CLN’s Conscious Trends of 2013
Cassandra Sturdy and Ross Pittman of Conscious Life News share exciting high points from 2013 that help us focus on some of the most important recent trends. For those of us who’d wondered what might happen post December 21st 2012, we now have some answers… and by taking a closer look at positive directions going forward, we can see ways we can make an even bigger difference in the world in the months and years ahead.
CLN’s Conscious Trends of 2013
Well, we’ve made it through 2013. Quite remarkable really, considering the world was supposed to end in a global apocalypse on December 21, 2012. Meteorites, tidal waves, aliens and comets… all sorts of spectacular scenarios were envisioned for the end of the Mayan calendar; a real-life record-ratings Hollywood blockbuster event.
What the mainstream and Hollywood failed to realize however, was that all the hype was symbolic of something much deeper playing out in the collective psyche: the completion of one cycle of consciousness and the beginning of another.
Indeed. The Mayan calendar and its associated prophecies actually marked the end of one age and the dawning of a new one, one driven by a more feminine energy and the values associated with this such as peace, nature, compassion and connection. This was never meant to manifest overnight, but to grow gradually in global society as more and more people awaken to realize that business as usual on planet Earth cannot go on.
Here at Conscious Life News, we think we’ve seen some pretty exciting trends this year that indicate this new age has begun. We’re not saying everything’s perfect… just that there have been positive developments that indicate the shift is alive and kicking, and will continue to take shape, provided we all keep doing our bit. Without further ado, we present to you, the Conscious Trends of 2013.
1. More women became influential leaders.
Margaret Brennan
As foretold by the Maya, women became stronger role models and more influential in society. The UN formerly recognized women for the role they play in peacekeeping and conflict prevention. Rwanda elected a women-majority parliament and the equality gap between men and women narrowed in most countries. But perhaps one of the most significant actions by a woman in 2013, was when CBS correspondent Margaret Brennan helped to avert a war with Syria by asking just one brilliant question.
2. More people realized their governments do not always act in their best interests.
More Americans are afraid of their own politicians than another terrorist attack
Admitting they now see their government as the single biggest source of the Nation’s problems, Americans said they are more afraid of their own politicians than another terrorist attack. We’re waking up to the fact that a wealthy minority use their positions of power to further their own agendas along, often at the cost of the masses and the environment… and we don’t like it.
3. More people awakened to the fact that mainstream media cannot be trusted.
Mainstream media is losing viewers as more people realize they cannot be trusted
Protests against the mainstream media were organized all over the world and people started turning away from big news networks. CNN and MSNBC lost almost half their entire audience.Realizing the mainstream media can no longer be trusted to foster freedom of speech and report important global issues, we’re leaving them behind. Sorry about that Rupert.
4. Whistleblowers stood up for our freedom.
Chelsea Manning & Edward Snowden
Just like Chelsea Manning did in 2010, Edward Snowden risked his home, family, life and freedom, because he realised the citizens of Earth deserve to know that governments are building aworld-wide surveillance system that secretly tracks how we live, who we talk to, and what we say. Thanks for proving what we’ve long suspected Ed. And, thank you Chelsea for your bravery in fulfilling your moral obligation. You totally got screwed. We pray for your early release from prison.
5. More people turned to alternative news media.
As the sheeple scurried away from the mainstream, demand for alternative news media shot up. The rapidly growing audiences for websites likeConscious Life News, RT , Activist Post, Natural News, Ben Swann’s Truth in Media, and The People’s Voice prove that there’s a huge demand fornews that uncovers important and hidden information about our democracies, is for the people and by the people, and is without corporate and political constraints.
6. We started to call for an end to the corrupt banking system.
Iceland President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson
Continuing to shine as an example of democracy and human rights, Iceland did something with their corrupt bankers that Americans should have done long ago: they threw them in jail.Meanwhile in the US, Ron Paul called for an endto the Federal Reserve. All over the world, people began speaking up about the poisonous grip the banking system has on democracy.
7. We banned GMOs.
GMO corn caused tumors in lab rats
From Hawaii to Mexico, from the EU to Africa, and from China to India, governments all over the worldput their feet down on genetically modified plants and foods, sending a strong message to greedy corporations like Monsanto that the people of this world do not want to risk their health or the natural diversity of the planet.
8. We let our governments know we want a better world.
Brazilians protest transportation costs
Brazil, Egypt, Italy, Bangladesh, Turkey, Chile,U.K., Ukraine, South Africa… we took to the streets en-masse to make it known to our governments what we will and won’t accept, and to show we want change. Acknowledgment of where things are at is the first step of awakening, and we saw lots of evidence this year that highlights people are doing just that.
9. Celebrities helped to raise awareness of the global shift.
Russell Brand
Russell Brand became a prominent speaker about the global shift, calling for a revolution of consciousness. Along with celebrities such as Oliver Stone, Michael Ratner, Moby, and Maggie Gyllenhaal, Brand also took part in a powerful short film about Bradley Manning and the importance of whistle-blowing. The world’s authors banded together to sign an anti-surveillance petition and singer Ben Lee released an album infused with ideas about spiritual awakening and inner work, donating all of his royalties to charity in the process.
10. Governments started making decisions that favored the people over the corporations and the military industrial complex.
Peru’s poor given solar power
One of the biggest surprises of the year was Britain’s decision not to support a US-led strike on Syria. It seems the UK government did actually learn something in the aftermath of Iraq. Not only that, but in saying no to the US, the UK sent a strong message to other governments that you don’t have to agree with the world’s superpower all the time and you can still stay friends. In Malaysia, the government decided to cut fuel subsidies so they could fund the poor. And in Peru, the poorest citizens were given solar power while the natives of Brazil started to get back their land rights.
11. We started waking up the intelligence of nature and the animal kingdom.
Dolphins Help Fishermen Catch Fish
Discovering that it’s possible to communicate with animals and work with them to create solutions, we began to awaken to the complex intelligences of nature and how sacred and interconnected consciousness really is. All of life on planet Earth is of value and we must treat it with respect for future generations.
Areas We Can Improve On In 2014 and Beyond
It’s important that we all keep doing what we can to help the shift unfold. Don’t underestimate the difference you can make, we are all equally responsible. Here’s a list of things you can do in 2014 and beyond to continue raising our collective consciousness.
