses parapsychology studies involving mediumship and channeling, and provides explanation for why if magic is real, we don’t often see large-scale evidence of magic in the world. Dean shares some of the most surprising results he’s seen when experimental subjects have observed and interacted with photons, demonstrating how our scientific understanding of the world benefits from unexpected findings.

Shift to a Positive Perspective
I was recently asked what people can do to survive the current weird environment. This query continued: “We really need to shift our reality away from negativity and fear. It’s funny because as I type this you are saying in the background on YouTube, ask the good questions.”
When we feel we’re in a weird environment, full of negativity and fear, we can shift to a positive perspective. We can take a deep breath, acknowledge the vastness of the Cosmos, and our connection to it, and we can raise our level of consciousness to a higher dimension. Through this raising of consciousness we can experience sadness transform into vulnerability; anxiety transform into caring; and anger transform into assertiveness.
Your Ongoing Conversation with the CosmosOur questions matter a great deal more than most of us consciously realize. Most every mentally focused, heart-centered, passionately inspired thought and question–even those thought ‘privately’ to ourselves are in actuality one side of an on-going conversation we are engaged in every day of our lives.
This concept garnered some respect when introduced by physicist John Archibald Wheeler, who emphasized that we live in a participatory universe:
“We are not only observers.
We are participators.
In some strange sense,
this is a participatory universe.”
— John Archibald Wheeler
This concept is wonderful, because it provides us with a basis by which we can be scientists, conducting personal experiments in our own lives. I suggest for best results to start by paying attention to how you are feeling.
On days when your Qi (internal energy) is high, such as when you are in love, or have meditated, exercised, or spent a beautiful day in nature, you may notice that some thoughts seem to instantly manifest in physical reality.
When we’re not feeling strong energy, there are some things we can do to pull ourselves up by the proverbial bootstraps.
The Observer’s Perspective EffectThe so-called “Observer Effect” in quantum physics refers to the principle by which the very act of taking observational measurements in an experiment such as the famous Double Slit Experiment have the effect of determining what will subsequently be observed.
We can thus shift reality by shifting our perspective. This is a brilliant strategy for virtually any situation that we apparently have no control over. Obviously, with regard to situations we can influence, we can start creating a to-do list and set reasonable goals that we feel fairly certain we can attain. But for everything we have minimal or no ability to influence, the absolutely best thing we can do is to adjust our perspective–and change our attitude. At such a juncture, it’s often helpful to remember that there is a great deal that is bigger than us–and we can trust and have faith that the cosmos was here before we were born, and the cosmos will exist long after we’re gone.
Sometimes we feel temporarily mired in emotional “stuff”–such as feelings of great sadness, tremendous anxiety, or outrage and anger. When we know that we can take a few steps back and observe ourselves having these emotions, we can begin to pull ourselves out of whatever drama we’re feeling tempted to participate in: we can become positive observers.
Breathe Slowly and DeeplyOne of the simplest ways to lift above feelings of despair, anxiety, and anger is to take some slow, deep, steady breaths. Inhale with a full, deep, slow breath–and then exhale even more slowly than you just breathed in. Bring your attention to knowing that in this moment of space and time, you are OK. Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
Connect with Cosmic MindWhile still breathing slowly and deeply, bring your awareness to the idea that the Cosmos was here long before you arrived in the form you now occupy. Keep breathing slowly, deeply, and fully and envision that all you really ever need to do is show up in life, and do the best you can for yourself and others. The Cosmos can do the ‘heavy lifting’ of coordinating all the reality shifts and miracles that may feel completely out of our control.
Becoming a Positive ObserverIt sometimes helps to notice how other people can get caught up in dramas. People who are feeling constantly sad and downtrodden can seem to be playing the role of Victim; those who seem chronically anxious often play the role of Rescuer; and those who are angry and full of outrage can often (and quite inadvertently) end up playing the role of Persecutor.
When we find ourselves wallowing in seemingly endless sadness, anxiety, or anger we can recognize we might have stepped into some drama ‘quicksand.’ At this stage of awareness, it’s easy for us to come up with all sorts of rationales and reasons why it’s imperative that we must stay ___________ ( depressed / anxious / outraged ), because ___________. When we raise our level of consciousness by stepping back and observing ourselves, we will notice that those stuck feelings are not actually either necessary nor optimal functioning modes.
As we lift out of lower-vibe emotions, we can move for example, from sadness into vulnerability. We can move from anxiety into caring. We can move from anger into assertiveness. The first step toward becoming positive observers is learning to observe what we are thinking and how we are feeling from a perspective of kindness and unconditional love. There is value in gaining a higher-order viewpoint, in much the same way that you could easily find a hidden character such as Waldo hiding in a two dimensional ‘flatland’ floor plan. With the advantage of our three-dimensional observational abilities, we do not need to wander around inside that ‘flatland’ floor plan, but instead can instantly see at a glance where Waldo is hiding.
Raising our level of consciousness grants us the ability to see the bigger picture–that our thoughts and feelings do not define us, but rather are passing through, much like clouds in the sky. It grants us the ability to rise out of sadness to vulnerability; out of anxiety to caring; and out of anger into assertiveness.
Honoring this shift to positive perspective, we can remember to keep asking, “How good can it get?”

Want to jump into another world? Maybe you already have!
Have you ever wished you could jump into another world–another reality? Maybe you already have!
There is an unspoken assumption that we all agree that there exists one consistent set of true historical events–and therefore can expect that all our individual memories ought to correspond to this singular, objective reality. That’s an unspoken assumption, and it’s not really questioned. We tend to expect that all of our individual experiences and memories map onto that one, singular, objective reality. But what if that assumption is not true?
