At Least 20 European Gas Buyers Open ‘Rubles-For-Gas’ Account With Gazprombank
Ruble/USD Exchange Rates
Europe’s anti-Russian virtue signaling and harsh language are nothing more than a facade as the number of European companies opening accounts with Gazprombank JSC has doubled as President Vladimir Putin demands rubles for natural gas.
Bloomberg reports a person close to Gazprombank said twenty European companies had opened accounts with the private-owned Russian bank to swap euros for rubles to purchase natgas. Another 14 companies are requesting paperwork to facilitate transactions in rubles.
European gas buyers quietly paid for supplies in rubles, and the list continues to grow — despite being in breach of Brussels sanctions.
“Under the new mechanism, clients have to open two accounts: one in foreign currency and one in rubles in Gazprombank,” the person said.
This comes as deadlines for April supplies are near for major European buyers. The person said the payment structure involves European clients paying foreign currency to Gazprombank, then the funds automatically convert to rubles and won’t involve Russia’s central bank, which is under EU sanctions.
Last week, former Goldman partner and ECB head – Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi – confirmed companies will be able to pay for natgas in rubles without breaking EU sanctions.
“Most of the gas importers have already opened their account in rubles with Gazprom,” Draghi said during a recent press conference. He added that German companies were already paying rubles for natgas as both countries are top importers of Russian fossil fuels.
On April 27, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen specifically warned companies not to cave to Russia’s demands to pay for gas in rubles: “companies with such contracts should not accede to the Russian demands,” von der Leyen said. “This would be a breach of the sanctions, so a high risk for the companies.”
It should be evident that more and more European companies are going against Brussels’ sanctions. The bloc’s harsh words against Putin are nothing more than fluff.
Putin forcing natgas to be paid in rubles, on top of capital controls, has transformed the ruble into the world’s best-performing currency this year. It’s now up more than 11% against the US Dollar since the start of the year, even outpacing the Real’s 9% increase to become the top mover in 31 major currencies tracked by Bloomberg.
The person close to Gazprom said four clients paid in rubles and expects more to come. So much for the worthless EU sanctions to put an end to Putin war funding.

Russia moves to withdraw from WTO, WHO

RT
Proposals for ending membership in the international organizations have been sent to the parliament
Russia’s lower house of parliament, the State Duma, is planning to discuss the potential withdrawal of the country from the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), according to Pyotr Tolstoy, the vice speaker of the parliament.“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a list of such agreements to the State Duma, and together with the Federation Council [upper house of parliament] we are planning to evaluate them and then propose to withdraw from them,” Tolstoy said on Tuesday.
The vice speaker said that Russia had already canceled its membership in the Council of Europe, and that leaving the WTO and WHO is next.
“Russia withdrew from the Council of Europe, now the next step is to withdraw from the WTO and the WHO, which have neglected all obligations in relation to our country,” he said.
Tolstoy added that the government is expected to revise Russia’s international obligations and treaties that do not currently bring any benefit but directly damage the country.
In April, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the “illegal” restrictions placed on Russian companies by Western states run counter to WTO rules, and told the government to update Russia’s strategy in the organization by June 1.
The decision came amid the sweeping Western sanctions imposed on Moscow over its military operation in Ukraine launched in late February. Since then, Russia has been subjected to around 10,000 targeted restrictions, making it the world’s most sanctioned country.

