Cynthia Sue Larson Interviews Trish LeSage

Trish LeSage

Trish LeSage

Some of the most interesting accounts of journeys to parallel universes I’ve ever heard come from Trish LeSage, author of several wonderful metaphysical books.  I sat down with Trish this past month to learn more of the behind-the-scenes story about her life and adventures.

CYNTHIA: I’m so glad that you’ve written a book about your experiences traveling to parallel universes, because your book introduces a topic that might at first seem impossible to many readers in such a way that by the end of the book leaves people feeling more curious, inspired, and thoughtful… wondering if perhaps they might occasionally have traveled between worlds, too. Have you heard from readers telling you that they suspect this has happened to them, too?

400000000000000624716_s4TRISH: Yes, ever since I published my book, “Traveling To Parallel Universes“, people have been approaching me to share their stories of traveling to parallel worlds with me.  Some of the people are completely sure that they have traveled to parallel worlds or that they are even from parallel worlds.  Others have told me that my book has helped them to understand what they have been experiencing and has made them realize that they have indeed traveled to parallel worlds.  Others have wondered whether they have traveled to parallel worlds, because they have had some unexplained experiences, and my book has opened their mind so that they know what to look for in the future when they have those experiences again.

CYNTHIA: One of my favorite things about your book, “Traveling to Parallel Universes” is the way you describe visiting a universe in which people can easily manifest whatever they contemplate relatively quickly and easily, yet due to lack of character-building through hardships, people are not very friendly, genuine, nor heart-centered. This sounds like a fun place to visit where we wouldn’t want to live, and I would love to know if you believe there may be a universe in which manifestation is fairly easy, yet people are compassionate, loving, and kind?

TRISH: I tend to keep my mind open to the possibilities.  So, I definitely think that there exists a place in which manifestation is fairly easy, yet people are compassionate, loving, and kind.  I have focused my intent on traveling to and living in such a place.

CYNTHIA: What is one of the biggest things you’ve personally learned from your experiences of traveling between parallel universes?

TRISH: Many times, my desires have never manifested at all or have taken years to manifest.  Sometimes things haven’t manifested in the way that I intended them to or have manifested in ways that were undesirable or unusual.  As a result of this, I never realized that our thoughts can actually manifest into reality until I ended up traveling to the universe in which manifestation was easy.  I learned that our thoughts truly can manifest into reality.  Although  nothing undesirable manifested in that particular parallel universe, it did teach me that I need to be more mindful of my thoughts and try to eliminate the negative ones from my mind so that they don’t manifest into reality.

CYNTHIA: Do you feel that you and others who travel between parallel universes tend to keep moving on, more like gypsies passing through than settlers establishing themselves in a particular reality? Why do you feel that is?

TRISH: For awhile, I seemed to stay in each universe for several months at a time, and then, it seemed that I was traveling more often.  I went through a period in which I was crossing over into a new universe every few days, never to return to the previous universes that I had visited.  I didn’t stay in any particular universe long enough to establish myself.  I did feel like I was a gypsy passing through several universes constantly.  Currently, I seem to stay in the parallel universes for a few months at a time like I used to, and it seems like I have even been returning to a few of the most recent universes that I had visited previously which rarely happened before.  When I stay in a universe for a few months at a time, I do start to settle in.  I get to know the animals that I take care, and I get used to how things are.  In those cases, I don’t feel as much like a gypsy.

I feel as though I am experiencing all of this in order to gain wisdom and knowledge about the true nature of reality.  I had never knowingly experienced traveling to parallel universes before until I finally began to piece things together and figured out what I was experiencing.  I also never knew that negative realities exist, and because of my experiences, I gained this knowledge as well.  I also seem to be in the right place at the right time to lend a helping hand to people and animals as a result of my travels, and I spread light into dark worlds through my work.  I think that I am sent wherever my help is needed.  Hence, I don’t tend to stay in one place for very long.

CYNTHIA: How would you recommend someone get started traveling to parallel universes–what tips, advice, or guidelines, if any, would you like to share to help ensure their experiences are most enjoyable? Is this something you feel anyone can do?