1. Care more about stuff that doesn’t appear to affect you.
Pakistani drone strike victim testifies before Congress about her grandmother being literally blown to bits while gardening in her own back yard. Only five members of Congress bothered to show up.
Everyone should be out protesting the ongoing use of American drones to kill innocent people inPakistan and Yemen. Innocent civilians don’t deserve to be blown up while gardening in their own back yard or attending a wedding. If people in the US were being killed by drones when they stepped outside of their homes, there’d be an uproar. Yet, that is precisely what’s happening in Pakistan and Yemen, and very few people in the U.S. seem to care. When the Rehman family travelled halfway around the world from Pakistan to tell the story of the killing of their grandmother (who was gardening in her own back yard at the time), only five members of Congress bothered to show up.
It’s important to have compassion for all beings and do what you can to create change. As Albert Einstein said, we must strive to widen our circle of compassion:
“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. Nobody is able to achieve this completely, but the striving for such achievement is in itself a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security.”
2. Vote for better leaders.
In the November 2012 (close enough to 2013) presidential elections, none of the third party candidates in the US received even one percent of the vote. People in the U.S. need to wake up to the fact that the 2-party system is broken and provides merely an illusion of voting (here’s why). Promises of change by the 2-party candidates are empty at best, as evidenced by Barak Obama promising change and then breaking many of his key campaign promises.
In Australia, although Julian Assange’s new Wikileaks Party obtained 88,000 votes in the Australian Federal election, it wasn’t enough to secure him a seat in the Senate. A lot of people who are critical about the system don’t vote and this attitude is really self-defeating.
Make sure you get out there and vote for the people who are trying to create real change in the system… this is by far one of the most powerful actions you can take to protect the world and your civil rights.
3. Support your fellow global awakeners.
Occupy builds homes for the homeless
If your current circumstances don’t enable you to do as much as you’d like to help raise global consciousness, support people who are. Keep getting your news from alternative media, donate your time and skills to important projects and reach out and offer to help with meaningful causes. You’d be surprised how hard people are working and they can always use extra pairs of hands. It’s also good to assist those in the same field as you, even if they might be seen in the old paradigm business model as your “competitors.”
4. Lead by example.
Some people aren’t ready to wake up and there’s no point trying to force them, it can just make things worse. Instead, lead by example. Make conscious choices as a consumer and strive to integrate the new paradigm into your life more every day.
And finally, remember the words of Margaret Mead:
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Nelson Mandela Didn’t Die in Prison, and Why it Matters
“The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.” – Mark Twain
If you remember seeing media coverage of Nelson Mandela having died in prison in the 1980s, and you’re wondering why he’s just this month been reported dead again, you’re in good company. Mandela is one of the most commonly discussed celebrities who has been seen alive after having been reported dead. When we personally witness disparities between events we remember having happened and what reliable physical evidence suggests has occurred, we might at first feel a sense of dissonance. Fortunately, we need not stay confused, since noticing the differences between our memories and evidence in our current reality allows us to gain valuable direct experience of how malleable reality can truly be. Recent scientific discoveries suggest it’s quite likely that both this so-called “Mandela Effect,” also known as the “Alive Again” phenomena, are not new, as shamans and spiritual teachers from every continent and age of humankind have described for millenia.
The Mechanism Behind the Mandela Effect
We are fortunate to be alive at a time when scientists from several different branches of physics are converging on the idea that we live in a holographic multiverse… AND that everything including you and me have a truly quantum nature. When we put these two big ideas together, we see the mechanism by which we can understand and appreciate how things like intuition, synchronicity, the placebo effect, and spontaneous remission can transpire.
Illustration of Holographic Multiverse from “Quantum Jumps: An Extraordinary Science of Happiness and Prosperity”
Evidence supporting the concept of many parallel universes being interconnected comes from UC Berkeley’s Raphael Bousso, whose view of reality has been gaining support ever since last year’s discovery of the Higgs boson. And there is further good news for those wondering, “Where are these other parallel universes?” Some of the first hard evidence of other universes was found just this year by theoretical physicist Laura Mersini-Houghton of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Carnegie Mellon professor Richard Holman, through cosmic background radiation data collected by the European Space Agency’s Planck telescope, which indicates the presence of other external universes to our own at the very moment of the Big Bang.
What Happens in the Quantum Realm Doesn’t Stay in the Quantum Realm
In much the same way that some people prefer that “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas,” many physicists have hoped that the weirdness known to happen in the quantum realm would remain safely confined there. This appears to not be the case, as evidenced in recent ground-breaking laboratory experiments over the past few years. Increasing numbers of studies with macroscopic scale objects, such as diamonds, are consistently and repeatedly demonstrating such distinctly quantum behaviors as entanglement–which Albert Einstein once called, “spooky action at a distance.”
Other behaviors previously presumed to reside exclusively within the quantum scale including: superposition of states, coherence, and teleportation are also being witnessed on the macroscopic scale. This is happening to the point that a growing consensus is beginning to form amongst physicists, such as those surveyed at a recent conference that you and I and everyone and everything around us exists in a superposition of states.
This means that in one possible reality, you have not made a decision that resulted in your catching a cold, but in another possible reality, you have. We can expect to occasionally experience quantum jumps from one possible reality to another, particularly when we are aware that such leaps are possible. These jumps from one reality to another can be a lot of fun, as some of the world’s quantum jumping experts can attest.
And who, might you ask, are the world’s quantum jumping experts? Such experts include most of the world’s top athletes, medical miracle experiencers, heroes, survivors of close brushes with death, experienced meditators, beneficiaries of the placebo effect, and people experienced with hypnosis and lucid dreaming have experienced leaps to better possible realities. These people often trust intuition, and benefit from a sense of there being a connectedness between themselves and everyone and everything else.
Evidence of Possible Futures & Pasts
As the saying goes, “extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.” But how can we find evidence demonstrating that alternate histories occur, when typically the only “proof” we have that a change has occurred resides in our own memories? One way to collect such proof is to rapidly document peoples’ experiences immediately following highly memorable historic events like the Kennedy assassination, the Challenger space shuttle explosion, or Princess Diana’s death. Such flashbulb memories provide reference points by which the same people can later be asked about.
