Creation Zoo Update: Meet Our New Chickens and Japanese Quail

We have some new feathered friends at the Creation Museums beautiful new Creation Zoo. Six chickens and three Japanese quail recently moved into the Party Fowl habitat and are already amusing staff and guests with their antics. Enjoy these photos.

Theres a very wide variety within chickens (part of the landfowl kind), and our exhibit now features six unique breeds. Heres what one of our zookeepers sent me about these fun new chickens and the quail (we also have doves from ou...

New York Times Asks: What Do We Owe This Cluster of Cells?

What do humans owe cluster[s] of cellsthe tiny babies we create in laboratories around the world? Thats the question being asked in a series of articles from The New York Times by a journalist (a mother of one baby conceived via IVF and six babies still frozen) grappling with what rights, if any, embryos (human beings made in the image of God!) should havenot just when it comes to the abortion issue but in light of the growing fertility industry as well (an industry that ends unt...

Pope Francis DiesA Reminder of the Sad Reality of a Groaning World

This morning the news broke that Pope Francis, the head of the Catholic church, passed away after making an appearance before crowds for Easter Sunday just yesterday. When anyone passes away, whether someone we knew personally or a public figure, its always a remindera sad reminder of what our sin has done to creation.

Its because of our sin that this world is broken and groaning, and eventually, all will face the day of death.

You see, in Gods original creation, everything was ver...

Praise the Lord: He Is Risen

He is risen! He is risen indeed!

Imagine the wonder and joy the women at the tomb must have felt when they heard these words, Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen (Luke 24:56). They had just seen their Lord brutally beaten and killedthey knew he was dead. Receiving the news that he was alive must have been overwhelming. And now, 2,000 years later, we likewise should be filled with overwhelming wonder and joy over the truth that we serve the One who...

Will Artificial Intelligence Make Us like God?

Whether we like it or not, artificial intelligence (AI) is now part of our worldand its not going anywhere anytime soon. And, like any technology, it can be used for good (like were doing at AiG with projects such as our helpful AI Genesis chat feature) or it can be used for evil. So how should Christians think about AI and the future?

Well, AiGs Patricia Engler has a fascinating one-hour presentation that serves as a deep dive into AI, what its creators hope for it, and how Christia...

Historys Darkest Moment: Good Friday

Today is Good Friday, the day set aside each year to specifically remember and soberly reflect on the most horrific and unjust event in all of history: when the perfect Son of God was nailed to a crossnailed to a cross to pay the penalty for our sin. But praise the Lord, the darkest day in history made it possible that you and I could be saved for eternity!

This Good Friday, as you reflect on what Christ has done and what it means for guilty sinners like you and me, meditate on these verses:

S...

Famous Evolutionist Leaves Atheist Group Because The Foundation Has Abandoned Science

Secularism is a religion (an anti-God religion). Ive being saying that for yearsits a worldview, a religious system used to interpret the world, and its a faith-based belief system. So Im not surprised that famous evolutionary biologist Dr. Jerry Coyne (who is a very vocal critic of creation!) has separated from the atheistic Freedom From Religion Foundation due to their religious beliefs no longer matching his beliefs.

Coyne claims he joined FFRFan extremely vocal anti-Christi...

Three Easter Celebration Ideas

How are you remembering and celebrating the death and resurrection of our Lord this week? Easter is such a special time as we specifically remember the most pivotal event in all of historywhen Jesus suffered the wrath of God for us and then conquered death by rising from the grave.

Even though we specially celebrate this event every March or April, we should remember it every day of the year.

Of course, even though we specially celebrate this event every March or April, we should remember it e...

Easter and the Seventh Kingdom

Well, I hope that title has you intrigued! If I said, Jesus is in the seventh kingdom, would you know what I meant?

Each year, Christians at Easter time celebrate the death and resurrection of Christ. This event is central to the message of the saving gospel. After all, Gods Word states, If Christ be not raised, your faith is vain. . . But now is Christ risen from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:17, 20, KJV).

The first Adam brought sin and death into the world, and Jesus, the last Adam,...

Has the Dire Wolf Been Resurrected from Extinction?

The return of the dire wolf has been all over headlines and social media as reporters claim the species is back from the dead and the wolfs howl is the first heard in over 10,000 years. How should biblical creationists view this intriguing story?

Well, first, lets look at what exactly the company behind these new pups, Colossal Biosciences, actually did. They extracted DNA from the blood of a gray wolf (a member of the same kind, the canid or dog kind, as the dire wolf) and then rewr...
