Has Noahs Ark Been Found . . . For Real This Time?

Well, Noahs ark is in the news again with headlines proclaiming things like, Researchers find compelling evidence of possible Noahs Ark remains in one country. Over the years, weve addressed several proposed Noahs ark sites, including this one (the Durupinar site in eastern Turkey), and always concluded that, no, the ark has not been found. Does this new study finally prove the archaeological find of a lifetime?
I hate to disappoint you, but . . . no, it doesnt. The ...

Swirls of Sediment from Fast Flowing Water Buried Hundreds of Dinosaurs

Alberta, Canada, is famous for dinosaur fossils, including a densely packed mass grave of pachyrhinosaurs (members of the ceratopsian kind). This grave site is jam-packed with fossilsover 8,000 have already been uncovered, and they estimate there could still be 300 fossil bones for every 10.76 square feet in an area the size of a football field. What massive event couldve buried all these dinosaurs?

Major News Outlet Repeatedly Ignores the TruthEven When the Governors Office Sets the Record Straight

Suppose a major US paper attacks our Ark Encounter and totally misrepresents an activity on our grounds, makes the same false claim twice (an article and op-ed), and then also allows an Ark critic to continue the same attack in a guest columnand we at the Ark get only one guest column to counter the three hit pieces. Is that fair journalistic practice?
And it gets worse. The paper issues no correction or clarification (as of this date) when an investigation by the office of Gov. Andy Beshear ...

Wallaby Walkabout Open for Creation Museums 18th Anniversary

Its an anniversary today! On this day in 2007, we officially opened the Creation Museumand wow, look what the Lord has done in those 18 years! The museum has attracted far more visitors than we ever imagined, and it has grown, expanded, and been updated. . . and then grown some more! And the expansions are continuing with our Wallaby Walkabout now open in time for the anniversary and our Butterfly House opening on June 9.
Butterfly HouseOur brand-new Butterfly House at the Creation Zoo is ...

Study Finds Chimp DNA Is Not 99% Identical to Ours

A shocking new study has confirmed exactly what wed expect starting with the Bible (and what creation scientists have been saying for decades)chimpanzee DNA is not 9899% identical to human DNA. Okay, so thats not actually shocking to us. Its expected when you start with the right worldview.
Now, the headline for the paper in Nature is rather bland: Complete sequencing of ape genomes. They should have titled it: Evolutionary Ideas Wrong for Decades, Humans and Chimps Vastl...

Do We Need a Workaround for Genesis?

Ever since the ideas of millions of years and biological evolution became popular, there have been Christians who have attempted to fit long ages and evolution into the Bible. But it just doesnt work! Not only does it put death and disease before sin and contradict the clear teaching of Scripture, but it elevates mans fallible wisdom above Gods Word.
It was great to see an article upholding biblical authority and the truth of Genesis being published.
A recent opinion piece in The Christi...

Joe Rogan Says Hes Sticking with Jesus Over the Big Bang

Is the resurrection of Jesus more believable than the big bang? Well, podcaster Joe Roganwho is certainly not a Christianrecently claimed hes sticking with Jesus because Jesus rising from the dead makes more sense. Well, I agree with that statement!
Its not often I agree with an agnostic like Rogan, but hes rightboth the resurrection of Jesus and the idea of the big bang require faith. But which one is a reasonable faith? That the all-powerful God of the universe co...

Kay Arthur, Author of Over 100 Books and Bible Studies, Passes Away at 91

If there is only one thing that will be remembered about Kay Arthur, the founder of Precept and a gifted Bible teacher who inspired countless people to read and study Gods Word inductively, its this: She loved the Word of God. And because of her love for Gods Word, she loved what we do here at Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter.
She leaves behind a life well lived for the Lord and a legacy of teaching others to love, study, and apply Gods Word to their liv...