The Rise of the Steppe Nomads
Episode 2 The Rise of the Steppe Nomads
Barbarian Empires of the Steppes (2014)
Dr Kenneth Harl
Film Review
In this lecture Herl describes the linguistic and archeological research that has allowed historians to trace the origin and migration of various steppe nomads.
Our first evidence of pastoral steppe nomads dates from 6500 – 5000 BC when some Proto-Indo-European speakers shifted from hunting gathering to herding and seasonal nomadism. Historically most wild horses originated from the Eurasian steppes. The first Eurasian nomads domesticated them for food, ie meat, milk and fermented mare’s milk.
By 4200 BC, steppe nomads were riding them bareback, enabling significant expansion of their herds. According to Harl, spoked wheels most likely originated on the Russian steppes. They were used for “gerts.” In the fifth century BC, the Greek historian Herodotus describes these mobile tents drawn by oxcarts. The steppe nomads also perfect a light chariot for battle around 2100 BC. At this time, they began migrating and spreading their lifestyle north, west and east to European steppes and forests and the Mediterranean.
Those migrating northwest spoke Celtic and Germanic languages, those migrating north spoke Slavic languages and those migrating east spoke Indo-Iranian languages (which evolved into Persian and Sanskrit).
The nomads’ invention of the saddle and composite bow led to another mass migration starting in the 18th century BC, with the Cimerians (Herodotus refers to them as Scythians) launching period raids on the Assyrians and Phrygians.* Harl believes that the Assyrians early adoption of nomad military technology enabled the creation of their vast empire (14th – 7th century BC) . See Mesopotamia and the Rise of the Assyrian Empire
Indo-Aryan nomadic speakers began moving into the Indus and Ganges Valleys around 1500 BC and intermarried with the local population. Likewise their inventions helped enrich early Chinese, Persian, Greek and Roman civilizations.
*Phrygia was a kingdom in west central Anatolia. The King Midas myth traces back to the Phrygian empire.

Local resident: Ukrainian army loots banks and stores while retreating

The Ukrainian military is burning houses, looting stores and banks, and expropriating cars of civilians while retreating, a resident of the village of Vladimirovka in the Donetsk region said, RIA Novosti reported on May 13.
“The village of Rudnik here, there were three two-story buildings standing there, people were being burned alive, I saw it with my own eyes,” he said. At first, militants of the Ukrainian army drove residents out of their apartments, which they occupied themselves after that, into the basements and when the DPR and Russian militaries approached, “they started burning people out,” the resident of Vladimirovka said.
The agency’s interlocutor also said that members of Ukraine’s armed units looted stores, drugstores, and banks – “everything in front of my eyes.” “They take everything – cars, generators. If you open your mouth, you get a bullet in the forehead,” he said.
A special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces on the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine began at the request of the People’s Republics of Donbass to assist in confronting the policy of genocide carried out by the Kiev regime against the civilian population of the eastern regions of Ukraine.

EMF Exposure and Pregnancy Risks: Here’s What the Scientific Literature Tells Us

Electromagnetic field exposure in pregnant women is associated with a shorter pregnancy, increased fetal heart rate variability and temperature, and babies born with smaller head and chest circumferences, according to a review of scientific findings.
Electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure in pregnant women is associated with a shorter pregnancy, increased fetal heart rate variability and temperature, and babies born with smaller head and chest circumferences, according to a review of scientific findings.Over the longer term, EMF exposure in utero increases a child’s risk of developing speech, hyperactivity and other inattention issues.
The review, published in February in Heliyon, adds to existing evidence that EMFs cause harm by demonstrating the effect on babies in utero.
Healthcare providers should encourage pregnant women to reduce their use of mobile devices, keep mobile devices away from their bodies and try to use devices that emit less radiation, the authors of the review concluded.
[…]
Why a systematic review on EMF exposure and pregnancy?Smartphones are extremely popular — 83% of adults in countries with emerging economies own smartphones and 94% of adults in countries with advanced economies own them.
Other popular portable electronic devices include tablets and laptops.
All these devices emit EMFs. There is considerable scientific evidence that some types of EMFs cause harm, and also that there are strategies to help reduce harmful exposure.
[…]Highlights from the review[…]
A large 2019 meta-analysis assessed the impact of RFR exposure. The mothers were categorized into none, low, medium and high cellphone use based on the self-reported frequency of calls per day.
Data from more than 55,000 pregnant women and their children in four countries showed women who reported more frequent calling had a higher risk of giving birth at a lower gestational age compared with those who reported less frequent calling.
The study found no association with fetal growth or birth weight.
[…]
A 2018 model calculation of the RFR absorbed by the maternal body at 13, 18 and 26 weeks’ gestation showed exposure to RFR increased fetal temperature.
Two of the studies included in the review provided evidence of changes in infants’ measurements at birth.
One 2019 study reported pregnant women who used their mobile phones during pregnancy were more likely than those who did not use cellphones to give birth to infants with low birth weight.
The study also showed pregnant women exposed to RFR from base stations and TVs were more likely to give birth to infants with a smaller head circumference.
A 2017 study from Japan showed pregnant women who used their mobile phones excessively tended to give birth to infants with a smaller chest circumference.
[…]
A large 2017 study analyzed data from almost 84,000 mother-child pairs in five countries. The authors analyzed the same four birth cohorts as the 2019 meta-analysis described above, plus an additional birth cohort from Norway.
Maternal cellphone use was categorized based on the self-reported number of cellphone calls per day.
According to the study, 38.8% of mothers reported no cellphone use during pregnancy. These mothers were less likely to have a child with behavioral, hyperactivity/inattention or emotional issues.
A small 2019 cross-sectional study found using cordless phones (a source of RFR exposure) or living near power lines (a source of high magnetic fields) during pregnancy increased the risk of giving birth to children with speech problems.

