A Brief History of Domestic Terrorism: From Cointelpro to 9/11 and Beyond

Since a new wave of ‘domestic terror attacks’ have erupted over the past two weeks both in Buffalo and now more recently in Texas, the citizens of the USA and trans-Atlantic community more broadly are being whipped up into a frenzy of fear and confusion over the causes of ‘domestic terror’ which can only be remedied by increased dictatorial powers of the population.

As has often been the trend in our post-9/11 age, such highly publicized atrocities have tended to carry in their wake ever expanded state powers to surveil, censor and manipulate the confused and fearful population who lacks an ability to discern the true causes of the horrifying events framed for their consumption on mainstream media.

Before acquiescing to greater tyrannical powers to those agencies controlling western governments in exchange for promised security, it were wise to evaluate how and why terrorism – domestic or otherwise – has tended to arise over the past century.

If, in the course of conducting this evaluation, we find that terrorism is truly a “naturally occurring phenomenon”, then perhaps we might conclude alongside many eminent figures of the intelligence community and Big Tech, that new pre-emptive legislation targeting the rise of a new conservative-minded domestic terrorist movement is somehow necessary. Maybe the censoring of free speech, and the surveillance of millions of Americans by the Five Eyes is a necessary evil for the sake of the greater good.

However, if it is revealed that the thing we call “terrorism”, is something other than a naturally occurring, self-organized phenomenon, but rather something which only exists due to vast support from western political agencies, then a very different conclusion must be arrived at which may be disturbing for some.

But how to proceed?

Before it was revealed that ISIS was being supported by a network of Anglo-American intelligence agencies and their allies in a failed effort to overthrow Bashar al Assad, an exhaustive 2012 study was conducted by the Center on National Security at Fordham Law School. This study provides a convenient entry point to our inquiry.

In this course of its investigation, researchers at Fordham discovered that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the 138 terrorist incidents recorded in the USA between 2001-2012 involved FBI informants who played leading roles in planning out, supplying weapons, instructions and even recruiting Islamic terrorists to carry out terrorist acts on U.S. soil. Reporting on the Fordham study, The Nation stated:

Of course, this trend preceded 9/11 itself as we see in the case of FBI informant Emad Salem (formerly associated with the Egyptian Military) who recorded hundreds of hours of conversation between himself and his FBI handlers which were reported publicly by the New York times on October 28, 1993. Why is this important? Because Emad Salem was the figure who rented the van, hotel rooms, provided bomb-making instruction, tested out explosives on behalf of Mohammed Salamah and 15 other terrorists who carried out the February 1993 World Trade Center bombing which injured 1000 and killed 6 people.

Whether the plot was hatched by CIA-Saudi sponsored terrorists as some assume, or whether it was a controlled demolition as hundreds of architects and engineers have testified to (or whether it was a combination of both stories), one thing is certain: The official narrative is a lie and no matter how you try to explain it, two airplanes cannot cause the collapse of three WTC buildings.

Another thing is certain: Biden was happy.

Not only did Joe Biden act as one of the most aggressive voices for the invasion of Iraq in the days following 9/11, but he even bragged publicly that John Ashcroft’s 2001 Patriot Act was modelled nearly verbatim on his own failed 1994 Omnibus domestic surveillance legislation drafted in response to the first 9/11 attack and 1994 Oklahoma City bombing.

Another important outcome of 9/11 involved the re-organization of the FBI with a focus on domestic terrorist surveillance, prevention, disruption and entrapment.

In 2001, MI5’s Chief came to the USA where then-FBI director Robert Mueller was assigned the task of carrying out this new remix of U.S. intelligence that involved re-activating many of the worst characteristics of the FBI’s earlier COINTEL PRO operations that were made public during the 1974 Church Committee hearings.

An incredible report by investigative Journalist Edward Spannaus listed a short list of some of the most extreme cases of FBI entrapment between 2001-2013 in the USA:

“One of the most egregious of these cases is the so-called “Newburgh Four” in New York State, in which an informant in 2008-09 offered the defendants $250,000, as well as weapons, to carry out a terrorist plot. The New York University Center for Human Rights and Justice reviewed this case and two others, and concluded: “The government’s informants introduced and aggressively pushed ideas about violent jihad and, moreover, actually encouraged the defendants to believe it was their duty to take action against the United States.”

In Portland, Ore., it was disclosed during the trial of the “Christmas Tree bomber” earlier this year, that the FBI had actually produced its own terrorist training video, which was shown to the defendant, depicting men with covered faces shooting guns and setting off bombs using a cell phone as a detonator.

In Brooklyn, N.Y., in 2012, an FBI agent posing as an al-Qaeda operative supplied a target with fake explosives for a 1,000-pound bomb, which the FBI’s victim then attempted to detonate outside the Federal Reserve building in Manhattan.

In Irvine, Calif., in 2007, an FBI informant was so blatant in attempting to entrap members of the local Islamic Center into violent jihadi actions, that the mosque went to court and got a restraining order against the informant.