Researchers Ulric Neisser and Nicole Harsch at Emory University investigated flashbulb memories of students immediately following the Challenger space shuttle explosion by collecting handwritten student reactions immediately following the disaster. When they followed up two and a half years later with the very same students, Neisser and Harsch were startled to find that students’ accounts of where they were and what they were doing when they heard the news were different from what they’d initially described. One student said, “That’s my handwriting, but that’s not what happened.”
Kindness Matters
Discrepancies between memories also often appear amongst people who were all together for a particular event, but later remember what transpired very differently. Chances are pretty good that you’ve encountered disagreements with people you’d usually consider competent and aware… except for when they insist something happened some way you know for sure couldn’t be true.
If we didn’t live in a holographic multiverse in which we’re all venturing in various directions to experience a multitude of different possible futures and pasts, we wouldn’t find the tremendous divergence between peoples’ memories. As we enter the Quantum Age, it’s time that we stop calling such differences in memory “false recollections,” in favor of “alternate recollections,” indicating respect for the fact that each and every one of us exists in a superimposed state, with access to many possible alternate histories, presents, and futures.
And most importantly, it’s time we truly show respect for one another and our multitudes of alternate histories and recollections.
Do you remember Nelson Mandela having died before? Take the poll, and share your recollections with alternate histories in the comments below:

Ten Books that Can Save the World
Looking for the perfect gift to give the person who has everything, and want to help save the world in the process? Here are ten books capable of revolutionizing the way we think, speak, and live our daily lives… which as these books will often further explain gives you the power to change (and save) the world. These books have been selected for being every bit as fun to read as they are transformative. Every book on this list contains big ideas that transform us as we read them by reminding us of our true nature–which is far more than any of our characteristics such as: gender, job title, or role in our family or community. As we embody our fullest sense of inspiration while reading these books, the reading experience becomes extraordinary… and the most amazing, miraculous events can occur!
The Conscious Universe, by Dean Radin, explores the scientific truth of metaphysical phenomenon. Radin demonstrates the truth of psi by summarizing both his own personal experiences conducting scientific research in these areas at Princeton, Stanford Research Institute, the US government, and some of the world’s top companies including Sony and Contel. This book is a delight to read for anyone who knows that reality isn’t what it seems to be… or who is willing to take a very honest look at the nature of reality in all its wildest glory. Radin excels at presenting memorable stories along with his clear, concise, and comprehensible statistics in such a way that one feels compelled to either accept or reject his findings and the implications they suggest. This is an excellent book for reading when you’re ready to do your own thinking… and change the way you view the world.
Michael Talbot’s The Holographic Universe explores the notion that the universe may be a giant hologram–quite literally a kind of image or construct created at least in part by the human mind. Talbot begins his book with an excellent introduction to physicist David Bohm’s concept of the holographic model of the universe, and combines the physics model with Karl Pribram’s work on the holographic model of the brain. The result is a marvelous description of a non-local, interconnected and alive universe that moves in response to our every thought and feeling. I am very impressed with the clarity with which Talbot presents the concept of a holographic universe and how various paranormal phenomena can be explained within that model. Talbot’s discussion is comprehensive, fascinating, clear, and packed with relevant and intriguing stories of paranormal phenomena.
Bruce Lipton’s extraordinary book, The Biology of Belief is destined to revolutionize the way we think about the effects our thoughts have on our bodies at the cellular level. Lipton writes with enthusiasm, warmth and passion about the role of the environment in regulating gene activity, with the authority of having had decades of published scientific papers which pre-date the official start of the brand new scientific field of epigenetics. Lipton really shines when describing the relevance of cutting-edge scientific findings to our daily lives. Lipton writes with such sparkling, down-to-Earth words that it’s a real pleasure to take them fully and deeply to heart. And when we do, we can feel glad that the world will no longer be the same.
When we hear the term “green” or “environmentally conscious”, chances are we don’t hear words like “fun” or “exciting,” yet these are exactly the words that come to mind when reading environmental innovator Carolyn North’s new book, Serious Fun: Ingenious Improvisations on Money, Food, Waste, Water and Home. This book is perfect for anyone seriously interested in finding creative ways to live more lightly on the Earth, or making steps toward getting “off the grid.” With chapters devoted to essential daily needs to dispose of waste and collect water, Serious Fun provides practical ideas for getting serious about healing our relationship with the Earth. Serious Fun is a glorious invitation to each of us to feel more deeply satisfied and fulfilled as we make small, yet profoundly meaningful changes in our daily lives.
One of the most powerful ideas in Lynne McTaggart’s book, The Bond, has to do with ways we learn to pay attention, and how learning to pay attention to more than we have previously noticed can make a profound difference. McTaggart explains, “When you notice the whole, you allow for and respect more than one version of reality.” While opposing ideologies sometimes find little to agree upon, the very idea that there exists a greater wholeness brings healing. The Bond is packed with inspirational ideas and practical tips for anyone interested in finding out how to live their best possible life feeling supported by bonds of connection, rather than struggling in competitive isolation. It’s inspiring to learn that one simple thing we can do to improve our physical health is to become a member of a close-knit group or community; and a simple way to reduce depression and loneliness is to actively help others.
In Creating Miracles, I love the way Carolyn Miller tells real-life stories of miraculous occurrences with the thoughts and feelings of the people experiencing the miracles. Miller captures the emotional spark and personality of those involved, and gives us a front-row seat as miracles unfold. Many of these stories describe people who survived accidents and escaped assaults in situations where they easily might have died or been seriously injured instead. Miller explains how changes in people’s thinking leads to changes in the circumstances in their lives, even when the situation appears to be hopeless. Miller points out some simple steps each of us can take to live more miraculous lives, and she explains them so clearly that it’s easy to do!
Modestly and without trumpets or fanfare, Lynne Forrest has created a masterpiece in Beyond Victim Consciousness that illuminates and elucidates hidden energies behind the roles people play in the ‘victim triangle.’ Many of us have subconsciously adopted roles of victim, rescuer, or persecutor from dysfunctional family role models and examples earlier in our lives, but Forrest assures us that it’s never too late to find the way out of ‘victim triangle’ patterns. Forrest excels at showing us how most people are caught up in victim consciousness, which she defines as the “habit of thinking something outside of us is responsible for our happiness or unhappiness.” The elegant simplicity of this observation is the foundation of the transformation Forrest prescribes, moving us into observer consciousness, “a personal state of awareness that allows us to recognize the happenings in our lives as intentional opportunities to further our connection with ourselves and with Source.” This gem of a book is a must-have for anyone seeking the keys to life mastery, or simply wishing to make the most of amazing opportunities available to us in this world.
