Why Some Hospitals Are Dropping Vaccine Mandates For Healthcare Workers

Hospitals across the U.S. are doing away with their vaccine mandates as a result of a persistent shortage of healthcare workers, according to a report Monday in The Wall Street Journal.
Hospital chains and nonprofit hospitals are dropping the mandate in a bid to hold on to staff members who range from nurses to sanitation workers. Medical professionals are reporting high rates of burnout and frustration with shortages of necessary equipment to do their jobs.
“It’s been a mass exodus, and a lot of people in the healthcare industry are willing to go and shop around,” employee-benefits lawyer Wade Symons told the Journal. “If you get certain healthcare facilities that don’t require it, those could be a magnet for those people who don’t want the vaccine. They’ll probably have an easier time attracting labor.”
According to the Department of Labor, 524,000 healthcare workers left the workforce in February 2020, the month before the pandemic began to spread. In September, the department said 38,000 workers left the healthcare field, the largest of any single field that month.
Vaccine mandates only added to the flight of healthcare workers as a number of them refused to comply. The Biden administration issued a new rule on Nov. 4 that required staff at hospitals that participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs to be fully vaccinated by Jan. 4, 2022. This rule was estimated to apply to 17,000 workers in this sector, but it was put on hold by a federal judge on Nov. 30.

Shocking FOIA Request Details Rampant Child Sex Crimes By CIA Agents and No One is Going to Jail

Imagine an agency so secretive and so corrupt that they can literally get away with criminal sexual abuse of children. Then imagine you are forced to pay for this agency and despite knowing that their agents are abusing children — even admitting to it — they are avoiding any kind of legal ramifications. According to a recent report obtained through Freedom of Information Act lawsuits, that and more is happening within the CIA and no one is doing anything about it.
Through multiple FOIA lawsuits, Buzzfeed News obtained hundreds of internal CIA reports which detail the rampant abuse. According to the reports, despite multiple agents and contractors, at least 10, being caught in child sex abuse situations, just one of them has gone to jail. The others remain protected by the agency.
Buzzfeed reports that most of the cases were referred to US attorneys for prosecution but in an apparent quid pro quo scenario, the US attorneys send the cases back to the CIA to “handle them internally.” As a result of this scenario, these child abusing monsters face no legal ramifications. At most, according to the report, they may lose their job or security clearance.
As Buzzfeed points out, some of these crimes are utterly horrifying and involve toddlers.
One employee had sexual contact with a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old. He was fired. A second employee purchased three sexually explicit videos of young girls, filmed by their mothers. He resigned. A third employee estimated that he had viewed up to 1,400 sexually abusive images of children while on agency assignments. The records do not say what action, if any, the CIA took against him. A contractor who arranged for sex with an undercover FBI agent posing as a child had his contract revoked.
Out of all of these monsters, only a single one was ever charged with a crime. In fact, that one individual, according to the report, was the only known case of a CIA staffer being charged with child sexual crimes.
When questioned about the unchecked abuse, the agency refused to elaborate, stating only that the CIA “takes seriously its responsibility to hold accountable federal government employees who violate federal law within our jurisdiction.”
Clearly, however, as these internal documents illustrate, that is not the case.

Julian Assange has had a stroke in Belmarsh Prison, his fiancee Stella Moris revealed last night.
The WikiLeaks publisher, 50, who is being held on remand in the maximum-security jail while fighting extradition to America, was left with a drooping right eyelid, memory problems, and signs of neurological damage.
He believes the mini-stroke was triggered by the stress of the ongoing US court action against him and an overall decline in his health as he faces his third Christmas behind bars.
It happened at the time of a High Court appearance via video link from Belmarsh in October.
A ‘transient ischaemic attack’ – the interruption of the blood supply to the brain – can be a warning sign of a full stroke. Assange has since had an MRI scan and is now taking anti-stroke medication.
Ms. Moris, 38, a lawyer, said: ‘Julian is struggling and I fear this mini-stroke could be the precursor to a more major attack. It compounds our fears about his ability to survive the longer this long legal battle goes on.’
Assange’s father said during an interview live-streamed on November 15th that his son was vaccinated in prison and appeared to suggest he was pressured into it because he feared retaliation.