In Pittsburgh, Khalifa Ali al-Akili became so suspicious of two “jihadi” FBI informants who were trying to recruit him to buy a gun and to go to Pakistan for training, that he contacted both the London Guardian and the Washington-based National Coalition to Protect Civil Freedoms, and told them that he feared the FBI was trying to entrap him.

In the months since the events on January 6, 2021 we have only seen that this practice continued in full swing within the United States, as reports of FBI agents provocateurs began to circulate widely even being covered extensively by Tucker Carlson on June 15.

School Shootings: I’m Sorry This Needs to Be Said

1.  Normal people have no interest in killing children, especially ones they do not know, especially in large numbers.

2.  In my view, only people subject to mind control (please investigate Sirhan Sirhan or read about US intelligence agency attempts to create mind controlled assassins beginning in the 1950s) or people taking certain drugs, or special trained assassins are even capable of carrying out such an act.  [In the case of Sirhan Sirhan, who did fire wildly on a crowd, but did not kill Kennedy, the actual assassin was an intelligence asset.]  From the WaPo in 2018:

Though Sirhan admitted at his trial in 1969 that he shot Kennedy, he claimed from the start that he had no memory of doing so. And midway through Sirhan’s trial, prosecutors provided his lawyers with an autopsy report that launched five decades of controversy: Kennedy was shot at point-blank range from behind, including a fatal shot behind his ear. But Sirhan, a 24-year-old Palestinian immigrant, was standing in front of him.

3.  School shootings are the most provocative and effective way to initiate a change in gun laws, which means taking away the guns from some or all of the people who privately own them.

4.  The large number of American gun owners pose a daunting challenge to the globalists who wish to control them.  Police and military will not be willing to enter the homes of gun owners to remove their guns or for other purposes.

5.  Few Europeans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders own guns, and it is believed by many that the imposition of much harsher lockdowns on the citizens of these nations, compared to the US, was enabled by this fact.

6.  There have been shortages of guns and ammunition in the US since the onset of the pandemic.  Whether this is due to supply-demand, including increased purchases by the federal government, or to other market forces, is not clear.

7.  There has been very little exploration into the past history of those who committed mass murders in the US in recent years, especially in schools.  I want to know if any or all of these mass murderers may have been enrolled in black mind control projects.

8.  I want a full accounting of the mind control programs paid for with taxpayer dollars in the US and elsewhere.

9.  I want an investigation into the many thousands of self-reported “targeted individuals” (TIs) who complain of voices beamed into their heads and other forms of what can only be termed torture.

10.  I want an investigation into the implants some of these people claim were introduced into their bodies.

11.  A reader sent me this piece by David Swanson, revealing that at least a third of mass US shooters have been trained in the US military.  Were they put through mind control programs while serving their country?

12.  Why have so many assassins and mass shooters appeared to be in an altered state of consciousness immediately after the event, and/or at other times?  Think Sirhan Sirhan, Mark David Chapman, Reagan’s attempted assassin whose father was having dinner with GHW Bush the week of the attempt?  Has anyone analyzed their behaviors systematically? Their histories and connections to the powerful?

13.  We are being attacked in many perverse ways, and we must open our eyes, and take our power back, or the attacks will continue and will destroy us.

Climate Change Hysteria Won’t Solve the Planetary Crisis

Climate change and carbon emissions have become the catch cry for everything that’s going wrong in non-human nature, despite the fact we know the environmental problems facing planet Earth go far beyond either of these complex processes.

A natural paradox

In this piece, I’m going to take you on something of a personal journey that includes perspectives I have developed over the last 40 years of my professional life, trying to understand and figure out solutions to some of the biggest environmental, agricultural and health challenges of our era.

There are many die-hard natural health supplement users out there — many of whom I have a great deal of respect for and regard as my friends — who think most of the hype around climate change and an impending environmental catastrophe is hogwash.

They see it as a vehicle for more fearmongering and a construct born out of scientific data manipulated by paid-for academics, corporations, governments and international agencies, in turn controlled by a globalist, ruling elite.

The vehicle has appeared in various guises, most conspicuously as the United Nation’s Agenda 21, now replaced by Agenda 2030, and of course the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

The intent of this, say the climate change skeptics, is not just to make the corporate perpetrators of environmental and social devastation appear like saviors as they clamor towards their Sustainable Development Goals, but rather to wrestle away ever more autonomy and control from the enslaved masses — yes, us.

The problem with binary

I won’t be arguing here that this view is wrong.

I’d like to highlight instead the grave predicament we face if society continues to tolerate only simplified, binary perspectives that we’re increasingly being coaxed and coerced to adopt by governments, the media and others who control the nature and quality of information.

For example, it is facile to assume that the current evidence of rising atmospheric carbon dioxide levels or global warming are either entirely linked to human activity or are wholly part of a natural cycle that is in no way affected by human activity.