FCC guidelines outdated and inadequate, court rulesWhat are “safer” levels of EMF exposure for pregnant women? How can women know whether their exposure is below a certain safety threshold?
Unfortunately, pregnant women won’t find answers to these questions from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the U.S. federal agency that is supposed to regulate human exposure to RFRs.
According to a Harvard University Center for Ethics study, the FCC is a “captured agency,” meaning it is controlled by the industry it is supposed to regulate.
The FCC has not updated its health and safety guidelines for wireless-based technologies since 1996. Since then, the scientific evidence that RFR causes harm increased, the amount of RFR people are exposed to has increased and the way we use portable electronic devices has dramatically changed.
[…]
This testing for the SAR of cellphones was designed to protect us from short-term heating risks due to RFR exposure based on the outdated idea that the only harmful effects of EMFs are thermal, meaning whether they increase the temperature of tissue.
However, there is abundant evidence EMFs cause harm through non-thermal effects, too.
In addition, researchers who developed a health-based exposure limit for RFR that is 20- to 40-fold lower than the FCC’s SAR limit argue children’s SAR limit should be 10 times lower than that for adults. Their calculations did not consider prenatal exposure.
Given the inadequacy of the FCC’s guidelines, and the agency’s refusal to update them, Children’s Health Defense took the FCC to court. And won!
The court’s 2021 judgment requires the case be remanded to the FCC “to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect against harmful effects of exposure to radiofrequency radiation….”
How to reduce EMF exposure during pregnancyUntil policies are in place to protect consumers from EMFs, what can pregnant women do?
Given the critical stages of development that babies in utero pass through, and their well-known vulnerability to other environmental toxins, it makes sense to take a precautionary approach to EMF exposure during pregnancy.
The authors of the review suggested reducing use and increasing distance from EMF-emitting devices, and using devices that emit fewer EMFs.
While this is a start, it is not clear how much time using a smartphone may be “safe,” how far away to keep the device and how to know whether a device emits less radiation.
In a recent article in The Defender, Dr. Joseph Mercola offered tips to reduce EMF exposure.
Tips that may be of particular interest to pregnant women include:
Avoid carrying a cellphone on your body, unless it is in airplane mode.If you need to take a call on a cellphone, keep it 3 feet away and use speakerphone.Connect computers and other devices to a wired ethernet connection instead of using Wi-Fi.If you must use Wi-Fi, turn it off overnight.Make your bedroom a sanctuary. Turn off your cellphone or put it in airplane mode overnight, and preferably put it in a different room or far from you.Avoid wireless baby-monitoring devices.[…]

If Proven in Court, Pfizer’s Fraud Will Make Them Liable for ALL Pfizer Vaccine Deaths and Injuries