TRISH: My travels to parallel universes happen automatically.  It seems as though spirit has been sending me wherever I need to be sent.  I do not use any rituals nor techniques to travel to parallel universes.  I have not even made it a practice to will myself to leave a particular universe, because I often get attached through love to the animals and people that I meet in each universe.  It is hard for me to abandon everyone.  So, I tend to not try to leave each universe.  Because I have traveled to some dark universes that are of a very low energy vibration, in those cases, I have made a statement of intent that myself, my animal friends, and others travel together to a universe that is of positive polarity and is of a higher energy vibration.  Therefore, the recommendation that I can give to others is that they keep their thoughts positive and focused on where they want to be rather than where they don’t want to be, and they keep the faith that they will be where they want to be.

CYNTHIA: How do you differentiate between manifesting and traveling to parallel universes–or do you view manifestation as an indication of having traveled to another world of possibility?

TRISH: No, I do not view manifestation as an indication of having traveled to a parallel world.  Manifestation has been difficult in all of the universes that I have traveled to except for the one universe in which manifestation was easy and pretty much instantaneous.  So, I have found that manifestation is not a good gauge for me to use to determine whether or not I have traveled to parallel universes.

Many believe that with every choice we make, we are in another universe, but I tend to disagree with that theory because of the experiences that I have had.  The experiences that I have had are much more complex than simply deciding whether to have french toast or pancakes for breakfast and then thinking that I’m in a parallel universe because I chose one over the other.

The experiences that I have been through have been very profound.  Sometimes they have been very extreme and downright uncomfortable. When I travel to a parallel universe, if the universe is of a higher energy vibration, I feel my energy vibration being raised to match that of the universe that I’m traveling to.  I usually feel myself being healed and cleansed by spirit very intensely in order to raise my energy vibration.  When I travel to a universe that is of a lower energy vibration, I feel strong waves of negative and dense energy being sent to me in order to lower my energy vibration to match that of the universe that I am traveling to.

There are other gauges that tell me that I am in a parallel universe such as buildings not being where I remember them to be; people’s personalities, careers, etc. being different; details about the past being different; people who I remember being dead being alive again; etc.  These things are a better gauge for me to use to determine whether or not I have traveled to a parallel universe.

CYNTHIA: Have you ever noticed times that you’ve traveled to a parallel universe after having had thoughts or feelings that might have steered your consciousness to travel in that particular direction? I mention this because some of the times I’ve been to a place and it’s suddenly radically very different, and according to old-timers there has “always been this way,” I could see reasons why that would be. One such example was a time I visited a French restaurant with a friend who has pork allergies, and was shocked to see it was decorated completely differently–with all the previously prominent pig motif artwork now gone without any remodeling or redecorating, and when questioned “no pig artwork has ever been here” according to the waiters and waitresses… except for one small image.

TRISH: Yes, I have had such an experience.  I have taken walks at least several times per week along the same path for nearly 18 years.  A few months ago, whenever I passed a certain spot on the sidewalk, I kept feeling like something was missing there.  I felt like an object of some sort was supposed to be there, but it wasn’t.  However, I never recalled anything ever having been in that particular spot for the past 18 years that I had been taking my walks along that path.  Shortly after that, I was out taking a walk again, and I noticed that there was an old metal box sitting on a cement slab to encase electrical wires in that exact same spot.  It looked like the metal box had been there for years, as it had some rust on it.  It was also cemented to the ground by a couple of inches of concrete, and the concrete looked like it had been there for a long time too.  Now every time I pass that particular spot on my walks, I always see that old, rusty metal box sitting there.  I am always amazed at how I felt as if something was supposed to be there but wasn’t, and then all of the sudden, something that looked like it had been a permanent fixture there for many years suddenly appeared there.

5235_300x0CYNTHIA: You’ve recently written a book about numerology, “Manifesting Success in Relationships, Career, and Business via Numerology.” What inspired you to write this book, and how did you first get interested in the subject of numerology?