The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer is truly exceptional for its ability to simultaneously explain the nature of enlightenment while also providing simple, practical tools for attaining that exalted state. It lives up to its subtitle: “The Journey Beyond Yourself” by demonstrating how we are able to transcend worldly troubles by changing the way we view our lives. Just as we might notice that problems cannot be solved at the same level where they were created, there is great advantage in rising above the inner chatter and emotional storms to a peaceful, blissful state of mind we’ve all experienced… that can become our new core identity. The big idea here is that by identifying ourselves as being observers who watch thoughts and feelings flowing through, we can keep our hearts open to love even (and especially) during times of crisis. This simple sounding concept of separating the part of us who thinks and feels and acts from the part of ourself who sees ourselves thinking and feeling and acting becomes extraordinarily liberating. The proof of the efficacy of this concept is immediately verifiable by readers willing to roll up their sleeves and start feeling the burn of releasing energies from the past, by taking this book as a workbook, and not merely an intellectual sourcebook.
Anita Moorjani’s book, Dying to be Me, tells the real-life story of how Anita Moorjani died of cancer… and then came back to life after an amazing near-death experience in which she realized she could be well simply by dropping all her fears and simply being herself. I love the way Moorjani describes the feeling of pure unconditional divine love she felt–pure agape–and the sense of fearlessness and Oneness she experienced from a state of consciousness that allowed her to watch everything unfolding on Earth… as well as see what was transpiring in the emergency room where doctors were doing everything they could to save her malnourished, cancer-ravished body. This book doesn’t just tell a story about overcoming cancer–it’s really about attaining prosperity and abundance and blessings by letting go of fears and moving into a state of allowing as you are fully 100% yourself. This is a book you’ll likely want to get more than one copy of, so you can loan and give copies away… it’s that good!
One Mind by Dr. Larry Dossey presents us with a concept of unified consciousness on a level beyond anything we can comfortably label, categorize, or fully define. Dossey brilliantly tackles such a big topic from a number of different perspectives, so much like the parable of the blind men and the elephant, readers can glean fresh insights as to the entirety of One Mind a little at a time. What I love best about this book is the sense of joyful peace I feel in my mind and heart while reading it, as a sense of being at one with One Mind washes over me. This book is one best savored as one would enjoy a fine gourmet meal, but rather than delighting in visual presentation, fragrance, texture, taste and sound–relishing each new facet of oneness described.
If you’ve read this far and happen to be one of those people who love things that “go to eleven,” I’ve got a wonderful eleventh book recommendation for you! The idea of writing books with an intention to make a positive difference in the world is something near and dear to my heart as a writer, and I’m very proud of my newest book, Quantum Jumps: An Extraordinary Science of Happiness and Prosperity. I wrote this book to be a book about the science of miracles and mind-matter-interface that you can confidently give your family, neighbors, doctor, chiropractor, hairdresser and just about anyone in your life who’s willing to consider the possibility that consciousness changes the physical world, and gain the benefit from dozens of quick and easy “quantum jump” starts.

Quantum Jumps: The Science of Instant Transformation
I’m thrilled to announce the arrival of my newest book, Quantum Jumps: An Extraordinary Science of Happiness and Prosperity. Quantum Jumps describes the science behind instant “manifestation,” by presenting a radical new paradigm–that we exist in an interconnected holographic multiverse in which we literally jump from one parallel universe to another. Experience a new science of instant transformation. In a moment you can become smarter… more confident… happier… more outgoing… more effective… in better relationships… with more willpower. Gain practical tools to achieve real change in your life, regardless of past history. Leap forward to become happier and more successful, living the life of your dreams. Supported by distinguished sources from the fields of psychology, biology, sociology and physics, Quantum Jumps is an inspirational book packed with practical tools for living a happier, healthier, more prosperous life.
American psychologist William James was one of the first people to write about what a change we can experience through willpower to experience a whole new reality… whether that reality is getting out of bed early on a cold morning, or keeping a new resolution to adopt healthier habits. William James also noted that,
“If you want a quality, act as if you already have it.”
These ideas are at the very center of much of the most exciting research currently coming from the fields of behavioral science and positive psychology, and I’m excited to be able to share seventeen scientifically proven techniques in Quantum Jumps to get a quantum jump start in life by taking a few minutes to do simple things that have the power to produce positive results.
There is a growing body of scientific evidence from many fields of science, including astronomy, physics, and biology that suggests we exist in a holographic multiverse in which we literally experience a whole new reality when we make a change in consciousness. At this dawn of the Quantum Age, we are starting to rely upon modern computing systems based on a qubit logic system that incorporates the notion of superpositions of states (such as True-and-False) in order to solve the “hard problems” in math and physics. As it turns out, natural systems such as photosynthesizing plants and migrating birds appear to be utilizing quantum processing already, and it’s not too big a leap to realize that you and I make use of quantum processing every time we use intuition, or experience synchronicity or spontaneous remission.
Have fun trying out scientifically verified, laboratory-tested techniques to improve your life with seventeen quantum jump starts in Quantum Jumps… and another seventeen tips you can use to bring Quantum Jumps into your daily life.
Here’s the video summary of this blog post, with a glimpse inside the book at some of the lovely illustrations:

Oneness, Entanglement, and Connectedness
I’ve just returned from a wonderful tour of South Korea where I traveled with some 400 other Kuk Sool Won martial artists, spending long hours with dozens of people–most of whom I’d not met before.
Choon-ok Harmon, author of “Iron Butterfly: The Memoir of a Martial Arts Master” with Cynthia
There is something very special about spending so much time with people who start out strangers and end up friends. By the last days of this trip, I felt I was surrounded by respectful extended family members who were always nearby. I made friends with people from Norway, Scotland, England, Germany, Texas, and many other places… all of sharing respectful connections with one another through our practice of Kuk Sool Won.Barry Harmon, author of “5,000 Years of Korean Martial Arts” with Cynthia
We ate breakfast together at our hotels, trained together on the beach near Busan, attended a two-day tournament festival together, and visited places of great natural beauty and historical significance together. We enjoyed informal times together, and dressed up for a celebratory dinner. Regardless where we were or what we were doing, I felt an ever-increasing sense of togetherness far beyond anything I could logically label or identify.I loved visiting some beautiful natural places including a gorgeous beach near Busan, a beautiful Buddhist temple surrounded by mountains near Daegu, and a tranquil garden with lake at a palace in Seoul. I loved walking through marketplaces in various towns in South Korea, and seeing people I recognized from our traveling group.