What if we exist within a holographic multiverse of ever-shifting realities, in which we sometimes find that rather than one fixed set of historical facts, we can find ourselves remembering something different from what official historical–culturally correct–records suggest?
If we do exist within something like a holographic multiverse of ever-shifting realities, we could expect to witness what we now know as the Mandela Effect. The Mandela Effect is the phenomenon where we actually do remember foods such as Haas avocados, and Stouffer’s Stovetop stuffing, for example. I live in California, and I always pronounced the name of these California avocados as “haaas” and I would have pronounced the word “hass” if that was how it was spelled, but I didn’t do that because it wasn’t spelled that way. And now, it’s supposedly always been spelled “Hass” avocados. With Stovetop stuffing, that’s a case where I clearly remember the TV commercials that very clearly stated this popular product was Stouffer’s stovetop stuffing, but now supposedly it’s always only and ever been Kraft stovetop stuffing.
And, it’s important to point out that if we are living in a holographic multiverse, as I suggest in my book, Quantum Jumps, we could occasionally expect to witness dramatic changes–such as witnessing ourselves or others undergo spontaneous remissions from injuries and illnesses.
For those of us witnessing reality shifts, quantum jumps, and the Mandela Effect, there is no need to provide “extraordinary evidence,” since those of us who are experiencers are not simply making “extraordinary claims,” but rather are simply sharing the facts of our personal experiences. Thousands of first-hand case studies of these observations have been documented with dates, geographic locations, first-hand reports, and commentary since 1999 on the RealityShifters website. Our ‘evidence’ exists in our awareness–in the form of qualia, which is associated with the so-called “hard problem” of consciousness. How can you prove the concept of our unique, subjective experiences of consciousness–and reality–that we see in qualia? This is called a hard problem, because it is not a matter that can be easily translated to materialistic form. Similarly, we cannot prove the concept of the Mandela Effect, since it is a similarly hard problem.
As widespread as the assumption of a singular objective reality is, it directly conflicts with the idea from quantum physics that “quantum physics prohibits a single history,” as well as some recent quantum physics experimental findings that two observational devices at the same place and time can literally observe two different subjective realities. Also, experience of the Mandela Effect is gaining traction and gaining ground.
Quantum Physics Prohibits a Single History
The purpose of the science of physics is to understand how the universe behaves by studying the behaviors of matter and energy through space and time. Through such scientific study, physics has found some truly paradigm-shifting principles in quantum physics.
Physicists Stephen Hawking and Thomas Hertog ca-authored a paper in 2006, claiming that the Universe has no singular or unique beginning. Hertog states, “Quantum mechanics forbids a single history.” Hawking and Hertog referred to their theory ‘top-down’ cosmology, because instead of focusing primarily on seeking a fundamental set of initial physical laws under which the cosmos unfolded, it starts ‘at the top,’ with what we see today, and then works backwards to see what the initial conditions must have been.
The Observer’s Perspective Effect
C. Brukner’s 2019 paper described recent physics research experiments showing that two observational devices set up at the same place and set to make and record observations at the same time can–and sometimes do–make very different observations. When we see how this physics experiment challenges objective reality, we see experimental results providing validation that we can expect to sometimes witness alternate histories from what others observe. And this is exactly what we are observing when we notice reality shifts, quantum jumps, and the Mandela Effect.
The ‘Hard Problem’ of Consciousness
The hard problem of memory has a precedent in the so-called ‘hard problem of consciousness,’ because it delves into areas that materialist science based on material realism cannot adequately address or describe. This hard problem has to do with why and how we have qualia, or first-person experiences that feel like something. This is referred to as a ‘hard problem’ in contrast to such ‘easier’ matters of explaining various cognitive functions including: learning, memory, verbal communication, and perceptual integration.
What I love about the so-called ‘hard problem’ is that it reminds me of the philosophical question, “Why is there anything at all?” By going directly to contemplate the idea of nothingness–and somethingness–we find ourselves contemplating a cosmos outside Time and Space. What might exist in such imagined realms? When I imagine what lies outside of time and space, I get a sense that there exists a sense of existence in the form of wisdom of being–the inspiration behind knowledge and meaning. We gain a sense of our true selves in the form of pure consciousness.
How can we Recognize Adjacent Realities?
Returning to the original question: What if you want to jump into another world? Maybe you already have! Once we recognize that we indeed likely have jumped into other worlds, other realities–how can we learn to recognize when we are next to these adjacent realities? We can be quite close to other possible realities in every moment.
You can ask yourself how you would feel when you are adjacent to another reality? What are the kinds of qualia–the internal consciousness, “hard problem” stuff that can’t yet be fully recorded in accordance with methods and practices that are part of materialistic science. There is no way to objectively document or measure such experiences, because they are so uniquely individual to each of our experiences.
But the good news is that you can tell when you are adjacent to another possible reality. Just as you can tell when something good is cooking in the other room, because you can smell it–similarly, you can feel and sense when there is a good reality adjacent to your own.
And if you sense that there isn’t yet any such good reality, then you can change your internal emotions and energies to make yourself much more positive. You can feel gratitude, and feel grateful. You can feel reverence, and choose to experience Revhumanism (rather than Transhumanism). You can become aware of the amazing opportunities in every moment, as you keep asking, “How good can it get?” and you can keep finding out. This works even when life is as chaotic as it sometimes gets, such as during this pandemic year of 2020 going into 2021.
Acknowledging our ability to make different observations from different perspectives, we do well to remember to keep asking, “How good can it get?” Let’s find out together!