It would be much more pertinent to understand how much of these processes are driven by natural cycles and how much by human (anthropogenic) activity.

The multi-dimensional nature of existential threats, from the current COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and food shortages, to migrations and now a war in Ukraine, has created a perfect storm for authoritarianism, tyranny and the disbanding of individual liberty and freedom of expression.

We are increasingly being forced to accept a particular narrative that defines both the nature and causes of the problems we face, as well as proposed solutions. Shades of grey are replaced by black and white.

The narrative is delivered by slick, global public relations and media systems. Any dissent is quickly ‘fact-checked’ against the narrative (which may omit readily available facts) and the inevitable consequence is a polarization of views.

Viewpoints, and messengers of those views, that are not 100% in accord with the narrative are marginalized, stigmatized or scapegoated. This polarisation generates a pro-narrative, “in-group,” and a dissenting “out-group.”

This very process incites social instability, which gives the power brokers ever more justification to impose centralized, systems of control on the populace.

In a binary world, any view that is not 100% compliant with your own must be met with complete rejection. No part of the argument, however rational it may be, can be accepted.

Further discussion with the bearer of the alternate view is typically also terminated. Without discourse, opportunities to refine or modify your own viewpoints are denied, so the progression of thinking on complex matters is curbed.

Whether we’re talking COVID-19 or climate change, the powers-that-be have set a narrative and determined what represents medical or scientific misinformation, disinformation or malinformation (now abbreviated to MDM by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security).

Polarization is absolute and alternate viewpoints are ditched as worthless simply because they don’t coincide fully with the mainstream narrative.

In many other areas of society, we have long recognized and appreciated value, even when there is deviation or error.

So rather than trying to identify which of the many prevailing viewpoints or theories are likely to reflect reality (a very challenging task given the quagmire of great scientific uncertainty surrounding us), I have instead attempted to reframe, beyond the limits of climate change, the current environmental issues faced both by our planet and our species.

Complexity yields many shades of gray

Many of the overriding challenges we face are intimately interconnected. Unpicking and resolving them first requires identifying the nature and complex causes of the problems with a high degree of accuracy.

In figure 1 below we’ve identified 56 different factors that are associated with the environmental catastrophe that is all around us. We’ve deliberately omitted contributions from natural processes such as changes in the location of magnetic poles and solar flares. Even this list of human-related factors is incomplete.

The factors fall into five distinct groups:

Despite this, most of the narrative issued by the mainstream media about the state of non-human nature (“the environment”) is related to just one aspect – climate change – that we’re told is mediated largely by excessive global emissions of greenhouse gases, determined as carbon dioxide equivalents.

You’ll see in our graphic that we’ve listed greenhouse gases as one of many different sources of pollution, this one being primarily the result of our continuing reliance on fossil fuels.

There is no doubt that human-induced carbon emissions are a big problem. But they are far from the only problem. Achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 or earlier, equally, is a very important objective.

But there are a multitude of other factors we need to also address if we are to avert a cataclysmic tipping point. And the solution to excessive carbon emissions isn’t just about reducing emissions.

It’s about increasing the capacity of carbon capture, which also isn’t just about new-fangled carbon capture technologies that create yet another multi-billion dollar industry. It’s also about capturing more carbon in living, organic matter-rich soils and plants.

That’s of course what regenerative or agroecological farming is all about, as espoused by our colleagues at Regeneration International, the U.K. Soil Association and many others.

Yet regenerative farming gets low billing in terms of funding, political support and mass media coverage compared with technology-based systems of high, synthetic input, and agricultural intensification.

Vaccinated Women: Fertility Signals Coming Through

The topic of pregnant and nursing moms getting vaccinated under encouragement and coercion is painful. It’s painful to research, painful to write about, and painful to learn how carelessly the most precious among us are being treated. The very essence of life and nature live within pregnant and nursing mothers. Reflecting on how little regard was paid to that life is upsetting, and everything I have to report in this post is done so with a heavy heart and a hope that we’ll get through this with a renewed sense of personal autonomy when it comes to medical decisions.

The FDA + Pfizer actively worked to keep this data hidden from sight for our lifetimes. Academic institutions, Medical institutions, and public health agencies are all still recommending that pregnant women take the Covid-19 vaccines as a precaution against Covid.

A lot of information and serious concerns have emerged surrounding pregnant and nursing mothers and the possible effect that the Covid vaccines are having on their babies. Dr. Naomi Wolf has been appearing on Warroom regularly to provide us with updates on the findings of her and her team. On one appearance last week Dr. Wolf broke down some of the main red flags that have emerged, with the help of a female physician who studied the data:

Pregnant women were excluded from clinical trials when they were declared safe and effective for pregnant women. Pfizer, the FDA, the CDC, the entire “medical community” and your local employer who declared that you couldn’t come to work if you’re not vaccinated have concluded that this was safe and effective for pregnant women based on trials that were done on rats in France. There have not been any human clinical trials that have been concluded by Pfizer or other pharmaceutical companies to find out if these vaccines are safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is currently one that’s still active, has no posted results and won’t conclude until July, 2022.