TRISH: In 2005, I began to go through a profound spiritual awakening, and a result of it, I suddenly became interested in reading books about Metaphysics and spirituality.  I was in a Barnes & Noble bookstore one day when I stumbled upon a book on Numerology that really attracted my interest.  I had never heard of Numerology before.  So, I didn’t know anything about it.  I decided to buy the book and became very interested in the subject.  As a result of it, I started to use Numerology on a daily basis in my own life.  After using it for many years, I decided to begin doing readings for others.  As a result of using it so much on a daily basis in my own life and after doing readings for others, I learned a lot about Numerology.  I realized that some of the information that I had gained as a result of using it so often is not in other Numerology books, and I dreamt while sleeping that I had gained some knowledge that was unknown to humanity up to that point.  So, I decided to share the information with people in hopes that it would empower them and help them to live more rewarding and fulfilling lives of success, happiness, and abundance.

Create_Space_front_coverCYNTHIA: Could you tell us a little bit about your most recent book, “Meditations for Past Lives, Starseeds, Soul Mates and Beyond” and why you feel past lives are important for people to connect with and understand?

TRISH: My book contains scripts for meditations that a person can have a friend read to them as they relax, or they can easily record the meditation scripts using a simple tape recorder, digital recorder, or even free software that’s available online and then listen back to them as they relax.  The book contains meditation scripts that allow a person to explore their past lives, future lives, and alternate reality lives; communicate with their spirit guide and their power animal; visit deceased loved ones; discover the planetary origins for those who are starseeds (originally from another star system); view particular moments in the Earth’s history; view the colors of their soul to determine their level of soul growth; discover who their ultimate soul mate (their twin flame) is, and much more.

Since I am also an energy healer, I have discovered that the root causes of many of my ailments and issues in my current life are actually events that happened in previous lifetimes.  As a result of exploring my past lives, I have been able to eliminate my fears, phobias, negative thoughts, and beliefs, and I have improved my health, and I have removed blockages that have allowed me to move forward in my life.  I have also been able to help others in the same way.  I have also read in several books written by other authors who are Hypnotherapists that use Past Life Regression that their clients have been able to heal and to move forward in their lives as a result of exploring their past lives.  Exploring our past lives can help us to heal and to remove blockages so that we can move forward in our lives.

CYNTHIA: Thanks so much for taking the time to answer all these questions. I really appreciate your sharing some of your amazing experiences in this interview. How can people best stay in touch with you and hear about your latest work and ideas?

TRISH: Thank you for interviewing me!  The best way for people to stay in touch with me and to hear about my latest work and ideas is to sign up for my mailing list on my website at http://www.beyond3dbooks.com

For All Sons and Daughters… Imagine How Good it Can Get

For All Sons and Daughters… Imagine How Good it Can Get

If I could share 500 words to inspire, this is the important wisdom I’d want to pass along to others. If you like the way this starts, please click the link to read the entire poem and leave comments about what touched you most at http://InspireMeToday.com
___________________

FOR OUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS… HOW GOOD CAN IT GET?

Reignite longing for the love you sought with first breath in this life;
Recall the dream that called you here, the call you recognize.

You are not what others label you, nor can you be unloved;
Your path through life is blessed by Earth below and sky above.

Even feeling weak and troubled, your words and smiles heal;
You are the very conduit by which dreams become real.

You are not the triumphs nor the troubles you or others think you caused;
Nor are you bad or evil, nor can you ever be truly lost.

The purest essence of your being is infinite, eternal love;
The quiet voice inside you is a compass guided from above.

Feelings of joy, love, fear, anger, sorrow–your true self sees them all;
Emotions come and go like words written, then rain-washed off a slate wall.

Hold fast to your highest values–the ones you treasure best;
Know that by life’s hardships, challenges and dilemmas you are truly blessed.

Your character becomes you as thoughts and habits shape who you are;
Choosing words and actions wisely has the power to take you far.

Keep kind counsel of others’ foibles, doubts, misgivings, and fears;
Knowing regretted words can later cause needless suffering and tears.

There is no way you can ever fail nor ever truly fall;
Your inner light of being will learn and grow through it all.

Serve fully and give your best in everything you do;
And most of all be gentle, kind, compassionate and loving to you.

With hope you change the future, with gratitude the past;
You heal the world when thankful for the first and optimistic for the last.

True strength comes from kindness; courage only thrives with love;
There is no greater honor than showing this is what you’re made of.