Choosing Revhumanism in Apocalyptic Times
[image error]
At this time with robots, Artificial Intelligence, and the Singularity on the horizon we’ve reached a crossroads for the future of humanity—where we can either choose to put faith in technology to inspire us and lead the way (Transhumanism)—or choose to put faith in life force energy in each of us, the Earth, and the Cosmos (Revhumanism).
Long Prophesied Decision Point
[image error]Technologies are not inherently evil—the risk of loss of sovereignty comes from idolizing technologies as higher, greater, or more than a living conscious Cosmos, or God.
We can see we have reached a decision point that was prophesied thousands of years ago by many spiritual faiths and traditions. A picture of this decision point was literally carved in stone on the Hopi Prophecy Rock near Oraibi, Arizona. This rock tells the story of three previous human worlds being destroyed when people became greedy, worshiped technology as if it were a god, fought each other, and forgot the original purpose of humanity to honor the Earth as the source of life and sustenance.
Two paths go forward into the future; the higher path places faith on technologies, at the expense of caring for each other and the Earth, and it fizzles out and disappears. The lower path continues on indefinitely, and is for those humans who continue to care for each other and the Earth.
Transhumanism and the Singularity
Biologist Julian Huxley coined the word transhumanism in 1927, writing:
“the human species can, if it wishes, transcend itself. We need a name for this new belief. Perhaps transhumanism will service: man remaining man, but transcending himself by realizing new possibilities.”
Modern-day transhumanism focuses on technologically augmenting human bodies and brains. Transhumanists seek bio-hacking solutions from genetic engineering, robotics, information and nano technologies to bypass natural biological limitations—including mortality. The promise of transhumanism ranges from wearable tech, to prosthetics, all the way to immortality through uploading a person’s neural network to a computer system.
The technological Singularity is envisioned as a point in time—perhaps by 2045—where futurists such as Ray Kurzweil, expect super-intelligent machines with artificial general intelligence to attain awareness at levels that humans cannot unplug or reverse.
This topic is near and dear to my heart: I’d love to see humanity grow into its best qualities, without surrendering agency of free will through over-dependence on technologies. It’s one thing to be shocked to realize we don’t know a friend’s phone number because we’ve come to depend on our mobile phones and devices to remember such things for us, and it’s quite another to reach a point where we stop thinking for ourselves regarding decisions that matter the most.
What is humanity’s ultimate endpoint?
While the Singularity may be unavoidable—mind-matter cyborg transhumans existing in a mechanical cosmos are definitely not my view of the pinnacle of human evolution.
We can envision our optimal future being created by us, based on what we collectively need, love, and imagine. Revhumanism is a philosophy of harmoniously living and co-creating with a living, developing Cosmos—with reverence for the Earth, and other beings.
The Latin “rev” relates to ideas of reviving, regaining, recalling, and growing strong and young again. “Rev” also stands for reverence—a quality that inspires us to live up to our truly highest potential of seeing and respecting the inspiration, light, and consciousness that all of creation shares. Revhumanism invites humans to return to honoring the Earth as the source of life and sustenance.
Revhumanism involves relating with reverence, humility, and empathy with others, with the Earth, and with the Cosmos—inviting us to actuate high-level sovereign agency.
Sovereignty is a key concept in incarnational spirituality, recognizing our sense of living our life with purpose and for some reason. We have an awareness of having some original intent for our life. Sometimes we can get caught up in drama, and forget the purpose we are living with, but we can access and remember this original intention and purpose.
We can observe our thoughts and feelings at higher levels of self, without ‘having buttons pushed.’ We can rise above ‘fight or flight’ reactive responses, and view events free from anger or anguish over the past or anxiety about the future—feeling connection with our Best Possible Future Selves who are loving, joyful, fearless, compassionate, and reverent.
Revhumanism acknowledges that humanity is part of a living, growing Cosmos, with everyone intrinsically having a transcendant divine nature. Revhumanism invites us to live true to our highest potential of embodying more wisdom than cleverness; more hope than cynicism; more humility than hubris; more empathy than apathy; and more reverence than insolence. Revhumanism represents a radical invitation for each of us to be the highest level embodiment of consciousness we wish to see in the world. When we see everyone and everything from the perspective of reverence, doors to adjacent possible realities open where there were no doors before.
Evidence of Human Evolution in the Mandela Effect
Evidence exists that humanity is actuating high levels of sovereign agency that we experience through increased awareness of alternate histories we call the “Mandela Effect.”
The Mandela Effect shows us that histories can change—that our memories of past events can differ noticeably from currently agreed-upon facts. Many people thus remember things that now officially never occurred, such as the heart being located slightly on the left, rather than in the center of our chests, for example. People are now sharing memories of different histories, and sometimes experiencing reality shifts where things appear, disappear, transform, and transport, as well as changes in the experience of time.
Insights from the Mandela Effect provide clues that we all naturally possess ‘quantum super-powers,’ that are best employed in accordance with spiritual wisdom. Shared experiences of Mandela Effects, reality shifts, and miraculous changes to reality demonstrate what profound differences observational perspective can make.
The majority of Mandela Effect experiencers are Empaths; Empaths (aka: Intuitive Feelers) comprise 25% of population, yet experience 75% of Mandela Effects. We see evidence in support of this concept of Subjective (rather than Objective) reality, in recent quantum physics experiments showing observers at the same place and time can witness different events.
We each have the ability to access much larger levels of self than we ordinarily acknowledge. At these levels of self:
— we can gain awareness of potential future events
— we can experience simultaneous possible realities
— we can recognize ways perspective influences reality
— miraculous reality shifts can be experienced
Humanity is actuating high levels of sovereign agency, with natural ‘quantum super-powers’ that are best employed in accordance with spiritual wisdom. Insights from the Mandela Effect and recent studies in quantum physics provide clues by which we can better envision a positive future for humanity founded in wisdom, connection, kindness, reverence, and love.