I was surprised to find myself missing my hundreds of friends when I returned home to California… feeling an emptiness when walking the streets of my hometown without the familiar sight of dozens of people I was getting to know strolling nearby.
In Korea I can’t escape the concept of being part of a group–a concept which is understood by Koreans, yet rather foreign to most westerners. This idea of group identity and group consciousness is really interesting to me, because it reminds me how all of us have the ability to stay connected to everyone and everything that we really feel a connection with.
This idea means that you can expect to experience synchronicity and being at the right place at the right time when you are connected to and entangled with a group. In quantum physics the concept of entanglement has to do with particles moving in synchrony despite being physically separated, many meters apart.
You can actually experience what it feels like to be entangled with a group that you’re connected to just by experimenting with it. Notice whether it’s not true that against all odds you are there when a friend of yours happens to be calling or stopping by. You just naturally tend to be in the right place at the right time to talk to the right person. This is called synchronicity sometimes, but if you look a little deeper, you’ll notice these synchronicities are actually occurring with people you feel connected to.
While westerners often operate from an assumption that we are unique individuals, functioning autonomously, separated from everything else–in reality we are all part of a greater whole. We can’t really succeed until we all succeed. You can’t really win until we all win. These are my own beliefs, but I invite you to ask yourself, “How good can it get when you feel entangled with and connected to others?”
Here’s the video summary of this blog post that I recorded in Daegu, South Korea:

Quantum Jumping and Manifesting with Law of Attraction
Today I received a lovely message from a reader of my blogs, who wrote in part:
Three days ago, following a personal tragedy, I shifted into this reality where there is a great deal of underground material on shifting between parallel realities.
and also:
Then suddenly, from my perspective, the internet, including YouTube, was instantly absolutely saturated with this material, with related videos that never before existed suddenly having been there for many years.
I sensed immediately while reading this message that its author was describing what I’ve alternately referred to as reality shifts and quantum jumps… essentially, the unmistakeable feeling of having freshly arrived on the shores of a new reality. Yes! I felt myself nodding, while reading this message, I know how this feels!
With a traveler’s eyes of wonder, I look around with newborn eyes, seeing the world as if for the first time. To me, there is nothing quite as extraordinary as the experience of recognizing one has just made a leap–as pure consciousness–from one world of physical reality to another. The signs are unmistakeable, as I find myself surrounded with histories people say “been that way all the time,” yet that I’ve never before seen or heard of.
The commenter on my blog continued:
This is different. This knowledge of quantum jumping, of course, existed in my reality (even though I wasn’t yet aware of it), yet this knowledge was simply not widely had amongst New Agers. And I can’t shake the feeling of how absolutely weird it is that I have come to realize, to deeply realize, that I have not been manifesting my reality, but rather, shifting into parallel realities, that I’ve not been changing my reality, but instead changing to different realities – ironically, though shifting into a reality where this information is readily available.
This reader makes an excellent point. There is indeed a difference between manifesting and quantum jumping, and as with all good things, the difference is found in ourselves–and who we think we are.
Manifesting VS Quantum Jumping
Are we manifesting… or are we quantum jumping?
How can we tell the difference?
It may seem at first a subtle distinction between a sense of “attracting what you wish to manifest” to “traveling to parallel universes,” but this distinction can be quite large. The so-called “Law of Attraction” (LOA) is based on identifying with a particular physical identity in a given universe of possibilities, in order that good things can come to those who manifest well. There is a sense in the LOA worldview that by changing your vibration through emotions, you can adjust your frequency to best attract that which you most need and desire. While it’s possible to do this from a pure spirit perspective, most practitioners focus on who they are as physical human beings, with an expectation that everything that matches the vibration they set will come to them.
Quantum jumpers, on the other hand, are individuals who learn to identify with existing in a state of pure being–of consciousness. They imagine other possible me’s and you’s in other parallel universes who we can tune into and receive assistance from, in order to make a leap of consciousness from one universe to another. This feeling of being pure consciousness is the state of mind obtained during lucid dreaming, and it’s also the state of consciousness experienced by many near death experiencers (NDE)–and both of these groups of consciousness travelers report amazing and astonishing shifts in reality in which things and people and even their own bodies make amazing transformations and changes. Such experiencers describe how their consciousness made the journey to new worlds in which what is sought also seeks, and in which histories change along with possible futures every time we make a jump to a given reality. Some type of meditation or other means to access a state of pure consciousness (such as lucid dreaming, or NDE) is required for successful quantum jumping, and it’s helpful to take action once landing on the shores of a new reality.

Welcome to the Quantum Age
While it’s true that we just left the Industrial Age behind a few short decades ago as we entered the Information Age, the times are again changing, as we are now arriving at the dawn of the Quantum Age.
Such a bold statement demands an explanation, I realize. Like most changes in eras of time throughout human history–from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age to the Iron Age to the Industrial Age and the Information Age–this one too is based on new ideas and technology. There is right now a race to build quantum computers, which is driving forward a staggering number of new discoveries in the realm of quantum physics on a weekly basis. These new Quantum Age computers are to our current classical Information Age computers as typewriters are to laptops… a technological leap forward in exponential orders of magnitude. This race to build the first working quantum computers is rocking our world to its very foundation, as quantum processes are being demonstrated at room temperatures on the macroscopic scale in repeatable laboratory conditions.
You can better appreciate the origins of our current Information Age by taking a look at the first classical computers. Our first computers became commonplace in the 1930s and 1940s, with the hefty accomplishments of the ENIAC computer’s memorable debut. This gigantic milestone computer weighed in at thirty metric tons. Although it needed to be rewired in order to be reprogrammed initially and operated without any operating system, the ENIAC captured public attention and helped popularize the idea of computing as essential to everyday business and life. The first computers changed peoples’ lives and way of thinking far beyond what was originally envisioned, making the world better connected and informed than at any previous point in history.