The animal studies that were conducted for the trial that the NIH based their conclusions on included 44 rats and were done over a period of 42 days. There are 2 main issues with this study:

This doesn’t fulfill the requirement to ensure that the drug will do no harm to the next generationThe doctors conducting the trials have all either been employed by or owned shares of Pfizer or BioNTech. There was an attempt to hide this fact by using their initials instead of full names on the study.

All Emergency Use Authorization excludes pregnant women.Pregnant and nursing mothers were NOT ALLOWED to participate in phases 1,2, and 3 of human clinical trials. They were included on a list of 21 conditions that were not allowed to be recruited for trials.

The Department of Defense data is showing that female soldiers are having an astronomical rate of abnormalities and fetal problems. (NOTE- Mathew Crawford of RoundingtheEarth Substack has stated that he does not believe ANY of the DOD data is reliable, as it’s been demonstrably tampered with. Having said that, there are whistleblowers on the ground who corroborate that the rates of a variety of serious medical issues have indeed skyrocketed in 2021).Adverse Events

In the Pfizer documents that were released thanks to legal force, there is data on reported adverse events since the rollout of the vaccine. On pages 12-13 of the document labeled “postmarketing-experience” Dr. Wolf’s Team 5 found:

28% of the 270 pregnancies + 4 fetus/baby cases of adverse events were categorized as serious, including:MiscarriagesFetal deathsUterine contractionsPre-term deliveriesPremature rupture of membranesFetal growth restrictionsBreastfed babies were reported to have effects such as:Infantile vomitingFeverRashAgitationAllergy to the vaccine4 nursing women reported adverse events such as:Partial paralysisSuppressed lactationBreastmilk discolorationBreast painMigraines

The document concludes that no serious adverse events have been detected. Dr. Wolf again questions whether we, as citizens of the United States of America, must begin to consider if all of these signs put together point to a serious national security breach. She has never seen anything as bad as what we’re seeing today in her 30 years in journalism.

There is a strong case that the potential risks for pregnant women from taking the Covid vaccine far outweigh the potential benefits.

On May 17, Dr. Wolf re-appeared on Warroom shortly after the FDA and the CDC authorized the Pfizer Covid-19 booster for 5-11-year-olds. In this segment, Dr. Wolf revealed some new information about data on the vaccine for pregnant and nursing mothers:

In Scotland there is an investigation happening right now that was triggered by a threshold that was crossed regarding the number of neonatal deaths. It’s double the baseline amount, and this is the 2nd time in 7 months that the rate triggered an investigation.Contrary to BBC claims (partially funded by Pfizer) that the rise in neonatal deaths cannot be connected to the vaccine, Dr. Wolf’s team, specifically Project Manager Amy Kelly, has found conclusive evidence to the contrary in Pfizer’s own documents.Pfizer defined exposure to the vaccine as breastfeeding. This was not disclosed to pregnant women. A research team in Germany has confirmed to Dr. Wolf that breastmilk can deliver elements of the vaccineA baby born to a vaccinated mother died after being born bleeding from the nose and mouth.A mother received her 2nd vaccine dose on March 17, and within 24 hours her breastfed infant developed a rash and became inconsolable. The baby died 2 days later, with evidence of liver damage and a rare blood disorder.

The history of the claims of safety and efficacy regarding the Covid-19 vaccines for pregnant and nursing mothers will hopefully result in individuals who will be held criminally liable.

Bombshell Revelations

A new Netflix documentary, The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes, and a book published by former LAPD officer Mike Rothmiller and Douglas Thompson, Bombshell: The Night Bobby Kennedy Killed Marilyn Monroe (London: Ad Lib Publishers, 2021), puncture the official narrative about Monroe’s death, detail corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and expose liberal icon Robert Kennedy as a murderer.

The Kennedy brothers’ sexual dalliances with Monroe were known to the FBI, LAPD and CIA because of surveillance carried out by Fred Otash, a private investigator who worked for all three agencies and who had been hired by Teamsters boss James Hoffa to “get dirt” on the Kennedys.

All the fun and games threatened to come to an end when a scorned Marilyn threatened to hold a press conference and expose her affairs with the Kennedys—which would have shattered their wholesome public image.

On the night of Marilyn’s death, the file cabinets in her guesthouse were significantly broken into and her diary was confiscated along with love letters between her and Bobby.

Journalist Tony Sciacca wrote that Marilyn Monroe was “murdered because she knew too much about men at the top of the country’s power structure,” and that the murderers afterwards “callously tossed around her naked [lifeless] body in a desperate search to remove all evidence that she had ever been intimate with the Kennedys,” attempting to carefully arrange the death scene. “But like the Plumbers at Watergate, the federal agents botched the job so badly that it was obvious to the first cop on the scene that Marilyn had been murdered.”