Choosing Revhumanism in Apocalyptic Times
“Apocalypse” is a word derived from the Greek verb apokalyptein, meaning “to take the cover off,” and is associated with times of unveiling and revelation. We are living through times of great change and unveiling in which our choice of perspective and what we put our faith in—can make all the difference in the future worlds we next experience.
With Humility, we acknowledge there exists a hidden order;
With Empathy, we see through the eyes of our heart;
With Reverence, we remember we are all connected.
Acknowledging our best possible future selves, we remember to keep asking, “How good can it get?”
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
As always, I encourage you to ask my favorite question any time you get the opportunity: “How good can it get?”

Envisioning Our Best Possible Future Selves
[image error]
We can gain a special kind of inspiration, guidance, and intuitive insight by envisioning we’re receiving help from our Best Possible Future Selves.
Lessons from Future Self
One of my favorite ways to stay positively focused, optimistic, and inspired is to stay aware of the presence of loving, divine wisdom ever-present in our lives. And this presence can be highly personal and trustworthy–it can be a relationship with your Best Possible Future Self.
For all of my adult life, I’ve been aware of the reality of my Best Possible Future Self, since meeting my future self back in 1978 when I was a teenager. She float-walked into my bedroom, entering through my mirrored closet doors, non-verbally telepathically communicating comforting messages of love. I thought I was just dreaming, but later found that some special items–hand-written love letters–were missing from the secret place I’d hidden them in my roll-top desk’s lower drawer. Her visit was a mystery to me, and is still quite enigmatic and ephemeral to this day–yet one of the lasting gifts to me from her appearance is my faith in our ability to nurture our relationships with our Best Possible Future Selves.
For many years I thought my future self would return those letters to me at some point in time. I still have the same roll-top desk, providing opportunity for the return of these items, no questions asked. Yet so far, this has not happened. Some conceptualizations of the way quantum physics might allow for time travel via closed time-like curves can provide an explanation for that, since it’s not necessary for the teenage version of me that I remember to have met an older future version of me who I remember. In fact, I might never have the experience of being the Future Me who float-walks through that mirror closet door at all.
My current view of my very real first experience with my future self is that my future self was providing gentle guidance to me, without directly influencing my free agency and free will to do whatever seemed right for me. I sense that my future self was giving me unspoken permission to ‘change my stars,’ and not consider myself locked into any situation, but rather instead to acknowledge that change is ever-present, and I can best honor changes in myself and others by learning to not be overly clingy, but instead ready and willing to let go.
The advantages of such relationships with our future selves are truly enormous; we can benefit from guidance, inspiration, protection, and support by someone who knows and understands us best–our Best Possible Future Selves.
Connecting with Best Possible Future You
Typically any time we are feeling weighed down by whatever the problems of the moment seem to be, our idea of who we are in that exact moment is not the fullness and greatness that at other times we know ourselves to be.
Honestly, there are many versions of ourselves, with many moods and personalities and characteristics. We see some of these when we feel we are being pressured by constraints of time or resources–and we get a chance to rise above those challenges, or perhaps fall back into familiar patterns.
You might acknowledge that there is a part of you who is fun-loving and enjoyable to be around.
There is a possibly more hidden part of you who is loving, fearless, radiant, joyful–coming from a vantage point of infinite and eternal wisdom, far above the everyday perspective of typical human everyday life.
Your Best Possible Future Self comes from this Higher Self vantage point, with the ability to provide you with wonderful guidance, brilliant inspiration, and steady emotional and energetic support.
Just knowing that your Best Possible Future Self might be truly real, and might truly be accessible by you–can be life changing.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
As always, I encourage you to ask my favorite question any time you get the opportunity: “How good can it get?”

Nature’s message now
[image error]
With Red Flag warnings of possibly imminent evacuation, this month provides opportunities to hear Nature’s message to us now.
Grateful for Coastal Fog
I’m so grateful we got our coastal fog back, and that people joined in to send love and visions of cool air and gentle breezes when I sent out a message on social media (after hearing from so many people checking in on me) that we had been put on emergency evacuation notice here. We were surrounded by fires burning out of control, without adequate firefighters to deal with the situation, and more dry lightning storms predicted last weekend. And now here where I am there is damp fog today, like yesterday, with our redwood trees dripping rain in the garden as usual, thank goodness.
I love the giant redwoods in my garden–and they are so tall (about 100 feet high, and very close to our house) and such gentle spirits. I felt inspired to buy this house I live in over 30 years ago because of the giant redwood about six feet from one corner of the house–it just felt like the next best thing to living in a treehouse.
A request to care
This past year, a second redwood tree near the border of our property reached out to me and asked me to adopt it. This came to my attention in the form of a weakened branch falling at my feet one day, when I was standing in my garden about 10-15 feet away from the base of that tree. The branch was dry and the needles on it were brown, and it had dropped to my feet so suddenly and with such precision (landing just exactly in front of me, as I’d just walked to that spot) that it was evident to me that this redwood sought my full attention. I looked up at the redwood and asked (in my heart and mind), “What do you wish to tell me?” and that was when I could clearly sense it asking my mind and heart, “Will you care for me?” I was so surprised and of course said “Yes!” in a heartbeat, and have been giving it love and energy and water ever since. I felt a bit silly that I’d so long (over 30 years) been assuming that redwood “belonged to the person who owned the neighboring property.” Obviously the tree is sentient, and obviously (to me anyway) it’s health was at risk, and it knows that by connecting to me who will greet and love it every single day that I live here it can quickly come back into balance and health, which it is. This is not something I could explain to the neighboring property owners, nor expect them to do—and besides, the redwood tree specifically made this request to me. I see that I’m there with it every day, and others are not–though my rational mind did raise these thoughts, as you see!