By Ethan Huff
(Natural News) The so-called “clinical trials” that Pfizer conducted on its messenger RNA (mRNA) Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” appear to have been completely fraudulent, which means the company could one day be held liable for all associated injuries and deaths.
Documents released in November 2021 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as part of a court-mandated information dump reveal that enrollment at one particular trial site happened at warp speed, just in time to meet the safety deadline for the FDA’s VRBPAC meeting on Dec. 10, 2020.
This meeting is where the FDA discussed granting Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the Pfizer-BioNTech injection in people 16 years of age and older. (Related: The contents of the Pfizer jab were recently shown to “stick” to bodily organs.)
“The allegedly suspicious-looking clinical trial data surrounds ‘the biggest recruiter by far,’ site 1231 (site 4444 was assigned site id 1231) in Argentina,” reported Undercover DC.
“Adding to the confusion, in five short days before the safety deadline (including a Sunday, 9/27/20), the trial recruited 1,275 of the 4,501 people using site number 4444. In just three weeks, the site recruited 4,501 patients – 10% of the entire trial at one site.”
“Overall, Pfizer rapidly recruited roughly 44,000 people for their trial, which took place at 152 locations worldwide and was overseen by numerous investigators, including Dr. Fernando Polack, who led the Argentinian study at Hospital Militar Central.”
Does Pfizer do ANYTHING honestly and above board?Polack, as explained by investigative reporter Steve Kirsch, holds the position of Scientific Director at the INFANT Foundation in Buenos Aires. This Vanderbilt-affiliated foundation facilitates biomedical translational research and pediatric rotations at hospitals and medical centers throughout the city.
Polack personally coordinates 26 hospitals in Argentina involving 467 doctors who were all immediately recruited into the Pfizer trial. Kirsch says that on paper, the data that resulted “looks too good to be true,” though he says “it’s quite possible they pulled it off” by coordinating the trial in record time.
“So if all 26 hospitals participated fully then that’s 57 patients per week per hospital which is possible if the sites have done this before and have a coordination framework for getting all 26 sites up and running at the same time,” Kirsch writes. “This means that everyone who was doing something else dropped what they were doing to switch over to the trial all at the same time.”
Prof. Norman Fenton from Queen Mary University of London added in his own two-part Substack series that what was supposedly pulled off in Argentina on behalf of Pfizer is “basically impossible.”
“[I]f this really happened,” he wrote, “it would be a wonder of the world, and they should publish the process with pride and win 27 different prizes for it.”
“They claim to have enrolled seven days a week for three weeks with zero gaps. Each patient requires a 250-page case report form,” Fenton added. “The lead investigator seems to have been Fernando Polack.”
“If indeed, the best way to get things done is to give them to busy people, then this was a great choice because, from the look of things, Fernando is one busy fellah and connected up the wazoo to boot. He also works with Vanderbilt, the FDA, and the Infant Foundation, funded by the Gates Foundation and the NIH.”
In the disclosure forms associated with a New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) paper on Pfizer’s injection, Polack’s conflicts of interest are revealed. They show personal fees he accepted from not only Pfizer but also Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Regeneron (monoclonal antibodies), Merck & Co. and Novavax.
Should any of this make it to court, Pfizer will be in a whole lot of trouble – and rightfully so. Perhaps justice will eventually prevail.