Quantum Age Computing: The Power of the Qubit
Whereas classical computers are based on a principle of recordable, reproducible facts in the form of flat, two dimensional world of zeros and ones, Quantum Age computers are based on the physics of possibility. And what makes Quantum Age computers possible is a brand new idea we’ll become much more familiar with as we move more fully into the Quantum Age–the qubit.
The qubit, or quantum bit, is the simplest building block of quantum information. Qubits are designed to handle simultaneously superimposed possibilities, working together in entangled clusters of computational coherent complexity. A single quantum memory is capable of envisioning, for example, every single possible path home you can take during rush hour–all at once–so a quantum computer can instantaneously select the fastest possible route. Whereas classical computers have difficulty solving practical problems such as these, these real-life problems are tailor-made for quantum computers and natural quantum computational capabilities built into the photosynthesis process in plants.
Another mind-boggling difference between classical computers and Quantum Age computers is that qubits are much more than the sum of their parts. Whereas the bits and bytes of classical computers become just slightly more interesting and complex when more of them come together, truly mind-bending possibilities arise when two or more qubits are working together. Qubits work together in ways unlike anything ever seen in classical computing, beginning with entanglement, so that any single-qubit measurement performed will give a totally random result, whereas any time such a single-qubit measurement is performed on two entangled qubits, the two measurements will give opposite results. If you picture two entangled qubits as entangled coins being randomly flipped some great distance apart, so that whenever one came up Heads, the other would always be Tails, you see how very different the basics of Quantum Computing are from Classical computing.
Feeling the Pulse of Various Parallel Realities
One of the basic aspects of quantum computing is that energy is required to make a jump from one state to another. When quantum particles are observed to make a quantum jump, they can be seen to blink out of and into existence, like bright flashes of light, as they make the jump. There is an “oscillating phase” of vibration associated with each energy level state, so the faster the vibration, the higher the level of energy required to exist in that state. And whenever the energy of any one of the entangled particles in an entangled state increase energy, the entire entangled group of particles beat faster in that potential reality.
The Impact of Quantum Computing on Daily Life
The very existence of qubits and entanglement is already having a powerful impact on society, in similar fashion to the way the advent of ever-smaller classical computers and the internet has had on our lives in the past several decades. While most people might not be able to explain the difference between a bit and a byte, or explain the difference between RAM and ROM in a computer, there is now a great reliance upon global communication via a freely accessible internet for communication of news from person to person and group to group.
First proposed in the 1980′s, quantum computing is expected to change everything from the way the stock market functions to every aspect of information security, weather forecasting, and trend analysis. Thanks to quantum superposition of states, quantum qubits contain information in all possible states, and entangled qubits thus have the capability to efficiently compute optimal solutions for some of the most complex, vexing and currently “unsolvable” problems known to man.
The first quantum computers for sale fetched fifteen million dollars, and was purchased by NASA and Google. The size of a large garden shed, the Canadian D-Wave-Two is the first commercially available quantum computer to hit the marketplace, and heralds the start of a brand new age of computing… and civilization.
The Quantum Age Mindset
The Zen of qubit processing logic can be more easily understood from an Eastern fourfold logic view. Rather than adopting a simple Yes/No, Zero/One, True/False dichotomy of classical computing bits, qubits exist in the realm of such possibilities as: True, False, True-and-False, and Not-True/Not-False. Such a lack of certainty in favor of optimization may seem strange at first, but this seemingly fuzzy logic is one of the core foundational aspects of the new Quantum Age.
The Quantum Age invites us to embrace uncertainty, recognize interconnectedness, and raise our level of energy in order to experience a better way of life. Through quantum entanglement, we find a mechanism by which to comprehend intuition. Through quantum teleportation we see how we can sometimes travel farther in less time. Through quantum coherence we better understand synchronicity and coincidence, and through quantum superposition we glean insights into spontaneous remissions from disease that can occur when people are in lucid dream or near death experience (NDE) states of mind.

Juicy Reality Shifting with Lilou Macé
I was just interviewed by Lilou Macé in my garden for her Juicy Living Tour, which was a truly delightful experience. To prepare for her arrival at my home, I’d cleaned and dusted my living room book shelves, thinking Lilou might wish to gaze upon some of the books I love and cherish… but when Lilou and her assistant arrived, the morning sunshine and our canine backyard ambassador beckoned, so we filmed our conversation in the garden.
I’m a big fan of Lilou Macé’s, ever since finding her wonderful interviews of best-selling author Dr. Larry Dossey on YouTube. I love Lilou’s interviews with Dr. Dossey and his beautiful wife Barbara Dossey, because they capture the best sense of who they are as human beings, and what his passions and interests are. I was thoroughly charmed by the tour of their book shelves, showing a Tibetan labyrinth meditation, and a great way to relax when traveling… with needlepoint! As it turns out, one of the interviews I love best of all–the Dossey home tour in which Lilou walked around Dr. Dossey’s home and talked with Larry and Barbara about books on their book shelves, Dr. Dossey’s service years in Vietnam, oriental dragons, and treasures from their travels–was one of the first Juicy Living interviews Lilou ever did! I loved the effortless way she raised interesting topics for discussion with Larry and Barbara Dossey, and the way the conversation flowed so naturally. I truly felt like it was the next best thing to being there, and felt totally at home. This, to me, is what makes Lilou’s Juicy Living Tour such a delight and joy to watch–that feeling that you’re right there with her, enjoying fascinating heartfelt conversations with good friends.
Lilou and I talked about energy, fearlessness, love, meditation, near death experiences, time shifting, reality shifts, and what’s involved in shifting gears energetically to achieve a higher vibrational state that accesses a parallel universe reality you’d like to experience.
Lilou Macé asked me specifically about time shifting, which is an interesting variety of reality shifting. One of the ways most people experience time shifting is when they find they’ve gone very far in a short amount of time. Lilou pointed out it would be nice to be able to control this ability, and have access to it when one wishes. We also talked about bilocation, and the way sometimes people are seen in more than one place at the same time. This has happened to me on a couple of occasions when I was daydreaming that I was exactly where people later told me they’d observed me to be.