I now am just gobsmacked by the realization that this gentle spirit of a redwood tree is helping me recognize that not just wooden fences, but any kind of human-designed barrier or boundary might have some good reasons for existing, but in some situations can probably be best disregarded or even completely ignored, for the best for all concerned. Clearly, there are reasons for boundaries, and I fully intend to respect the boundaries of the fence between my property and my neighbor’s. Just as clearly, some aspects of what we humans think we may “own” we more correctly are here to care for, and there is such a profound and significant difference between “owning” and actually caring. Since adopting this second redwood tree, I see it now looks visibly healthier and larger–just in a few months time. Logically, there is no way it could be so much larger in girth after just a few months of loving care, yet I have often seen things dramatically change much more quickly than be explained or understood by classical Boolean logic.
Surrounded by Fire, and Love
In mid-August, most of those of us in California received notification from our Governor and local government representatives that immediate evacuation might be required of us at a moment’s notice, and we should all have our Go Bags packed, and be prepared to exit by car if possible, and by foot if need be. These warnings were based on incoming storms that meteorologists warned would likely bring “dry lightning” strikes for a second time, while California was still reeling from having been hit by thousands of lightning strikes, with hundreds of fires still burning all around.
Friends and colleagues checked in to make sure I was alright, while numerous email, phone, and news messages all repeated the warning that dry lightning strikes were anticipated in the next two day period of “Red Flag” alert. I posted a status update to social media, including mention that I was feeling “positive and prayerful,” and turned away from electronic media and the internet to tune in with the weather systems, and to feel caring, heartfelt love for California. Hundreds of people blessed me with love, positive visualizations, prayer, and healing energy–which I could palpably feel. I could also sense the weather systems indeed seemed to be transforming from the expected dry lightning with high winds to no lightning and very little wind, together with beautifully cool, damp, fog. Through the night I could hear rain falling on my roof, as a redwood tree caught fog and brought it down to earth as rain.
While nearby fires continued to burn, few new fires were started, and the cooler, calmer air assisted fire-fighters in gaining better control of what was already ablaze. And together with a deep sense of gratitude, my heart felt ablaze with love.
Care across fences
I recognize in my experience with hearing the request from my neighbor’s redwood tree to care for it, that this can be an important message for all of us at this time. There are benefits for caring for one another and all of nature regardless what barriers or divisions we may presume to exist.
As always, I encourage us all to keep asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?”

A Gift for All of Us, a Falcon in the Garden
An extraordinary thing happened the other day that was such a good sign and omen, that I know you’ll just love it.
When I looked out the front window, I saw a giant falcon fly into our Gravenstein apple tree, and perch on the lowest branch, only a few feet off the ground. This bird looked like a peregrine falcon to me, with distinctive striped/dappled patterns on its golden chest and on both sides, giant yellow-orange talons (that seemed as big as its head) and a beautiful, curved beak. It was watching activity at our neighbor’s house across the street, where tree trimmers had been clearing branches away from overhead electrical lines. There was a pile of branches in front of our neighbor’s driveway–and a mother and her young son had stopped to look at all the branches. The falcon watched all this with great interest, settling into our apple tree where it remained for about 10 minutes or so.
The falcon’s head swiveled around to see me watching it–even though I was inside the house, about ten feet away from the window. I was amazed to see how alert and aware this bird was, and how keen its vision must be. After the falcon had rested in our apple tree for about ten minutes, it flew directly toward me (!!!) and then just up above me, to the right, to sit atop the roof over our front porch! It saw me watching it from a respectful distance inside the house. I could tell it was watching my every move, since any time I made even the slightest movement, the falcon swiveled its head to stare at me intently. The falcon also kept a close eye on our front yard, no doubt aware that we have a gopher who burrows there regularly.
After many minutes of sitting on the porch roof, the falcon flew off toward our backyard. I went to look out the kitchen window, and a few minutes later, the falcon flew right toward me a second time, (!!!) so I got a perfect view of its beautiful golden breast and outstretched wings–and then it flew up over the roof of our house. I returned to the living room, to see if I could spot it in the front yard, but saw no sign of it. I then returned to the kitchen a few minutes later, when I saw the falcon fly directly toward me a third time (!!!)–looking at me as it approached the house, and then landed atop our front porch roof once more.
This falcon was so gorgeous in full flight, and so regal when keeping watch on the yard, but the it’s most remarkable quality was how much love I could palpably feel from being in the presence of this beautiful bird. I was especially overwhelmed with how much love it had shown me by flying directly toward me, while looking me in the eye, THREE times that afternoon. I see a lot of birds in our garden, including crows, bluejays, house finches, and hummingbirds–and in the entire 30 plus years I’ve lived here, yesterday was the first time a bird ever flew directly toward me while looking right at me the whole time. Only one other bird has flown up to a window and peered in at me on the other side, and that was a hummingbird several years ago, who seemed to be saying “Thank you!” to me, for having refilled the nectar in the hummingbird feeder. This summer I’ve also had a few hummingbirds hover close to me, and sometimes fly into a spray of water when I’m watering the yard. All of those moments are memorable, indeed, but this felt truly exceptional.
This bird looked like a young peregrine falcon. Peregrine falcons have been my favorite bird ever since I was a little girl, and saw one in a children’s book. I’d been watching three baby peregrine falcons that hatched this Spring up at the top of UC Berkeley’s campanile tower, where a Cal falcons camera monitor showed livestream video from their nesting box from the time their mother sat on the eggs, to the time the young peregrine’s flight feathers came in, and up until their very first practice flights.