Peter Lawford Spills the Beans

In 1982, former LAPD detective Mike Rothmiller interviewed actor Peter Lawford who, over the course of the interview, appeared to unburden himself of a terrible nightmare he had kept secret for years.

Lawford confessed to Rothmiller that, when he and Bobby went to Marilyn’s house, she appeared slightly intoxicated and the situation quickly became heated as Marilyn accused Bobby and his brother Jack of treating her like a whore.

When Bobby shook his hand in her face, Marilyn slapped it away and Kennedy slammed her to the floor near the sofa. He then leaned over her, screaming profanities and grabbing her flailing arms by the wrists. Struggling to free herself, Marilyn slapped Bobby who had to be subdued.

Lawford at the time believed that Bobby was interested in finding Marilyn’s diary. Bobby began rummaging through cabinets and drawers in the house, while Lawford stayed with Marilyn and tried to calm her. After a few minutes, Marilyn confronted Bobby in her bedroom where he was looking through her dresser and told him to get out of there. Kennedy then violently pushed Marilyn, causing her to fall onto the bed. She now began to cry.

Bobby held her down on the bed and reportedly yelled: “Where is it?” He said he had to have the diary and would pay her. Kennedy then screamed something to the effect: “You’d better shut your mouth.”[29]

Marilyn by this time was hysterical as Bobby stormed out of the bedroom. When Lawford tried to console Marilyn, Bobby went to the kitchen sink. Lawford next saw him with a glass of water that he was stirring. Apparently he had put something in the drink.

Kennedy then walked to the living room and Kennedy gave her the glass and said “drink this and you’ll feel better.” Marilyn refused at first but, with Lawford’s coaxing, took the drink (Lawford said at the time he thought Kennedy had put a sedative in the drink that would calm her). Kennedy then told Marilyn to “finish it.” With that, she finished the drink.

Subsequently, Marilyn passed out on the couch and Lawford and Kennedy renewed their search of the house for Marilyn’s diary. When Lawford glanced again at Marilyn she looked to be unconscious, with a waxen complexion. He told Kennedy and said they needed to call an ambulance. Bobby responded by grabbing Lawford’s arm and saying “leave her.”

As the two left, Lawford saw two men enter Marilyn’s house whom he thought might be detectives or CIA agents. Lawford and Kennedy then got into Lawford’s car and Lawford drove Bobby to the airport.

At the end of the interview Lawford told Rothmiller that, after he left the house, he believed that Marilyn was dead. Lawford also said he was aware that there was a subsequent delay in calling the police, which was designed to give Bobby an alibi.

Fred Otash Tapes

Fred Otash’s surveillance confirmed that Robert Kennedy indeed visited Marilyn with Lawford on August 4, that the conversation between Marilyn and Kennedy became heated, and that Kennedy asked Marilyn how much money she wanted to keep her relationship with him and his brother secret. This question infuriated Marilyn, who began screaming at Bobby.

Marilyn at this point possibly said “who are you?” and then there were sounds of another struggle interlaced with muffled screams and men’s voices telling someone to shut up. After 20 minutes, Marilyn’s voice could no longer be heard—though other voices could be heard saying “take this,” “take that” and “did you find it?”

Otash believed that the men in the house may have administered a drug to Marilyn to subdue her and then were probably searching for her diary (marks of an injection were subsequently found on Marilyn though not reported in the original autopsy)] Later, Marilyn’s diary turned up in the OCID’s top secret files, which indicates the agents found what they were looking for.[34]

Yet more incriminating material was unearthed by Bernard Spindel, a wiretap expert working for Jimmy Hoffa who died of a heart attack in jail at the age of 45 in 1968 after medication he was taking was withheld from him. Spindel had installed wires in Marilyn’s home and elsewhere around Los Angeles to get the dirt on Kennedy.

One most revealing tape was of a call from San Francisco to a West Los Angeles home early Sunday morning, August 5, at a time Marilyn was already dead though word of her death had not yet been reported to police. The caller from San Francisco, who must have been Kennedy, asked: “is she dead yet?”

In this lecture Harl describes how the Tocharians, under pressure from the Xiongnu (who were under pressure from China) pushed the Sacae to migrate west and south.

Harl believes the Sacae were present on the central steppes from the beginning of the Iron Age (900-600 BC) and likely domesticated the Bactrian camel used on the Silk Road. The Sacae had a close trading relationship with both Sogdiana**  and Bactria (with its dense settled cities) in Transoxiana. The latter was conquered by Alexander the Great in 329 BC. Alexander’s successors set up a Greek kingdom in Bactria that issued Greek coins and relied on trade with Sacae nomads for its prosperity.

In 145 BC the Sacae began migrating from the central steppes into Transoxiana, sacking cities and torching fields as far east as the Greek cities Alexander the Great founded in India.

The Tocharian-speaking Kushans are discussed at length in India’s ancient Buddhist texts. We know a little about their emperors from the coins they issued and the Rabatak Inscription erected by the Kushan emperor Kanishka (127-147 AD). In addition to likenesses of their emperors, Kushan coins feature a variety of Greek, Hindu and ancient Persian gods.