The US Army Invaded Russia In 1918 – Russians Remember
Aletho News
Samizdat | October 2018The 8000 expeditionary force, support of the White movement, and the most serious intentions, on August 15th, 1918, the US State Department officially declared the severance of diplomatic relations with Russia, after which the Americans disembarked in Vladivostok. This marked the beginning of the full-scale intervention of the Entente countries in a country that was already submerged in civil war. The material of RIA covers what memory the overseas military personnel in the Far East left behind.
“The nation doesn’t exist”
Immediately after the October revolution Soviet Russia concluded a truce with Germany on the Eastern front and actually withdrew from the war. The Entente countries perceived it literally with hostility. Under the pretext of the inadmissibility of power in the former empire being captured by the “pro-German party”, the western powers were preparing themselves to intervene in a Russia that was already gripped by civil war.
In December of 1917 the US, Great Britain, France, and their allies held a conference, during which a decision was made concerning the differentiation of zones of interests on the territory of the former Russian Empire and the establishment of contacts with national and democratic governments. In other words, “western partners” planned to divide up the largest state on the planet among themselves, and it is the representatives of the White movement that were supposed to help them with this. Interventionists came into contacts with them even before the intervention.
Ukraine, Bessarabia, and Crimea were in the French sphere of influence. England reserved the right for “Cossack and Caucasian regions”, Armenia, Georgia, and Kurdistan. The US, which kept neutrality during the first years of Soviet power, as a result agreed to help Great Britain and France “explore” the Russian Primorye. The Americans wanted to kill two rabbits with one stone — to get access to the rich resources of the Far East and to prevent Japan – which also had its sights on “dividing the skin of the not yet killed bear” – from entrenching itself there.
The possible resistance of Russians wasn’t taken into account. The Republican senator from the State of Washington Miles Poindexter, calling for intervention, directly said: “Russia became simply a geographical concept, and it will never be anything else. Its force of unity, organisation, and restoration left forever. The nation doesn’t exist …” The ambassador of the US in Russia David Francis also called for intervention: “I insist on the need to take Vladivostok under control, and give Murmansk and Arkhangelsk to Great Britain and France”.
Occupation
Already on August 3rd, 1918 the US Department of Defense gives the order to General William Graves about sending the 27th and 31st infantry regiments to Vladivostok, and also volunteers from the 13th and 62nd regiments. In total in the middle of the month the Americans disembarked about 8,000 military personnel in the Far East. Canadians, Italians, and Brits were also included in the expeditionary force. Formally the contingent had to provide safe passage for the Czechoslovak corps from the depths of Russia. In reality more mercantile aspirations prevailed.
“Interventionists on the territory of Russia defended the interests of their capital [finance],” said the military historian Boris Yulin. “Gold mines, wood, and coal — they had plans for all of this. I am sure that civil war in the country was so long and bloody only because of the intervention of foreign powers.
If it wasn’t for the Czechoslovak Legion and interventionists, it would’ve ended without big blood already in 1918. The leaders of the White movement provided the American, English, French, Japanese with concessions, and promised to pay imperial debts. In fact, they provided foreigners with control over Russian territory”.
The American interventionists used the “invitation” in full. They took away wood, furs, and gold from the Far East. American firms received permission from Kolchak’s government to carry out trade operations in exchange for “City Bank” and “Guaranty Trust” credits. One company alone sent from Vladivostok to the US 15,700 poods of wool, 20,500 sheep skins, and 10,200 large dry skins. Everything that represented at least some value was taken away.
They did not stand on ceremony with the local population who supported the Red partisans. In the Russian state historical archive of the Far East “Acts concerning the tortured and shot peasants were preserved in the Olginsky district in 1918-1920”. Here is an excerpt from this document:
“Having captured the peasants I. Gonevchuk, S. Gorshkov, P. Oparin, and Z. Murashko, the Americans buried them alive for having ties to local partisans.
And they finished off the wife of the partisan E. Boychuk as follows: they pricked her body with bayonets and drowned her body in a rubbish pit. They mutilated the peasant Bochkarev with bayonets and knives to the point where he became unrecognisable: his nose, lips, and ears had been cut off, his jaw had been unhinged, his face and eyes had been pricked by bayonets, his entire body had been cut up. Near Sviyagino station the partisan N. Myasnikov was tortured in the same brutal way – according to the testimony of an eyewitness, at first they chopped off his ears, then his nose, hands, legs, and then chopped him into pieces alive”.
Nineteen months
The historian Fedor Nesterov in the book “Link of times” wrote: “The adherents of the Soviet power were pricked, cut up, shot in groups, hung, sank in the Amur, taken away in torturous ‘death trains’, and starved in concentration camps everywhere where where the bayonet of the overseas ‘liberators of Russia’ could reach”. According to him, many peasants who in the beginning didn’t support the Soviet power eventually rose up against the “guests” and came over to the side of the partisans.
Resistance to the occupiers spread. The battle at the village of Romanovka near Vladivostok in 1919 on June 25th history made history: Bolshevist units under Yakov Tryapitsyn’s command attacked the positions of the US army and destroyed more than 20 soldiers of the enemy.

