Biden Vaccine Mandates Headed to Supreme Court, as Groups Seek Emergency Stay
After courts reinstate some employer and healthcare COVID vaccine mandates, multiple groups ask the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene.
The U.S. Supreme Court will likely have the last say on the Biden administration’s COVID vaccine mandates for businesses and healthcare workers, the latest round of court rulings suggest.Business organizations and other groups on Monday requested an emergency stay from the U.S. Supreme Court to block Biden’s vaccine mandates for businesses with 100 or more employees.
The emergency request followed a Dec. 17 federal appeals court ruling striking down an injunction issued Nov. 12 by the 5th Circuit Court and reinstating the vaccine and weekly testing requirement for private businesses.
A separate Dec. 15 ruling partially reinstated Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in 26 states.
Both cases now appear to be headed to the Supreme Court.
In a third ruling, on Dec. 20, a federal judge in Missouri issued a temporary injunction, freezing the Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors in 10 states.

The pre-Incan agrarian civilizations include
Chinchoro culture (9000 – 3000 BC) – along modern Chile’s west coast day coastal Chile, where agriculture first emerged along modern Chile’s west coast around 5000 BC. Early Chinchoro crops consisted of corn, beans, peanuts, sweet potatoes and cotton. Mummies discovered here predate those of Egypt by 2,000 years. Chinchoro developed irrigation technology around 2000 BC and left huge monuments consistent with hierarchical governance. Highlands residents grew tobacco and potatoes and domesticated guinea pigs and llamas for meat and alpacas for wool.Chavin (a prehistoric city-state in the Andean highlands of modern day Peru) – first appearing around 1000 BC as a hub surrounding town-states of up to 10,000 inhabitants. Fish and sweet potatoes were abundant in coastal Chavin villages, beans and squash in the foothills and potatoes, lama meet and alpaca wool in the highlands. This culture is associated with the Nazca lines (dated around 100-800 AD), etched into desert bedrock and visible from the upper atmosphere.Mochica – appearing in modern Peru’s coast regions around 700 AD and renowned for superb ceramics and royal tombs. It was destroyed by by drought and earthquakes followed by torrential El Nino rains between 562-594 AD.Wari – ruling from the mountain state of Ayachuko around 1000 AD.Tiwanaku – on Lake Titicaca (altitude 10,000 feet) appearing around 800 AD. At an altitude of 10,000 feet, residents grew potatoes and raised alpaca and llamas for wood and food.Cusco – settled by Incan people around 1050 AD after Tiwanaku collapsed (due to drought?). Around 1250 AD, they were growing crops in mountainside terraces, freeze-drying crops and weaving textiles at an altitude of 13,000 feet.Forming alliances via marriage, the Incas began military campaigns to expand their territory. Under the rule of Pachecuti (beginning in 1438 AD), the Inca empire stretched from Quito Ecuador to Santiago Chile. With a population of 10 million, it was among the largest agrarian civilizations in the world in the 15th century. Its main crops were potatoes, beans, pepper and corn (reserved for armies and royal households and making beer, owing to difficulty growing it at altitude).
The Incas had no formal writing but used a system of three dimensional knotted strings (called khipu) to convey complicated mathematical and narrative detail. Celibate priests and priestesses who oversaw worship of the sun god and mood goddesses and sacrificed llamas and rarely particularly beautiful children. Their emperor built an elaborate citadel at 8,000 feet called Machu Picchu. Warmer because of its lower altitude, he used it for personal retreats.
Amazon Basis Societies
From 5000 BC Amazonian tribes were growing manioc, sweet potatoes and squash, which they supplemented with fish. From 2000 BC, many settled in agrarian villages, with some evolving into complex societies. From 1000 BC to 1500 AD they were governed by chiefdoms, which unlike true states, weren’t coercive and didn’t collect tribute (or tax). The most noteworthy included Marajo Island in the mouth of the Amazon, which left behind impressive earthen mounds; Santarem, built by the Tapajo people 150 miles upstream, which was ten square miles in area (as large as Tehuacan in Mesoamerica); and Acutuba 150 miles upstream from Santarem. Seventy-five acres in area, Acutuba served as a ceremonial center for a network of towns.
Owing to the extremely poor soil,* early Amazon farmers used biochar combined with feces and fish and bird bones to enrich the soil, leaving behind what appear to be fruit and nut orchards in the middle of the Amazon jungle. Archeologists have also found gold, precious gems, bird feather and medicinal plants among their remains. Following the arrival of Europeans, their populations plummeted and they reverted from agriculture to foraging.
* Torrential rains wash all the nutrients out of Amazonian soil leaving it highly acidic.