The Kushan, largely responsible for extending the Silk Road into India, eventually conquered and controlled the Indus Valley and the western part of the Tarim Basin. Their construction of Indus Valley cities and Buddhist monasteries led to the translation of Buddhist texts from Sanskrit into vernacular languages. This, in turn, led to the spread of Buddhism along the Silk Road into Central Asia.

The Kushan are also well known for their art, which is a composite of Greek and Indian styles. Although they were tolerant of all religions, the Kushan were great patrons of Buddhism and the first to produce images of Buddha in human form.

*The Yeuctzi, a nomad tribe just north of China, maintained a cavalry of 100,000 – 200,000 mounted archers. It was this tribe the Han dynasty sought to ally with in their battles with the Xiongu.

**Sogdiana was an ancient Iranian civilization in present-day Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan known for both cultivated farmlands and Silk Road caravan cities.

President of Facebook’s Science Feedback Hiding in Paris, Terrified of Appearing in Court

Do fact checkers provide Facebook’s muscle to rob us of free speech?

Emmanuel Vincent is a hunted man.

On June 24, an officer of the French Ministry of the Interior, acting under the terms of the Hague Convention, summoned him to a police station and served him papers to appear in court for posting false and misleading statements in his role as president of Science Feedback, a Facebook fact checking service. On top of this, the beleaguered nonprofit has weathered multiple critiques for posting politicized, biased opinions that call themselves “fact checks”—including a Wall Street Journal editorial that called out Science Feedback for attacking Johns Hopkins physician-researcher Marty Makary, after he wrote an essay predicting the arrival of COVID-19 herd immunity.

“This is counter-opinion masquerading as fact checking,” the Wall Street Journal wrote, noting that Dr. Makary never made a factual claim; he had made a prediction based on his analysis of available evidence.

If you’re interested in falling down a science rabbit hole, feel free to read what Dr. Makary wrote and how Science Feedback responded. But here’s the thing, you don’t need a PhD in epidemiology to understand that when experts analyze studies and make predictions they might be wrong.

Duh. Predictions are opinions, not facts.

And while there’s nothing wrong with Science Feedback posting a contrary prediction, labeling their own opinion a “fact” just proves they fail at logic.

This inability to grasp the difference between opinion and fact has made Science Feedback the butt of online scorn, but what landed Vincent in a police station and sent him fleeing from justice like a man who stole something is colluding with Facebook and the federal government to deny people their First Amendment rights.

All while pretending to be an “independent fact check.”

We’ll get to the specifics of that in a second. Nonetheless, the charge alone has sent Vincent running from address to address, all over Paris.

Man on the run

Back in August of 2020, Vincent was first served a legal complaint at the address for Science Feedback, at 40 Rue Alexandre Dumas, 75011, Paris, France. He was then served at a second address in Paris, 16, rue Cecile Furtado Heine.

By September 2020, a French legal agent learned that Vincent had registered Science Feedback at a different address in Paris. He then called Mr. Vincent on his cell phone and delivered him the documents at a completely new address. (I think we’re now at four addresses) Vincent confirmed to the legal agent that he had already received the documents at one of the addresses, and then refused to sign a receipt.

The court documents were then translated into French, and sent to various addresses for Vincent and Science Feedback. Vincent was then sent certified translations of other legal proceedings against him, and by July of last year, the French Ministry of Justice attested that Vincent was served the documents under the Hague Convention.

According to a certified translation of the French Ministry documents, Ms. Marie Fonquerne, a judicial police officer, requested that Mr. Vincent appear at a police prefecture where he confirmed that he is president of Science Feedback. Vincent then agreed to accept correspondence at an email for Science Feedback, but then gave this weird explanation for why he could not accept the documents:

[I]t is the company SCIIVERIFY that works in partnership with FACEBOOK and not the association SCIENCE FEEDBACK. SCIVERIFY is a subsidiary of SCIENCE FEEDBACK and is located at 40 Rue Alexandre Dumas 75011 PARIS and it is who must be assigned, — I refuse to accept the act which is not addressed to the right entity.

Vincent’s absurdist game of hide and seek has thus far cost over $17,000—as it required the hiring of French legal agents to personally hand-deliver him documents which he refused to sign, and the pursuit of service under the Hague Convention, in which he was summoned to a police station and once again refused to sign for documents.

Industrial Chicken Farms — Not Wild Birds — to Blame for Bird Flu Epidemic

In the midst of the deadliest outbreak of avian flu in seven years, experts explain why industrial egg and chicken farms create the ideal conditions for the EA H5N1 virus to “spread like wildfire.”

We’re in the midst of the largest-ever outbreak in North America.

But it’s not COVID-19. And it’s not monkeypox.

It’s avian influenza EA H5N1.