The best way I know to help ensure these positive types of reality shifts occur more frequently is to meditate more often. I told Lilou Macé that meditation is something we can do that takes us to no-when–the place where all time is accessible–the place that near death experiencers like Anita Moorjani describe having visited. Meditation can act a lot like putting our foot on the clutch pedal of a stick-shift car, which serves to disengage the gears (this reality), allowing us to move up to another parallel universe (another reality). When we combine favorite relaxation activities with favorite ways to focus our attention, we see there are many types of meditation open to us. Gardening, doing dishes… and even doing interviews can be forms of meditation!
We talked about how at this time when physicists have found what appears to be the Higgs Boson through experiments at the Large Hadron Collider, the Holographic Multiverse Interpretation of quantum physics appears to now be the leading explanation for how reality works. According to this interpretation, we exist in a multiverse of parallel universes with many possible you’s and many possible me’s. We can experience new realities when we bridge the gap between two universes of possibility, and such bridging happens naturally when we access a “no-when” state of mind.
I talked with Lilou Macé about my favorite question, “How good can it get?!” and the way it serves to access fresh new imaginative ideas and inspiration that the universe can then share with you!
Near the end of my video interview with Lilou, we both shared our mutual adoration and respect for best-selling author and inspirational visionary, Dr. Larry Dossey! While I don’t yet have a link to this very recent video with Lilou, I can share with you her video from her visit to the Dossey home. Enjoy!

Alternate Histories and the Mandela Effect
“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” – Nelson Mandela
If you’re hearing news that Nelson Mandela is approaching death, and wonder how that can be because you recall him having died in prison many years ago, you’re not alone. Lots of people share this particular memory, and wonder why and how they have such clear impressions of all the international hoopla and attention for Nelson Mandela by presidents and world leaders… yet clearly as of 14 July 2013, Nelson Mandela is still alive. The fact that so many people remember an alternate history in which Nelson Mandela died in prison many years ago provides us with a valuable insight to the nature of reality… and the possible existence of parallel universes.
Many Previously Dead People Noted Alive Again
The “Mandela Effect” aka Alive Again phenomenon is gaining public attention as more and more people make note of people being announced dead by reputable sources such as the San Francisco Chronicle and CBS Evening News, who are later reported being alive. This type of reality shift continues to be one of the most surprising and amazing to me, as I am astonished to see people alive and well again who I know have died. Editorial error can be ruled out, since there are no retractions of false reports. Until you’ve noticed this sort of reality shift yourself, it’s hard to fully understand how shocking this experience can feel. Typically, whatever evidence I’ve had regarding the previous death report is unavailable, leaving me with the usual amount of physical proof that a reality shift has occurred… haunting memories of the other reality.
I wrote about my first “alive again” experience in my book, Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the Physical World. It occurred in the 1980′s when my ex-roommate and neighbor’s cat, Ashes, was run over by a car and killed… only to appear in my backyard a couple of weeks later! I was astonished to see him again. He looked a little less tidy, like he hadn’t been keeping himself quite as clean as usual, but he was absolutely and positively the same cat. My husband reacted normally at first to seeing Ashes, until I reminded him, “Ashes DIED a couple of weeks ago!” My husband rubbed his chin and recalled more details, without any prompts from me. “Oh, yeah… he was hit by a car, wasn’t he?” I spent an hour petting and talking with Ashes, since I never thought I’d see him again after he’d died.
While folklore tells of cats sometimes having nine lives, people can really surprise us when they return from the dead. In addition to noticing Nelson Mandela alive again, as I discussed recently on the Money Laundering/Reality Shifts Coast to Coast AM show with George Noory, I’ve witnessed both actor Larry Hagman and biologist Jane Goodall’s untimely demises mysteriously reversed. Both of them were announced dead, only to show up again in new programs and speaking engagements. When Jane Goodall was reported dead, the news came as a huge blow to me. I had heard of Dian Fossey’s murder, and I recall thinking “How could Jane have died now?!” I was especially sad that we’d lost two women biologists working with primates. When a bit more than a year later I saw that Jane was speaking somewhere, I could barely believe it. I double-checked to confirm that sure enough, it was the same Jane Goodall, and now there was no record that she ever died!
I’m relieved to note that I’m not the only one who’s noticed these alive again shifts. Many people on the realityshifters discussion list have witnessed the alive again phenomenon over the years, and many more have written to me sharing their first-hand accounts of having seen people they know alive again after having previously died. Often these “alive again” people are celebrities, but sometimes they are acquaintances, neighbors, family, or friends.
In July 2005, RealityShifters conducted an Alive Again survey, asking the question: “Which people have you heard reported to be alive again after having heard trustworthy reports of their deaths?” At that time, 26% of respondents recalled having heard that Bob Keeshan (“Captain Kangaroo”) had passed away, yet were startled to see him alive again, 15% of respondents recalled Jane Goodall, 15% recalled Larry Hagman, 10% remembered Bob Hope having already passed away, and 10% remembered Jack Palance. Bea Arthur, Ed Asner, Walter Cronkite and Mariel Hemingway were each remembered by 5% of respondents as having already died. __________________________________________________

Alternate Histories… Clues that Reality Shifts
Remembering alternate histories–such as Nelson Mandela died in prison–is a great way to discover the truth: that reality shifts. This phenomenon is much bigger than peoples’ seemingly miraculous return from the dead–it also includes changes we notice in books, movies, and TV shows we’ve watched before that occasionally are very different from what we remember having seen before. Have you ever watched a movie a second time and wondered why the ending seemed so different? Consider the possibility that your mind’s not necessarily playing tricks on you–it really might have changed. Our observation that alternate histories exist is exactly in keeping with what a majority of physicists mean when they say we exist in a superposition of states. We don’t always exist in the same reality, in other words, because we and every other thing in this multiverse are capable of moving between possible universes, in accordance with Hugh Everett III’s Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum physics.
When we envision there are other possible realities–other parallel universes–we can get a sense of how it feels to move between them. These kinds of “jumps” are leaps of pure consciousness, and do not require that we pack our suitcases and prepare for a journey of the kind we’re accustomed to planning for. From the point of view of those who’ve made a leap between parallel worlds, many such jumps seem pretty normal at the time. Often only a few things seem different, sometimes only subtly so.
It is possible that when some people die, people miss them enough to retroactively change reality to one in which they are still living–provided we’re not 100% absolutely, positively convinced they’re definitely dead. Many of us who’ve heard news of a death on TV or a newspaper, or from a friend or relative are able to subsequently end up in a reality in which the earlier report was incorrect somehow. It seems to help to not have gone through intense grieving, as that seems to lock us into the reality someone we care about has died.