Thailand giving away one million cannabis plants to encourage citizens to grow natural medicine
By Dr Eddy Betterman
The national government of Thailand will distribute one million free cannabis plants to households across the country in June to encourage citizens to grow natural medicine at home.
This came after the kingdom’s decision to allow its citizens to grow cannabis plants at home for medical purposes, after notifying their local government. The plant cannot be distributed commercially without an appropriate license beginning June 9.
Large-scale cannabis enterprises will still require permission from the country’s own Food and Drug Administration to make these products, which are used mainly for medicines or food additives.
Cannabis advocates said allowing households to grow the plant at home can help the predominantly agricultural nation to boost its recovery from the devastation caused by the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Moreover, the government hopes this could attract more foreign tourists, who have since returned to Thailand in large numbers.
Thailand’s Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul argued that this could enable people and the government to generate over 10 billion baht ($288 million) per year in revenue from marijuana and hemp. He urged Thais to grow as many cannabis plants as they like. “People can showcase their cannabis and hemp-related products wisdom and sell their products nationwide,” he said.
In 2018, Thailand became the first Southeast Asian nation to legalize medical marijuana. Since then, it has been legal in Thailand to sell cannabis products with less than 0.2 percent tetrahydrocannabinol or THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana. Recreational use of the drug is still outlawed in the country.
Punishment for the growth of cannabis without notifying the government includes a fine of up to 20,000 baht ($576.5). Those who sell it without a license faces a fine of up to 300,000 baht ($8,648) or three years in jail or both.
This decision is the latest step in Thailand’s plan to promote cannabis as a cash crop, as about a third of its labor force works in agriculture.
However, rather than become a “stoner paradise,” people envision it being folded into the medical and well-being industry.
Thailand hopes that its move to legalize marijuana will lead to an increase in jobs and improve economic development in the country. Last year, the use of hemp and cannabidiol or CBD (which does not give users a high) was approved, leading to a rush in the launch of drinks and cosmetics with these ingredients.
Areas in Thailand, from Chiang Mai in the north to beach resorts such as Phuket and Pattaya, have built cafes, spas and restaurants offering products infused with CBD. The new legislation could help these places expand their products to include other components of the cannabis plant as well.
Pittaway Taechanarong, the marketing manager of the Green Wellness Clinic in Bangkok and co-founder of the online cannabis store Bloom, said the announcement means his business can explore new therapies and products. Bloom typically sold items such as CBD popcorn, ice cream and soap. (Related: Could medical marijuana be a solution to the opioid epidemic?)
Thailand’s International Sustainable Development Studies Institute Executive Director Mark Ritchie said the delisting of cannabis could also help the rural economy.
Thailand to allow recreational use of cannabis for tourists in select areasAuthorities are also exploring the idea of a “cannabis sandbox,” which would allow tourists to use the drug recreationally in select areas. This will create destinations synonymous with the drug.
There were 39.9 million tourists who visited Thailand in 2019. However, this year, an estimated 27.7 million will visit purely for health and wellness, putting expenditure on health and wellness tourism at $2.5 billion. The recreational cannabis market, however, has the potential to be worth $424 million by 2024. (Related: Is cannabis the key to treating epilepsy?)
Carl K. Linn, the author of a newsletter about cannabis, said he is optimistic that the bill will help Thailand build its economy post-pandemic. While nothing as small as marijuana can save its economy, Linn said he believes it could provide a spark.
Ritchie agreed, saying that while Thailand has done well with COVID-19, the economy has been really impacted, and he won’t be surprised if the cannabis industry is part of the government’s solution to help boost the economy.
Kitty Chopaka, a cannabis advocate from Bangkok said people from Australia, the U.K. and Canada have already contacted her regarding plans to visit Thailand. “People are going to come to Thailand trying to find cannabis,” she said.