Blessing, Message, and Gift
To see something extraordinary three times is a blessing, and a message, and a gift. There was so much love in this bird’s visit that I spent quite a bit of time just soaking it in. This falcon had a truly majestic presence, and in addition to that, it seemed especially attuned with me–the way it flew directly toward me while clearly seeing me (inside my house) three times in a row.
What I’d been doing in the days before the peregrine’s visit was honoring the memory of my dear beloved deceased friend and mentor, the American linguist, Dan “Moonhawk” Alford. Moonhawk often described himself as hanging out
“at the lonely intersection of language, physics, Native America and consciousness,”
and the few precious hours I spent hanging out with him at my first Language of Spirit conference in New Mexico was life-changing for me. Moonhawk has a way of illuminating important ideas, such as how language shapes consciousness, and he has a genius for inspiring people to think differently. Moonhawk pointed out how it might be, for example, that in Nature, “A does not always equal A,” because
“you can never step into the same river twice.”
Such a seemingly simple point gets to the heart of how our western science and logic was constructed with a mechanistic bias, while the natural world is ever-changing, generous, alive and profound.
Another mind-expanding point that Moonhawk made is that our English language is noun-based, which affects our view of the cosmos. Moonhawk pointed out that he’s spent time with Native Americans who could talk for hours, or even for an entire day, without once uttering a single noun. Such a thing is mind-blowing to most westerners, whose thoughts shape the way they think to an extraordinary degree. Even the idea of God is a verb to Native Americans, and this mental conceptualization of reality is so different from typical western reductionist viewpoints, yet such a perfect match for quantum physicists, such as David Bohm, who’d met with Moonhawk and Leroy Little Bear at a special dialogue hosted by the Fetzer Institute in Michigan in 1992.
I’d been reading Moonhawk’s articles on his website, after having watched a DVD documentary film honoring him and physicist David Bohm and Blackfoot indian Leroy Little Bear, called “The Language of Spirituality” this weekend. I’d been talking with Moonhawk in my heart for the past several days–hearing his jokes, witticisms, and responses in my heart–so it feels right that Moonhawk’s spirit is so with me. And indeed the peregrine falcon’s visit was a blessing, a message, and a gift.
As always, I encourage us all to keep asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?”

JOTT documentation of early personal Mandela Effects
Two researchers, Barrington and Jinks, have documented personal Mandela Effects and reality shifts as “jotts,” “jottles,” and “DOP,” providing well-documented case histories of these events well back into the 1950s, with anecdotal evidence going much further back than that.
This past month, Jeff Mishlove, author and host of the excellent program, Thinking Allowed, asked if I had heard of a book called JOTT written by Mary Rose Barrington. Until Jeff Mishlove mentioned this book, it had not been on my radar at all.
JOTT: When Things Disappear… and Come Back or Relocate–and Why it Really Happens was published in 2018. I love how it normalizes the reality shift or personal Mandela Effect phenomenon as merely being “Just One of Those Things,” or “JOTT.” Author Mary Rose Barrington was born in London in 1926, studied law, and served as Vice President of the Society for Psychical Research.
Excellent documented evidence of MEs back to 1950s
[image error]One of my favorite things about JOTT is that it was written by a researcher born in the 1920s who was keenly aware that instances of objects disappearing, reappearing, teleporting, and appearing-out-of-nowhere were matters of common knowledge over a century ago. JOTT references several articles on “Jottles” written by Barrington, going back to the early 1990s; Barrington was clearly fascinated with this topic. Some of the detailed reports included in JOTT occurred as early as the 1950s, and Barrington pointed out that this phenomenon has a history going much farther back even than that. Barrington writes,
“In our time, we seldom hear reports of sensational macro-phenomena said to have taken place during the 100 years starting mid-nineteenth century, when many people believed that such things were possible and that they could be evoked by the human endeavor, usually with input from the supposed spirit world.” [1]
Many of the first-hand reports described in JOTT came from submissions following an article from the magazine, “The Unexplained,” that described what we now recognize as personal Mandela Effects or reality shifts, asking readers to please write in with any of their experiences.
Where have “Jottles” been all my life?
Looking back to the list of references in the back of JOTT, I was stunned to see several articles on “Jottles” written by Barrington all the way back to the early 1990s, documenting what PMH Atwater referred to as “Reality Shifts” in a chapter by that name in 1999 in her book, Future Memory. I did not find Atwater’s work until well after I’d written my book, Reality Shifts, yet Atwater’s take on the subject closely paralleled mine.
[image error]Now that I know to look for other terms for reality shifts and personal Mandela Effects, I see there are several articles about “jottles” published by Barrington going back to the 1990s, and a 2016 book about Disappearing Object Phenomenon, also known by the acronym “DOP,” by author Tony Jinks. [2] Jinks apparently was aware of the terms “JOTT” and “jottles,” but apparently not the terms, “reality shift” nor “Mandela Effect.”
Truly we are living in interesting times, when the research about the same topic is being conducted in different niches. Both Barrington and Jinks have apparently been completely unaware of reality shifts as documented by myself and PMH Atwater in our books Reality Shifts and Future Memory, as well as the ever-expanding awareness of the general public of personal Mandela Effects.
Dr. Tony Jinks is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Social Science and Psychology, Western Sydney University, NSW, Australia. Tony is the President, Australian Institute of Parapsychological Research. He has a background in Neuroscience and has published in the field of neuroscience, perception, parapsychology and paranormal belief and experience.
