If I'm writing something long, like my new book, MINGLING WITH MUSLIMS, I'll read and lightly edit what I wrote the previous day. That usually gets me in the mood to write the next few pages. If I'm not writing anything at the moment, I take a walk outdoors or go to the gym. Get the juices flowing. Housework sometimes works, too. Then if I'm still not inspired, I do writing chores such as emails and blogging on my website. (www.authorsden.com/elaineolelomasters)