The Science of Finding Lost Things

Cynthia Sue Larson

How to Find Lost Things with Quantum Jumping

While I do my best to stay organized in order to minimize misplacing or losing things, every now and then something manages to get misplaced… and sometimes by the time I discover it’s missing, I need it right away. I’ve also noticed that I’m most likely to notice something missing when I’m in a hurry to go somewhere and don’t have a lot of time to search.

FIRST: CONDUCT BASIC SEARCH

The first step in finding something that’s gone missing is to conduct a basic search, making sure that it’s not actually right nearby and we somehow missed it. A good basic  search involves:

(1) Retrace your steps to where the item was last seen and where it might have traveled,

(2) Ask anyone nearby if they’ve seen it,

(3) Ask the item to show itself by asking aloud a question my mother taught me when I was very young, “Now if I were ____________, where would I hide?”

(4) Tidy things up while searching. Putting things together with other similar items creates a systematic process of elimination, making it easier to spot the missing item.

SECOND: KNOW YOU’RE NATURALLY WIDENING THE NET

Expanding search categories so more of your brain is involved in your search is a natural process. Researchers at UC Berkeley have found that your brain calls in backup to find lost things. We typically organize objects in one of 1,000 categories in our mind, in such a way that when we see something we can assign it to a logical and easily retrievable location in memory. While this may not in itself be all that remarkable, recent neuroscience studies conducted at UC Berkeley have shown that when study participants are asked to look for something in particular, such as a person, their brains can be seen to widen the net of possible categories:

“… their brains also commandeered the brain regions responsible for perception of animals, body parts, action verbs and natural minerals and shifted them toward the perception of people. Likewise, when participants were seeking vehicles, the categories of tools, devices and structures were also stimulated by representations of vehicles.”

Thistle FlowerTHIRD: HOPE FOR REALITY SHIFT

If you’ve tried all the above steps and still can’t locate your missing item, it’s time to pull out all the stops and resort to some truly amazing natural processes. As it turns out, nature knows a few tricks that physicists don’t, including how to utilize quantum coherence in natural processes such as photosynthesis. What does this have to do with finding lost things? Plenty. Just as scientists are now learning that plants try all possible pathways in order to maximize efficiency of light absorption in cells by virtue of a process called quantum coherence–so too can we take advantage of the fact that as many physicists believe, we and every object around us exists in a superposition of states.

The basic concept is this. If you’re looking for lost keys, for example, envision there is more than one reality in which your keys exist. In some realities, your keys seem to be gone, and in others your keys are nearby in a perfectly accessible place. You are now seeking one of many possible realities in which your keys return to you. Without getting overly concerned with which particular realities have your keys and which don’t, it’s best to adopt the attitude seen in many a “Missing” poster that reads, “No questions asked.” In the realm of quantum physics, in which Shrödinger’s cat is either alive or dead, we don’t so much care about the details as to which of many possible universes the keys come back from, as long as they do return.

Reality ShiftsOnce you’ve focused your attention on what you’re seeking, so as to expand your ability to find it (with more of your brainpower actively being put to work), it’s time to lighten your mood a little… and relax. Saying “Hope for reality shift!” the way my daughters did when they were young is actually an excellent way to feel a bit more light-spirited, thereby making it easier for you to make a jump between parallel worlds of possibility. What this phrase lacks in sophistication it more than compensates in successful returns of missing things–often either in places already thoroughly checked, or rather unexpected locations one would not expect (such as my toddler’s favorite juice cup suddenly perched atop the refrigerator, or water shoes resting atop my daughter’s pillow, or my favorite jewelry tucked inside a dresser drawer). When lost objects reappear, they often seem a little shy… preferring to quietly sneak into an out-of-the-way location, rather than startling people by exuberantly popping into existence right before their very eyes.

I hope you’ll feel inspired by reading real-life reality shift stories posted at RealityShifters and included in the book, Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the Physical World. Sometimes, all it takes is a little bit of hope that missing things really can reappear… right out of the blue… and they do!