This highly pathogenic virus, news outlets across the U.S. and around the world report, is the deadliest seen in domestic birds in the last seven years in America — and may well be the worst ever documented in wild birds.

Since the start of 2022, avian influenza EA H5N1 has broken out in at least 30 U.S. states and many other countries.

More than 37 million birds have died in the U.S. alone, PBS NewsHour reported earlier this month.

The virus is affecting aquatic birds, such as gulls, terns and shorebirds; wild waterfowl, such as ducks, geese and swans; and raptors, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

There also are reports from Wisconsin, Washington and Alaska that even bald eagles are falling prey.

But despite the extensive media coverage of the avian influenza, most people are more aware of rising egg and chicken prices than they are of the latest “bird flu” epidemic.

That’s because egg prices in the U.S. are almost double compared to last year, and chicken and turkey prices are about 20% to 30% higher than a year ago.

Can ‘bird flu’ spread to humans?

In April, a young man in Colorado on a prison pre-release program caught the avian flu virus while culling birds on a commercial bird farm in Montrose County, according to NPR.

During the 2015 bird flu outbreak, the CDC told the public that human cases resulted from direct physical contact with infected birds or contaminated surfaces, being in close proximity to infected birds or visiting live poultry markets.

While noting that eating “properly cooked” poultry products does not spread the disease to humans, the CDC also cautions that “direct or close (e.g., within about 6 feet) contact to infected poultry or virus-contaminated environments without wearing [personal protective equipment] may increase the risk of human infection.”

The good news is it appears that bird flu viruses, in general, don’t easily transmit to humans, according to a 2005 report published in the Canadian Journal of Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology.

The bad news is this: When the virus does jump from birds to humans, it may be fatal.

“The mortality rate from epidemics in Thailand in 2004 was as high as 66%,” the same research team explained. “This virus is aggressive. It causes a high death rate, proving that humans have a low immunity to the disease.”

Moreover, strains of bird flu have been linked to “severe pneumonia, multi-organ failure, encephalitis, and septic shock,” according to the CDC.

“Continuous emergence of human infection with avian influenza A virus poses a persistent threat to human health,” wrote researchers in the journal Zoonoses Public Health in 2020.

Bird flu is not new

As history reveals, the problem of viruses overwhelming unhealthy birds is not new.

The mother of all influenza, the 1918 Spanish Flu, is believed to have originated from a bird flu virus, according to evolutionary biologist Michael Worobey.

While this remains an open question, Worobey and his team analyzed 80,000 viral gene sequences from a variety of animals, including birds, horses, pigs and bats, and found evidence — which they published in the peer-reviewed journal Nature in 2014 — that influenza viruses evolve and mutate faster in birds than in other animals.

In 1997, a novel strain of bird flu surfaced in Hong Kong and for eight years, much of the world feared a pandemic.

This virus was a never-before-encountered novel pathogen. By 2004, it had spread to more than 50 countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Wild birds make convenient scapegoats

As with other rapidly spreading infections, experts are keen to uncover the origin of the contagion.

Last week, a journalist for PBS, William Brangham, traveled to the U.S. Midwest to report on the outbreak.

Brangham reported that the new pathogenic bird flu virus originated from migratory birds that frequently harbor the virus (though it does not seem to harm them).

Sometimes, however, “a strain can get passed to domestic birds like chickens, ducks, or turkeys and, with the right mutation, can then spread like wildfire,” Brangham said.

As with any contagious virus, in humans or in other animals, there are at least two factors at play: the virulence of the pathogen and the health of the host.

According to Chris Chlebowski, a naturopathic doctor in Ashland, Oregon, and author of the forthcoming book, “The Virus and The Host,” the health of the host is as important, if not more important, than the virulence of the virus.

Indeed, Chlebowski refers to viruses as our “pathogen partners.”

As scientists are coming to understand in more depth, all animals, including humans, cohabitate with bacteria, viruses and fungi.

These non-human species — even those like E. coli, which we consider “pathogenic” — provide our bodies with a variety of surprising benefits.

But when bacteria and viruses get out of balance, they can also cause serious health problems to the host.

The problem is not any given virus, per se, it is when that virus gets out of balance.

Industrial poultry farms ‘ideal’ for spreading virus

So the real question every health expert, environmentalist and media outlet in the country needs to be asking is: Why is this avian flu causing such severe illness in so many domestic birds?

“Big agriculture raises birds in deplorable conditions,” said Chicago-based writer Martha Rosenberg, author of “Born With a Junk Food Deficiency: How Flaks, Quacks, and Hacks Pimp the Public Health.”

“These conditions contribute to the spread of bird flu and also to mutations,” Rosenberg told The Defender.

Rosenberg has been reporting on issues related to factory farming for more than 15 years. She insists that keeping chickens in the unsanitary and unhealthy conditions found on factory farms — or concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as the industry refers to them — creates a perfect environment for a flu virus to turn deadly.

Just one CAFO can hold more than 125,000 broiler chickens or 82,000 laying hens, according to the non-profit Sentient Media.