There is a scientific theory that describes how events can be changed after the fact through retroactive reality shifts, such as the ones discussed in the August 2004 Revise the Past issue of RealityShifters News. Experiments have shown how people can definitely revise the past by focusing their intention on retroactively changing the rate of decay of radioactive material, for example.
If you’ve ever remembered a different history than seems to be the case, including an instance of the Alive Again phenomenon, please leave a comment or email me with your experience. I share many examples of such reality shifts in my book, Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the Physical World, which provides exercises for shifting the world in a positive direction you’ll most enjoy. You can see my video blog post on this topic at: http://youtu.be/HS2RZMjosT8

Quantum Jumping to Find True Love
Imagine that everything in your life has been a dream, and you are just waking up for the first time right now. Can you feel a jolt of energy as you look around your surroundings–with a fresh sense of wonder that in some way you are here for the first time?
This exercise is designed to improve mindful awareness. When you envision you are starting your life with a completely fresh beginning in this very moment… you can feel a heightened state of awareness regarding all the possibilities open to you right here, right now. Mindfulness is the key to appreciating the reality we’re currently in, as well as recognizing the direction we’re moving in, and the direction we’d most like to go.
HALT! Are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired?
Notice whether you’re feeling hungry, angry, lonely, or tired (H.A.L.T.). If you are feeling any of these things, you must first take care of your basic needs. Just as grocery shoppers are advised not to go shopping on an empty stomach so as to not purchase impulse items that tend to be junk food rather that what’s best for us, all life changes you make will be better coming from a place of strength.
When you’ve halted for just a moment to ask, “Am I hungry, angry, lonely or tired?” you can rise above relapsing into any old patterns you’d rather leave behind. Eat good food if you’re hungry. Get more sleep and rest if you’re tired. Exercise, write in a private journal, or talk with a trusted friend if you’re angry. Connect with others if you’re lonely.
Envision Seeing a Possible You with Your True Love
In a multiverse in which every single physical thing–including you–exists in a superposition of states, there are a multitude of options open to you right now. This means that amidst infinite possibilities, there is a you who has already found true love and is enjoying a healthy, respectful, loving relationship right now. This possible you knows the secret to how to find and keep true love, is enjoying the benefits of being in a wonderful relationship… and can help you find true love in your life.
You can envision meeting this possible you through entering a daydream or meditation state, imagining all the details of being in the presence of this possible you. Know that simply being in the presence of this possible you grants you access to feeling, knowing, and harmonizing your thoughts, emotions, and feelings with the state of being in a relationship based on true love. While you might be tempted to focus on the person your parallel self is in a relationship with, and that’s OK, make sure you pay special attention to the alternate you. Notice what that you is wearing, what that other you is saying, how that other you is behaving in subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
As you see a possible you enjoying being in such a positive relationship, get the attention of that possible you, and ask to receive whatever it takes so you, too, can find and keep your true love in your life.
Make the Quantum Jump
When you come out of the meditation / daydream in which you saw and felt a possible you with your true love, take some time to write down what you noticed, if anything, that was different about how the possible you who’s found true love spoke, moved, and interacted.
Write down whatever you may have received from the other possible you who is already with their true love. If you got a sense of receiving feelings of confidence or being more relaxed, for example, describe what you felt. If you felt a sense of knowing you are intrinsically worthy of love, jot down everything that will later remind you of how that felt. If you heard your other parallel universes self tell you something, write it down. The idea here is to lock on to the sense of being at one with the feeling of experiencing true love.
Most of all, remember the feeling you get of being in such a loving relationship. Now that you’ve seen another possible you in an ideal relationship based on true love, know that this is attainable for you. You can also remind yourself of what true love relationships are all about by reading books, watching movies, and listening to songs that take you to that blissful, ecstatic state. By locking onto these new emotional / energetic coordinates, you are helping ensure this reality is on a bee-line straight to you.
If you’ve had past relationships that were less than stellar, and doubt your ability to experience true love, I think you’ll love the wonderful new book by biologist, Bruce Lipton, The Honeymoon Effect: The Science of Creating Heaven on Earth. One of the things I love most about Bruce Lipton is the fearless way he shares intimate details about his life, with such joy and contagious zest for life that one feels one’s spirits lifting even when hearing tales of past traumatic events. What makes Lipton’s new book, “The Honeymoon Effect” such a treasure is how Lipton shares his passion for understanding the underlying biology of our interpersonal chemistry side-by-side with autobiographical accounts of what’s worked and what’s not worked in his relationships in the past.
Would you believe that the cascade of chemicals that drive love can be unleashed not just by falling in love with a person, but also by falling in love with a project or idea? Lipton assures us this is so, since “wherever there is passion, not far behind are the potent chemical brews that motivate us to pursue the objects of our desire.” As an author who once made the mistake of filling the bathtub while working on a chapter of my book, Karen Kimball and the Dream Weaver’s Web, this is something I definitely relate to.
As it turns out, the keys to living happily ever after with one’s true love are found within. Lipton explains through tales from his own relationship lessons in the past why it’s not enough to simply find the man or woman of our dreams. People subconsciously seek familiar patterns from the past, so unless we address underlying psychological issues in ourselves, relationships will only ever last until the initial bursts of love endorphins wear off.
Readers seeking a how-to book might want to dive into chapter four, “Four Minds Don’t Think Alike,” to get to the heart of weird ways we so often find our partner knows just how to push our buttons at the point we know ‘the honeymoon is over.’ Lipton explains that what is actually happening when the love of our life is no longer acting all that loving is that they are expressing their subconscious mind, with all of its programming instilled in us going all the way back to childhood… and before that, into the womb. Our subconscious mind soaked up a great deal of our environment in the form of cascades of chemicals running through our bodies, in such ways that sensitize us to particular repetitive patterns of emotional patterns around us. Fortunately, by becoming mindful, we can reprogram our subconscious mind, so we are compatible with the kind of partners we’d most like to live happily ever after with. Only through such reprogramming can we hope to break free of negative relationship patterns.
The Honeymoon Effect is an inspirational book containing a real-life successful love story, together with lots of recent research in the fields of biology and psychology… and some wonderful tips on how you can become more mindful and successful in love and life. Highly recommended!