FOURTH: DOWSE AND YOU SHALL FIND

Dowsing is a great way to find lost things. I’ve had excellent success finding lost things using pendulum method that involves just my fingers–so no extra equipment is required. To use the hand dowsing method, you will create circles by touching your left thumb to left forefinger, and right thumb to right forefinger. These ‘circles’ can be intersected, so you have created a two-link chain. With this system, I’ve found “lost” family members in crowds of thousands of people very quickly, able to walk directly to them! The dowsing works through muscle strength. The idea is that when you are thinking or saying something you agree with or know to be true, such as, “I am alive,” your muscles will hold strong, even as you tug your hands away from one another, trying to pull the circles apart. If you think or say something you know is untrue, such as, “I am dead,” you will get no such strong support from your muscles, and your hands will easily separate as you pull them apart. Once you’ve tried out hand dowsing a few times to get familiar with how it feels when you get a “yes” or “no” response, you can use it to locate people in crowds (by asking yes or no questions as to whether they’re ahead of or behind you), and to locate lost objects.

Sand Crabs and Our Perception of Reality

RSsandcrab

When I was a child, I saw an extraordinary thing one day at the beach. My family and I were vacationing at a remote island in the Pacific Ocean, and we spent a leisurely day on a quiet, uninhabited beach. I sat by myself on a part of the beach populated by a whole colony of sand crabs. These little crabs lived in holes in the sand that each crab dug for itself, and at any sign of movement, the crabs would scurry quickly down into their holes for safety.

I observed one of the crabs moving sand with a claw with absent-minded proficiency, and I was mesmerized to see the effortless way it obtained a scoop of sand and lifted it into the air. This activity looked like so much fun to me that I made a similar ball of sand and playfully tossed it toward some crabs. The sand ball hit an unsuspecting crab, which immediately scooped up a ball of sand and held it aloft while standing up as high on its back legs as possible. The crab looked as tense and concerned as a crab can look, with moist grains of sand from the sand ball I’d just tossed still clinging to its shell.

The crab continued standing high on its back legs, surveying the area and assessing all the crabs in the vicinity to determine who might have tossed a sand ball. After several long moments of careful consideration, the crab steadied itself as it fixed its gaze on one particular crab. It suddenly flung its ball of sand at this unsuspecting crab, which it hit with incredible precision! The targeted crab immediately scooped up a ball of sand and returned fire.

In a matter of minutes, a dozen little crabs were all flinging sand balls at one another with reckless abandon. None of the crabs suspected the perpetrator of the whole sand ball fracas was not a crab at all, but a human.

My experience with these sand crabs shows me that crabs interpret what happens to them in terms they can understand, which may not be the truest sense of what is actually happening. We humans are not so different from crabs, in the sense that we are also only capable of interpreting experience based on what we know of reality. Some forces are simply outside our realm of comprehension. The sand crabs had no prior knowledge of humans, so they did not imagine I might have been the one who threw the first sand ball, though my interaction with them had the effect of moving almost every single crab on the beach into action.

We live within a conceptualization of a universe of which we have limited understanding, just like the crabs on the beach with no knowledge of anything besides other crabs throwing sand balls. We have much in common with those crabs, since we usually only consider other humans like ourselves to be capable of affecting our lives. When Captain Cook’s sailing ship first approached the island of Tahiti in the South Pacific it was not noticed by the inhabitants, even when Captain Cook and his crew pointed it out to them, since no Tahitians ever saw such a vessel before. Just as Captain Cook’s ship was invisible to Tahitians, I was invisible to sand crabs on the beach. This shows that we can’t contemplate what we have no comprehension of, even when it is right in front of us. The range of our knowledge of reality is limited by our pre-existing beliefs, assumptions and expectations.

5 Things You Didn’t Know About Me

CynthiaHandHere are five things you probably didn’t know about me, even after my writing more than a decade of RealityShifters monthly updates, and my many books:

1. I enjoy making quilts with hand-stitching. It takes me years to finish a quilt (hand-stitching is slow). I’ve completed two quilts, and am working on a third.

2. My favorite foods are fruits…. pretty much all kinds of fruits–especially mango, strawberries, currants, wine grapes and blueberries.  I enjoy fruit in every course of every meal–from appetizers to main course to dessert–whenever possible.

3. I’ve won medals competing in Kuk Sool Won tournaments, which is an ancient form of Korean Martial arts. I’ve been practicing this martial art since 1999, and love its sword, staff and empty hands forms… and the way it helps me feel more vibrant, youthful, flexible and strong.