4 States Call in National Guard to Deal With Health Care Staffing Crisis

Late last week, Indiana became the latest state to deploy the National Guard to hospitals. The Indiana Department of Health confirmed to local media that Guard members were sent to 13 facilities after officials with Indiana University Health, the state’s largest hospital system, made the request.
Indiana University officials said it’s dealing with “all-time highs” of both COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients. Earlier this year, about 125 Indiana University health care workers were fired for not complying with the system’s vaccine mandate, although the hospital said at the time that most fired workers were part-time.
“As COVID cases continue to increase and hospitalization of COVID and non-COVID patients reach all-time highs, the demand and strain on IU Health’s team members, nurses and providers has never been greater,” Indiana University Health said over the weekend, adding that it “will leverage all available resources and enlist members of Indiana’s National Guard, in conjunction with the Indiana Department of Health, to assist in areas of critical need.”
Six-person National Guard teams with both clinical and nonclinical members will be sent to Indiana University hospitals in two-week intervals, officials said.
In New Hampshire, authorities confirmed several days ago that about 70 Guard members would be deployed within the coming weeks to provide nonclinical support at medical care facilities.
“Primarily, we’re going to start with non-clinical care in the hospitals, and the primary reason why is—we’re a part-time force,” National Guard Maj. Gen. David Mikolaities told local media in a statement. “And for us to utilize our doctors and nurses and physician assistants, we don’t want to take away from the health care system that is already strained.”
That deployment will start on Dec. 12 or Dec. 13, he confirmed.
“If unfortunately during the winter months, the hospitalization rates continue to increase, we’ll be more than happy to provide additional resources,” Mikolaities said.
In Maine, Democrat Gov. Janet Mills said on Dec. 8 that she activated about 75 additional National Guard members. They’ll also be used to provide nonclinical support to health care facilities, coming months after the state issued a vaccine mandate for health workers that several courts refused to block.
Maine’s largest hospital—the Maine Medical Center—”has had no critical care beds available” during the past week, said CEO Joel Botler in a statement, adding that the hospital had to shut down six operating rooms in addition to the six that were previously closed.
And in New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul, also a Democrat, announced that the state’s National Guard would conduct a similar mission at state hospitals.
The Guard will deploy some 120 Army medics and Air Force medical technicians to 12 long-term facilities and nursing homes “to ease staffing shortages,” according to a statement from the National Guard. Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, issued the order at the start of December, citing what she said is a seasonal rise in COVID-19 cases.
Service members are being sent to facilities in Goshen, Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Utica, Plattsburgh, Uniondale, Liberty, Vestal, Olean, and Lyons, the Guard confirmed in a statement.
The decision came weeks after thousands of New York-based health care workers were placed on unpaid leave following the implementation of Hochul’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, which caused staffing disruptions. Neither Hochul nor the Guard has mentioned the COVID-19 mandate amid the deployment.

Last month it was reported a 12-year-old child in the district of Cuxhaven, Germany died two days after taking the Pfizer vaccine.

Recently, I received news that top researchers at multiple highly respected institutions (including Harvard) who had earlier been publicly promoting the vaccine have now changed their minds and are privately refusing to get the booster.
How is that possible? Did we finally convince them with the data? Most of my truthteller friends have been censored and/or deplatformed. So what is causing these people to shift their views so quickly?

These researchers are seeing first hand how dangerous the vaccine is because they are involved in studies in hospitalized and/or outpatients and they see the numbers first hand.
Of course, they can’t say anything officially since they would be fired or have their funding taken away.