JOTT and Jottles Typology
Barrington’s typology for what we now know as personal Mandela Effects and reality shifts and what she called “Just One of Those Things” or JOTT or jottles includes:
Flyaways – objects vanish
Turn-Ups – objects appear
Windfalls – objects appear that were not previously yours
Comebacks – objects reappear after having disappeared
Walkabout – something comes back, but not where you left it
Trade-Ins – something has been traded for what you’d previously had
Barrington attributes the JOTT phenomenon to being related to Cosmic Mind, and recognizes that these experiences are relatively widespread, and have been around for quite a long time.
DOP Typology
Australian psychology professor and author Dr. Tony Jink’s typology for what we now know as personal Mandela Effects and reality shifts and what he calls Disappearing Object Phenomena (DOP), involving 385 case studies that he finds convincing, trustworthy, and reliable Dr. Tony Jinks gave a 2017 talk in which he specifically rules out that experiencers of Disappearing Object Phenomena are psychologically indistinguishable from non-experiencers. That is to say that experiencers are not suffering from such possible psychological issues as: transcience; telescoping; errors of commission (suggestibility, illusionary correlation, confirmation bias); perceptual blindness (ie: inattentional blindness); altered states of consciousness (hallucinations, autohypnosis); encoding errors (“absent mindedness”); memory distortion (pre-existing beliefs); and loose associationism. Typology of DOP includes:
Disappearances – like Barrington’s Flyaways
Appearances – like Barrington’s Turn-Ups and Windfalls
Reappearances – like Barrington’s Comebacks and Walkabouts
Replacement – equivalent to Barrington’s Trade-In
Jinks notes that DOP events are isolated incidents–they are discontinuities. Jinks contemplates possible causes of DOP such as: invisibility; teleportation and/or wormholes; parallel universes; dimensional shifts; external agents; and human-centered causes (such as witnessed in psychokinetic abilities, for example). Jinks’ favored explanation is human-centered causes, unwittingly caused by the experient themselves, for various obscure subconscious reasons. Jinks recognizes that these DOP incidents are characterized by a quality of Seamlessness, and he therefore likes the idea of conscious observation (by multiple consciousness states) that are responsible for ‘collapsing reality,’ so we have the consensual reality we have now, such that the new situation appears as if it has always been that way.
Reality Shifts & Personal Mandela Effect Typology
Those of us who have been communicating and conversing about personal Mandela Effects and reality shifts note the general categories suggested by Barrington and Jinks. After more than 20 years of collecting hundreds of first-hand reports of reality shifts from around the world on the http://www.realityshifters.com website, we expand the typology to include:
Disappearances – like Barrington’s Flyaways
Appearances – like Barrington’s Turn-Ups and Windfalls, including buildings
Reappearances – like Barrington’s Comebacks and Walkabouts
Transformations – equivalent to Barrington’s Trade-In & Jinks’ Replacement, plus changes in body physiology (hair, eye color) and healing
Changes in experience of Time – time loops, traveling fast, meeting future self
Alive Again – people previously reported deceased are alive
Teleportation/Tunneling – people & objects teleported past or through objects
Synchronicity – events align meaningfully
Well worth note is the observation reality shifts and personal Mandela Effect often go far beyond a simple matter of ‘objects gone missing’ and there is, in fact, an awareness that some large objects–such as buildings, mountains and trees–have been noticed to have disappeared, appeared, reappeared and transformed. Many people are witnessing changes to the human physiology and anatomy–such as repositioning of the heart and kidneys. Some people notice we are now in a different part of the Milky Way galaxy, such as Orion, instead of Sagittarius.
As always, I encourage all of us to keep asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?”

Boggling delayed choice participatory universe, horoscopes, and Mandela Effects
When I play the game Boggle with friends, we’ve often been amazed at the way we find some words so consistently. Sometimes for three consecutive games in a row, we might find the same word, such as “toe” for example. While playing Boggle via email over the internet during this pandemic, my friends and I noted that there seemed to be a subconscious awareness of health and coronavirus topics–which perhaps comes as not too much of a surprise.
I also noticed that some of the words that I was finding had some kind of fire theme going on. I figured of course, living in California, fire safety is on my mind with regard to keeping dead woods cleared out of the garden, and getting on top of weed and grass abatement, too. When noticing the times that my friends and I find the same word for three or four games in a row–that’s so amazing to me when it happens, since it seems to indicate those words might always be there–or perhaps more accurately, it’s our shared expectation of finding them that ensures those words reality shift their way into each and every game.
Physicist John Archibald Wheeler asserted that we live in a Participatory universe, in which the measurements we choose to make, truly matter. Wheeler also proposed a series of experiments to test the notion that light somehow “senses” the experimental apparatus in the double-slit experiment it travels through, and adjusts its behavior to fit. While Wheeler’s musings were constrained to laboratory settings only, many of us observing such things as mysteriously recurring Boggle words might well wonder to what degree quantum physics is involved in our regular daily lives.
Participatory personalized horoscopes
Some of us might have already taken a similar look at the accuracy of some horoscopes–or pretty much any kind of intuitive divination system (such as the I Ching or Tarot cards), which can be uncannily specific. From a quantum physics-operating-in-daily-life point of view, we can consider the idea that the horoscope actually might be tailor-written just for you and me, just for that exact moment when we read it.
I don’t expect the horoscope was written once, and then read the same by everyone at all. This is such a good example of why individuals can believe in ‘silly things’ such as astrology, when subjective reality rules the universe! If and when we compare notes with one another, we force an observed system to comply with our chosen entanglement–and at that point, the wave functions can again collapse. I’d expect those cases of increased entanglement to ‘force the collapse’ of the wave function in such a way that some people would actually notice these reality shifts, with some of their horoscopes changing right before their very eyes.