4. For many years I greeted our dog each morning by saying, “How are you?” and “I love you!” since we first adopted him from the animal shelter. One day, just a couple of years after we adopted him, he began saying these same things back each day to me. We both enjoy these conversations!

5. When I was in elementary school, my parents would receive permission at the end of each school year for me and my sister to leave school a few weeks early in order to travel to places that had been unchanged for thousands of years, such as visiting headhunters living in longhouses in Borneo.

I’d love to know if any of these were a surprise to you… or if they already seemed familiar somehow.   :-)

Wishing you all the best life and love have to offer,

Cynthia Sue Larson

A Glitch in the Matrix

cynthia2013apr26Neo: Whoa, déjà vu.

Trinity: What did you just say?

Neo: Nothing, I just had a little déjà vu.

Trinity: What did you see?

Cypher: What happened?

Neo: A black cat went past us, and then another that looked just like it.

Trinity: How much like it, was it the same cat?

Neo: Might have been, I’m not sure.

Morpheus: Switch, Apoc.

Neo: What is it?

Trinity: Déjà vu is usually a glitch in the Matrix. It happens when they change something.

–dialogue from the movie, The Matrix

MatrixCatThe phrase “a glitch in the Matrix” originated in the movie, The Matrix, starring Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, in which the characters Neo and Trinity discussed what Neo called a “déjà vu” when he saw a black cat walk past in an adjacent hallway… and then a short time later, saw another cat walk past in exactly the same way. In the movie The Matrix, the main characters discover that physical reality is not nearly so solid as most people assume–and that there is an underlying Matrix (that appears to operate much like computer code running in a gigantic simulation) responsible for creating everything around us.

Have you had a Déjà Vu experience?

While the term déjà vu literally translates from the French to “already seen,” this kind of experience of witnessing a repeating sequence of events is not the type of déjà vu that people typically experience. Most déjà vu experiences do not happen hot on each other’s heels, but instead more typically occur some time after one first has an impression of a certain sequence of unfolding events. Such an impression might come from having previously dreamt about what is now unfolding… or possibly from an earlier daydream or other mental impression.

Groundhog Day Effect

Rapid-fire repeating sequences of events like the black cat “glitch in the Matrix” in which an event has no sooner unfolded to some degree than it unfolds all over again are referenced in Reality Shifts: When Consciousness Changes the Physical World as “the Groundhog Day Effect,” with a nod to another wonderful reality shifting film, Groundhog Day, starring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell, in which the main character wakes up each morning to find… he’s living the exact same day over and over again.

I’ve witnessed two of these repeating-events types of reality shifts; once at a conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico where a woman walked through the hotel lobby exactly the same way twice in a row, and on another occasion at a friend’s house when someone asked for and received a business card… and then asked the same woman for a business card again. What I found so remarkable about these repeating events is that the dress, mannerisms, facial appearances, mood, and all other details occurred exactly the same way twice in a row… as if a scene in a movie was selected to play all over again.

The interesting observation in The Matrix that such repeating sequences of events indicate that there’s been a glitch in the Matrix due to a change having just been made, leads us to wonder why we’d ever notice reality behaving in such a discontinuous manner.  One possible explanation could be that if we are living in a multiverse as physicist Hugh Everett III proposes in his Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum physics, we might occasionally expect to see such glitches when moving from one universe of possibility to another. If the universe moves in accordance with physicist John Cramer’s Transactional Interpretation of quantum physics, each path forward in reality is made based on a kind of “handshake” between a point in future spacetime and one the past, and possibly sometimes we’d see evidence of a couple of different reality selections, one after another.

Many Types of “Glitches in the Matrix”

There are many types of reality shifts in addition to repeating sequences of events–involving situations where things appear, disappear, transport and transform… and changes in the way we experience time. Such reality shifts are often recognized to be incidents of mind-matter interaction (MMI), and are sometimes considered to be quantum jumps–and the explanation for why they are occurring can be found when viewing them as all being examples of quantum behavior on the macroscopic scale. While such things as quantum entanglement, superposition of states, quantum teleportation, and quantum “particles” blipping into and out of physical material form are all perfectly normal at the quantum level of microscopic reality… we also witness many of these same characteristics on the macroscopic scale.