England hospital units may close as staff revolt over jab mandate, says NHS leader

Entire hospital units could be forced to shut because of staff quitting in protest at the government’s order that they must all be vaccinated against Covid-19, a senior NHS leader has warned.
Chris Hopson, the chief executive of NHS Providers, said that at one hospital trust in England, 40 midwives were refusing to get jabbed, raising fears that the maternity unit may have to close.
“Trust leaders are acutely aware that, from April onwards, when Covid vaccinations will become mandatory, decisions by staff to remain unvaccinated could – in extreme circumstances – lead to patient services being put at risk,” said Hopson.
“If sufficient numbers of unvaccinated staff in a particular service in a particular location choose not to get vaccinated, the viability and/or safety of that service could be at risk.”
Hopson did not name the trust. But he cautioned that its maternity unit is “one representative example” of potential closures on grounds of patient safety that the government’s decision to compel NHS staff in England to be vaccinated or risk losing their job could lead to.
Hopson said: “I was talking to a [trust] chief executive who said that 40 of the midwives on their midwifery service … were saying they were not prepared to be vaccinated. Those staff, given their skills and their expertise, are not easily redeployed but they’re also extremely difficult to replace.
The trust’s chief executive “is seriously concerned about the safety of the service” because of the potential exodus of midwives.
Maternity staff quitting over compulsory jabs posed a particular challenge because of the NHS-wide shortage of midwives, Hopson said. NHS England estimates that maternity services need 2,000 more whole-time equivalent midwives, while the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) puts the figure at 2,500.

Data out of South Africa continues to dispel doomsday fearmongering.
COVID-19 hospitalizations in South Africa, the epicenter of the Omicron outbreak, have dropped by 25% over the last week, once again indicating that the variant is milder than previous strains.
According to data from the country’s National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD), the number of people in hospitals suffering from the virus has sunk to 5,600.
“The figures bolster recent reports indicating that the new highly mutated variant may not be as severe as other forms of Covid-19 like the beta or delta variants,” reports the Telegraph.
The seven-day rolling average for new infections in Gauteng province also fell by more than 10,000 to less than 8,000.
Professor Tom Moultrie, a top demographer at the University of Cape Town, reacted to the news by remarking, “It really does seem as if…my country will escape relatively unscathed in this wave.”
As we highlighted yesterday, COVID cases in South Africa peaked on December 15th and have dropped every day since.
Health authorities in the country have even suggested stopping tracing and quarantining those who have come into contact with Omicron because it isn’t helping to stop the spread of the variant, which only causes mild symptoms anyway.
Last week, South African Health Minister Joe Phaahla said that only 1.7% of COVID cases in the current Omicron wave are being hospitalised compared to 19% in the previous wave.

America Has Given Millions for ‘Research’ At Chinese Communist-Run Facilities Since COVID Outbreak.

The U.S. National Institutes of Health has continued to funnel millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund scientific research in conjunction with Communist China since the beginning of the COVID pandemic, including to military-controlled organizations, The National Pulse can reveal.
Over half of the grants sent since early 2020 came from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) database reveals that 13 grants have been sent to the country which has stonewalled investigations into the origins of COVID-19. China has also undertaken a global propaganda campaign to blame the U.S. for the virus, while America continues to send cash.
U.S.-funded studies.China Medical University, Fudan University, Peking University, and China’s Center for Disease Control and Prevention are among the organizations, all of which are controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, funded by various NIH agencies.
Of the 13 grants to China, seven are from Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Southern Medical University – which is controlled by the regime’s People’s Liberation Army and has close ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology – also received two additional grants worth nearly $300,000 from Fauci.
In total over $4 million has been sent to studies counting their principal investigators as working in China for state-run scientific bodies in 2020 and 2021. Seven of the studies are still active at the time of publication.

CDC Monitoring 8 Cases of Heart Inflammation in 5- to 11-Year-Olds Who Got Pfizer Vaccine
In the same day the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it was aware of eight cases of heart inflammation in 5- to 11-year-olds vaccinated with Pfizer’s COVID vaccine, Pfizer and BioNTech announced they would seek full approval for their Comirnaty COVID vaccine for children 12 through 15.
At least eight cases of myocarditis, or heart inflammation, in children 5 to 11 years old who got the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine were reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the agency said during a Dec. 16 meeting.The cases were reported in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and presented by a CDC official to a panel of its vaccine advisers.
The CDC acknowledged the reports on the same day Pfizer and BioNTech announced they had submitted a supplemental Biologics License Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to expand the approval of their Comirnaty vaccine — not yet available in the U.S. — to include individuals ages 12 through 15 years.
During the Dec. 16 meeting of the CDC’s vaccine advisory panel, the CDC said there had been more than 7 million vaccine doses administered in the 5 to 11 age group at the time the agency examined the data, including 5.1 million first doses and 2 million second doses.
The CDC said there had been 3,233 reports to VAERS of adverse events among 5- to 11-year-olds, including 14 reports of myocarditis, five reports with follow-up in progress, nine reports with follow-up information obtained and eight reports of myocarditis that met the CDC’s working case definition, including four males and five females.
Two cases occurred after the first dose and six cases occurred after the second dose. One report is under review.
Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle that can lead to cardiac arrhythmia and death. According to the National Organization for Rare Disorders, myocarditis can result from infections, but “more commonly the myocarditis is a result of the body’s immune reaction to the initial heart damage.”