Arkansas sues drugmakers, pharmacies over insulin costs

NWO Report
Posted BY: Robert Besser
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas: Arkansas Attorney-General Leslie Rutledge has filed a lawsuit accusing drugmakers and pharmacy benefit managers of colluding to drive up insulin prices.
The move is the latest in a series of lawsuits aimed at countering skyrocketing costs of the critical diabetes medicine.
The lawsuit, filed in Pulaski County, Arkansas state court, is aimed at Eli Lilly and Co, Novo Nordisk A/S and Sanofi SA, which together sell the majority of insulin drugs in the U.S..
The lawsuit also names the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit managers, UnitedHealth Group Inc’s Optum unit, CVS Health Corp’s CVS Caremark and Cigna Corp’s Express Scripts.
In a statement, Eli Lilly said it was “disappointed” by “inaccurate claims” in the lawsuit, adding that it has voluntarily ensured that patients can purchase its insulin for $35 per month or less.
According to the American Diabetes Association, some 8.4 million of the 37 million people with diabetes use insulin drugs in the U.S.
According to a 2021 Congressional report, Eli Lilly raised the price of its insulin product, Humalog, by 1,219 percent per vial since it launched, while Novo Nordisk raised the price of NovoLog by 627 percent since its introduction, and Sanofi has increased the price of Lantus by 715 percent.
In the lawsuit, Rutledge said that the pharmacy benefit managers, are violating an Arkansas law against deceptive business practices by accepting higher prices in exchange for generous rebates from the drugmakers in order to enrich themselves, rather than negotiating lower prices on behalf of patients.
Similar lawsuits brought by the state of Minnesota, city of Miami and groups of drug purchasers are already pending.

Mainstream attitudes toward Covid-19 jabs slowly changing in wake of vaccine injuries

(Natural News) The relative mildness of the Omicron variant has caused some of the recent Covid hype to relax a bit, which means the growing voices of doubt over the safety of the vaccines that so many people received are not being heard – and some of these concerns are coming from unlikely sources.
Of course, some medical experts, certain journalists and concerned citizens have long been sounding alarm bells over these jabs, whether it’s everyday people using logic to question the wisdom of the vaccines or those with formal training explaining exactly why the vaccines could backfire. But increasingly, those who originally came out in favor of the vaccines are starting to change their tune as they lose loved ones under mysterious circumstances.
This was recently the case for UK journalist Ramsha Afridi, whose work has been published in the Telegraph and the Daily Express. Afridi wrote an article in December for RT entitled “Anti-vaxxers have made me lose faith in the political right”. The article discussed how she felt “there are too many conservatives lacking any sense of rationality when it comes to vaccines, as anti-vaxx disinformation continues to have too much influence over some commentators.”
However, she now sees the situation a bit differently. On May 6, she tweeted: “I’m vaccinated, but far too many people I know are complaining about side effects from the vaccine. Also, just an hour ago, my perfectly healthy, 30 year old friend collapsed and died of a heart attack.” She then used some colorful language to ask what is going on.
“Honestly, everyone knows I’ve been pro vaccine and even encouraged people to get vaxxed but at this point, I will stop,” she continued, before suggesting that people perform a cost-benefit analysis when deciding the get the vaccine.
She went on to mention a friend who got tinnitus so bad after the jab that she had to quit her job, while others have reported inconsistent periods and another person she knows had chest pains so bad that she needed to call an ambulance.
She added: “It’s reasonable that there needs to be an inquiry into the side effects.”
“Honest question: before Covid, was it normal to hear of numerous people dying of heart attacks the way we do now?
“And please don’t tell me that young people having heart attacks is “normal”.”
FDA quietly changes guidance on Johnson & Johnson vaccine due to blood clotsIt’s not just journalists who are changing their tune, however. Even the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is now quietly admitting that Covid-19 vaccines can cause blood clots and changing its guidance on one popular vaccine.
A recent FDA news release states that the Johnson & Johnson jab now has limited authorized use in people aged 18 and older because of the risk of thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, or TTS, which is described as “a syndrome of rare and potentially life-threatening blood clots in combination with low levels of blood platelets with onset of symptoms approximately one to two weeks following administration.”
As more people experience firsthand – or know someone who has experienced – vaccine injuries, hesitance is growing when it comes to getting boosters, particularly a second round of boosters. Many people who had no qualms about getting initial doses of the vaccines when they first rolled out are far less eager to get boosters, especially as it becomes increasingly obvious they are not stopping people from getting infected.
Even experts are growing increasingly wary. The director of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s Center for Immunization Research, Dr. Anna Durbin, admitted to ABC News earlier this spring: “There are very few, if any, people who, in my opinion require a fourth dose.”
The news outlet conceded that many experts do not believe there is sufficient evidence to justify a fourth dose, even among older people.