Americans are smartening up about the boosters
According to the CDC, as of December 10, 2021:
About 200.7 million people, or 60.5% of the total U.S. population, have been fully vaccinated.*
About 49.9 million additional/booster doses in fully vaccinated people have been reported.“
What does this really mean?
At least 16% of those who got their first dose of a two shot series decided not to go back for number 2, or perhaps died.Less than 25% of those who did become fully vaccinated have gone back for a first booster.I think a large chunk of the population was sucked into getting the vaccines initially, but a considerable number of them have seen through the vaccine propaganda and realize it is not solving the COVID problem, and is not providing vaccinated individuals much protection.
Perhaps some of them have noticed that Israel is already talking about shot #4. Or they may have heard that if the Omicron strain continues to cause very mild disease, it will serve as as a natural vaccine, inoculating people who get it.

In this lecture, Benjamin traces the shifting pattern of routes that comprised the “Silk Roads” that linked five empires between 100 BC and 400 AD: Roman, Parthian (modern day Iran), Kushan (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal), Han (northern China) and Xiongnu (southern China). The robust trade this produced led to increased political stability in Rome (after 100 years of civil war) as agriculture flourished and coins were issued for the first time. Crossing enormous spans of desert, these trade routes arose following the domestication of the bactrian camel. with its two humps (consisting of stored fat) and tolerance for cold, drought and high altitude made the possible.
The Romans imported silk, iron, cloves, nutmeg and cardamon from Asia, while the Han and Xiongnu empires imported grapes and glassware from Rome, art objects from India and Egypt and horses from the Central Asian steppes.
According to Benjamin, the collective learning spread by the Silk Roads was just as important as economic trade. Images the sculpted Roman deities would lead to the first sculpted rendition of Buddha in the Xiongnu and Han empires and the emergence of Mahayana Buddhism. The Silk Roads also facilitated the spread of Christianity by Paul of Tarsas between 35-55 AD.
Unfortunately they also facilitated the spread of epidemics of smallpox, bubonic plague and measles. The Roman population dropped from 60 to 40 million between 150-400 AD. This drastic decrease in population contributed to the eventual collapse of both the Roman and the Han (which experienced comparable losses) empires.
Sea trade also flourished during this period between Africa and East Asia, using the summer monsoon trade winds to travel east and the winter trade winds to return.
Vanishing after the collapse of the Roman and Han empires the Silk Roads were revived around 600 AD.

The epidemic that wasn’t: In 2006, doctors used PCR testing to cause mass hysteria over “whooping cough” outbreak that didn’t exist

It flew under most people’s radar at the time, but 15 years ago there was an alleged whooping cough epidemic that the medical industry warned was a major threat. The only problem is that it did not actually exist, having been the product of false PCR testing.
The same fraudulent tests being used today to identify the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) were also used in 2006 to pinpoint a fake whooping cough epidemic that scared a whole lot of health care workers into panicking, taking pharmaceutical drugs and getting injected with vaccines (sound familiar?).
The New York Times reported that nearly 1,000 health care workers at a hospital in Lebanon, N.H., tested “positive” using the PCR tests, resulting in them being furloughed from work. They were administered antibiotics and injected with chemicals, only to have the whole thing be blown open as a hoax eight months later.
“… health care workers were dumbfounded to receive an e-mail message from the hospital administration informing them that the whole thing was a false alarm,” the Timesreported in 2007 about the embarrassing incident.
“Not a single case of whooping cough was confirmed with the definitive test, growing the bacterium, Bordetella pertussis, in the laboratory. Instead, it appears the health care workers probably were afflicted with ordinary respiratory diseases like the common cold.”
PCR test inventor said it should never be used to try to identify diseaseHow could it be that people were mistakenly diagnosed with whooping cough when all they really had was the common cold? The answer is simple: PCR tests are not accurate and their results can easily be manipulated to push a narrative.
The only thing PCR tests do is magnify DNA particles in a sample until they become visible. Depending on how they are calibrated, they can pick up almost anything – even things that do not exist.
“The magnification in PCR is measured by the number of cycles needed to make the DNA visible. Known as the Cycle Threshold (Ct) or Quantification Cycle (Cq) number, the higher the number of cycles the lower the amount of DNA in the sample,” explains the Brownstone Institute.