LAST week a regular reader of TCW Defending Freedom sent me a film that, despite all I already knew about Covid vaccine adverse reactions, injuries and deaths, shocked me to the core. In it more than a dozen Australian nurses and paramedics give their testimonies of what they’ve been witnessing and dealing with daily. They fear speaking out loud and openly such is the culture of silence and denial, a culture which defies conscience and medical ethics. Their voices and faces are disguised because they fear for their jobs: ‘It’s been made very clear by our registry board AHPRA that any form of speaking out against the narrative could lead to deregistration. And Queensland Ambulance has made that clear as well.’
Their need for anonymity is self-evident but equally clear is their determination to tell the world what is really happening and what the medical authorities are suppressing. I do not know who made the film but nothing about it suggests to me that it is anything but genuine.
It opens with quotes from various nurses’ and paramedics’ testimonies – their first-hand evidence of vaccine harms. Each is identified by number and job title as confirmed, in the film, by a commissioner of declarations.

What follows in the film is a long edited sequence of deeply distressing accounts of the range of serious adverse vaccine events the nurses and paramedics have been faced with, obstruction by their medical seniors and refusal to acknowledge these reactions are vaccine-related, the absence of any treatment protocols to address these ‘novel’ but extreme reaction, a ‘normalisation’ of such reactions in the form of hospitals discharging patients still in dire need of help and, finally, expressions of deep concern that no one is being told about ‘the horrible side effects’.

Gaslighting Autism Families: CDC, Media Continue to Obscure Decades of Vaccine-Related Harm
By Children’s Health Defense Team The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s latest autism report, once again, attributed the rise of autism to “more awareness” rather than a true increase — and as usual, mainstream media fell in line with that narrative.
Media and public health officials perpetuated their entrenched practice of gaslighting autism families when earlier this month they trotted out the worn-out canard that a 23% rise in autism prevalence over a two-year period “reflects more awareness … rather than a true increase.”
The basis for this mean-spirited whopper was the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) release of its biennial report on autism prevalence as of 2018.
The report estimated autism affected 1 in 44 American 8-year-olds born in 2010 (2.27%). The CDC’s prior report estimated prevalence at 1 in 54 8-year-olds born in 2008 (1.85%).
Using a different methodology, the 2019-2020 National Survey of Children’s Health situated autism prevalence for children ages 3 to 17 at 1 in 34 (2.9%).
Notwithstanding the media spin, CDC’s new report cannot hide the fact that autism rates have not stopped rising — and the trend has persisted for decades.
This was acknowledged by the report’s New Jersey author, researcher Walter Zahorodny, who states that U.S. autism prevalence — far from plateauing — “has increased continuously over 20 years.”
Zahorodny, who years ago described the situation as “urgent,” has consistently rejected “better awareness” or “changes in diagnostic criteria” as explanations.
Twenty years (the period of time during which CDC has had its tracking system in place) is itself a gross understatement — autism prevalence in the 1990s (1 in 1,000) already represented a tenfold increase over the condition’s estimated prevalence in the 1970s.
Greeting the new data with a wink and a yawn, the media also ignored the fact that some subgroups and regions are experiencing even more of a “red alert” situation.
Zahorodny called attention, for example, to the finding that autism prevalence for California’s boys is an “unprecedented” 1 in 16 (6.4%) — almost double the dreadful rate of 1 in 28 boys overall (3.6%).
The “Golden State” now has the dubious distinction of having the highest autism rate in the nation.
Moreover, recent projections by autism researchers Mark Blaxill, Toby Rogers and Cynthia Nevison suggest, if current trends continue, the autism rate could surpass 6% for ALL American children within a few years.
Although there are any number of environmental toxins that harm children’s neurodevelopment, a preponderance of information from national and international sources pinpoints vaccines as the driving factor behind the autism epidemic.
This information includes the CDC’s own data — despite the agency’s numerous fraudulent attempts to make years of troublesome findings “go away.”