Concerns of Fraud in Pfizer Vaccine Trial as Participant’s Hospitalisation with Heart Inflammation is Swept Under Carpet

You may have heard the disturbing story of Maddie de Garay, who in July 2020, aged 12, participated in Pfizer’s Covid vaccine trial of adolescents aged 12-15. Within 24 hours of receiving the second dose in early January 2021, Maddie experienced “zapping pain up and down her spine with severe abdominal pain… her toes and fingers turned white and were ice cold”. She now can barely see, suffers from tinnitus, mobility issues, vomiting, blood in her urine, numbness in her body and has at least 10-20 seizures a day. Yet her injury was recorded in the vaccine trial data as “abdominal pain” and it was asserted without investigation to be not related to the vaccine.

Another case, similarly disturbing, has now emerged of an adverse reaction during a Pfizer trial that was not recorded in the trial data, raising concerns about the integrity of the trial data and the possibility of fraud.

Augusto Roux is a 35-year old lawyer from Buenos Aires, Argentina who volunteered for Pfizer’s Covid vaccine phase 3 trial. He did so to protect his mother, who has emphysema.

On the way home after his second dose on September 9th 2020, he began feeling unwell, developed a high fever and felt very ill. He fainted on September 11th and went to the hospital on September 12th. The hospital ran tests, including a CAT scan of his chest, which showed an abnormal collection of fluid around the outside of the heart, indicating pericarditis (a form of heart inflammation).

On September 14th he was discharged, with the doctor writing in his discharge note that he had suffered an adverse reaction to the vaccine. Augusto was also told by hospital staff that there had been a considerable number of people from the clinical trial coming to the hospital – one nurse estimated staff had seen around 300 people – so his experience was not new to them. Around 3,000 trial participants had been enrolled before Augusto, so, if the nurse’s estimate is accurate, this would be a hospitalisation rate of 10%.

Following his adverse reaction, Augusto asked to see his trial clinical records, but those running the trial refused. Being a lawyer, Augusto went to law to get access to his records, which took over a year. Once he saw them, he could well imagine why someone might not want them to be released.

In hospital, Augusto had tested negative for Covid, and the doctor at the hospital had written that his condition was due to the vaccine. However, when Augusto contacted the trial site on September 14th to notify the investigators he had been in hospital, they wrote down in his clinical trial record that he had been admitted for a “bilateral pneumonia” that had nothing to do with the “investigational product” – the vaccine – even though that was not what he told them or what the doctor who examined him had stated.

For obvious reasons, Augusto was keen to know whether he’d had the vaccine or not. However, the principal investigator for the trial, Fernando Polack (pictured below), had inaccurately claimed that he could only be unblinded if his life were in danger. Augusto appealed to ANMAT, the Argentinian equivalent of the FDA, and following a formal hearing on October 9th 2020 it forced the trial investigators to tell Augusto that he had, indeed, received the vaccine.

The clinical trial notes reveal that two days prior to this hearing, on October 7th, “at the request of the sponsor” (Pfizer), the adverse event code was updated from pneumonia to “COVID-19 disease”. This is despite Augusto testing negative at the time of his admission. (Conveniently for Pfizer, the COVID-19 ‘diagnosis’ would not be included in the trial vaccine efficacy calculations due to the negative test.)

 

Even more disturbing, on October 8th, Polack wrote in Augusto’s clinical trial records that he had had an attack of “severe anxiety” starting on September 23rd (not caused by the vaccine, naturally). Polack added that Augusto suspected a conspiracy between the two hospitals, described his anxiety as “constitutional”, and noted that it was ongoing, evidenced by his pursuing his appeal to ANMAT. On October 11th, Polack had this mental health diagnosis added to his actual medical records.

Dr. David Healy, who has interviewed Augusto and seen the medical records in question, comments that “there is nothing in any record that indicates that Dr. Polack or any other doctor attempted on September 23rd to establish whether Augusto had a mental disorder”. He adds:

Augusto points to the notes of October 8th and 11th as evidence that this idea was invented just around the time the ANMAT hearing was about to happen. He states that it is in breach of Argentinian law for Dr. Polack to have diagnosed someone with a medical condition that the person does not have – and to have entered it into his medical record.

Note that Polack is a paediatrician so lacks the qualification to make mental health diagnoses, especially without any formal assessment.

Polack is a key player in the Pfizer Covid vaccine trials. He was the lead author on the December 2020 NEJM paper on the safety and efficacy of the vaccine. Israeli academic Josh Guetzkow notes that he is also one of the directors of i-trials, the site management organisation “paid handsomely by Pfizer to run the trial in Argentina (the largest site of the trial by far)”. Guetzkow adds:

If he raised an alarm about the vaccine safety, his company would have lost a ton of money and would be an unlikely choice by any company to run any trials in the future. So to say that he had an interest in achieving a positive trial outcome would be quite an understatement. There may be other conflicts we’re not aware of.