I expect that is what is occurring with many reality shifts and Mandela Effects—it’s a natural matter of increasing the number of groups of people all ‘comparing notes’ about various observations, and Nature making corrections to bring alignment and agreement of ‘the facts’ to match ever-increasing numbers of populations of people coming to take a look at some particular thing. Whether that thing is Boggle board, that day’s horoscope in the newspaper, or a brand logo or name, all the increased number of observers is bound to make a difference, and certain to lead to some observed shifts in reality.
All of this, of course, can remind us to keep asking my favorite question, “How good can it get?”

The Virus, Memory, Mandela Effect connection
We can glean amazing insights from viewing the way memories and viruses work–and the extraordinary relationship between viruses, memory, and miracles–at this time when neurologists say that our memories come from an ancient virus.
An international collaboration of researchers from the University of Utah, the University of Copenhagen, and the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in the UK discovered something surprising about a protein called Arc, which is essential to long-term memory formation. It seems that some 350-400 million years ago, an ancestor to the retrovirus, the retrotransposon, injected its genetic material into a land-based, four-limbed creature, leading to the development of the Arc protein. Scientists have been amazed to discover that it has very similar properties to how a virus infects its host stating in their article in Cell,
“The neuronal gene Arc is essential for long-lasting information storage in the mammalian brain, mediates various forms of synaptic plasticity, and has been implicated in neurodevelopmental disorders,” and, “little is known about Arc’s molecular function and evolutionary origins.” [Pastuzyn 2018]
Using electro-microscopy, scientists realized that the way Arc assembles itself appears very similar to the way the HIV retrovirus operates.
The Arc protein behaves like a virus and serves as the platform allowing neurons to communicate with one another. Scientists found that mice lacking the Arc protein had difficulty remembering things they had learned within one day’s time, and their brains lacked plasticity–where the brain can easily absorb new knowledge and skills. Arc behaves like a viral capsid–like a hard, outer shell which is hollow inside and carries a virus’s genetic information from one cell to another. Arc mimics viral capsids by encapsulating its RNA in order to transfer it from one neuron to another.
Evolving with viruses
Virologists are noticing how the original novel coronavirus, covid-19, almost immediately mutated into three different strains, and within a few weeks was observed by scientists in Iceland to have over 400 mutated versions, eight strains of which have been found to be infecting humans globally at this time.
The SARS-CoV-2 virus is a betacoronavirus, like the SARS and MERS coronavirus, with a structure that is recognized by cell biologists as being 80% similar. While coronaviruses had once been considered to only affect birds and mammals, the SARS, MERS, and COVID-19 epidemics have demonstrated that this virus family can jump species barriers, and spread to humans.
Author William S. Burroughs theorized that words and language represent a type of virus that transformed the throats of humans who spoke those words. Author Philip K. Dick commented in “The Selected Letters of PKD, 1980-1982” on William S. Burroughs consideration of the existence of some kind of information virus:
“I cannot accept Burroughs’ view that we have been invaded by an alien virus, an information virus, yet on the other hand I cannot readily dismiss this bizarre theory as mere paranoia on his part. I think he is onto something real and important, and that his statements do more good–far more good–than harm (that is, he states the problem correctly, although perhaps his analysis of the cause is faulty; still, merely to be aware of the problem is to achieve a great deal). Now, I have been able to find accounts in ancient times of what seems to be a thinking or perceptual dysfunction or perhaps the thinking or perceptual dysfunction.
…Burroughs may have indeed detected an “information virus” or something like an information virus, but my supposition is that, if you grant its existence, it is of long-standing. World mythology supports this. Not just Christian.
Where Burroughs and I sharply disagree is that my supposition is that if–if–and information life form exists (and this is indeed a bizarre and wild supposition), it is benign; it does not occlude us; on the contrary: it informs us (or perhaps it has no interest in doing either, but simply rides our own information traffic, using our media as a carrier; that is entirely possible. That I myself saw this living information in the spring of 1974 is not something I wish to claim; on the other hand, I will not deny it. The issue is important, vital, and also elusive. If you grant an occluding information virus, are you not then yourself occluded in your very analysis of it, as well as your perception of its existence? There is a paradox involved. I’m sure you can see that.”
Mandela Effect-affected memories
Much of who we see ourselves to be comes from our memories of who we think we are, and the stories we believe we are living in. Without long-term memories, we’d eternally be in the moment, free from expectations of ourselves or others, and likely devoid of much in the way of long-term plans.
How fascinating, now, to realize that our very sense of self, and ability to have long-term memories comes thanks to an ancient virus. Scientists note that:
“Eukaryotic genomes are littered with DNA of viral or transposon origin, which compose about half of most mammalian genomes.” [Smit, 1999]
When it comes to the Mandela Effect, many of us recall different historical events as well as differences in just about everything in existence including: human physiology, plants, animals, books, foods, movies, music, names, places, buildings, aircraft, cars, and more. Clearly we are still finding fundamental processes by which information storage in the brain operates, and we have yet to discover biological mechanisms supporting our ability to witness reality shifts, Mandela Effects, quantum jumps, and miraculous changes. When we look at Nature through a quantum lens, we can see evidence that natural systems are capable of such seemingly impossible achievements such as: organism mutations within a single generation of bacteria; astonishingly high efficiencies of operation seen in photosynthesis; amazingly accurate navigation of robins; and perfect synchronization of starlings in flight. We can gain from such observation insights into the rich mystery of mind-matter interaction, guiding further investigations with my favorite question: “How good can it get?”
