AiG Book, Awesome Facts About Space, Wins Three Awards

Did you know Answers in Genesis publishes many of our own books through our publishing arm, Answers Press? The writers, editors, and designers involved in the publishing process are dedicated and talented, and their hard work results in more people hearing the message of biblical authority and the gospel. And sometimes it also results in awards!

We recently submitted two of our new books for consideration in the Selah Awards, an industry-wide contest for published Christian authors sponsored by ...

Fifty Years Ago, I Sat in the Wooden Pews of Dalby Baptist Church . . .

Praise the Lord for how hes used this ministry!

It was 50 years ago this year that I gave my first-ever creation apologetics presentation at a small country church in Dalby, Queensland, Australia. Now, Im sure if I had a video recording of that first talk, Id cringethe message has certainly matured, and Ive gained a lot of experience in 50 years! But despite that, in a way that first message is the same message Im still giving now because my emphasis has always been the authori...

Theologian N. T. Wrights Atrocious Take on Abortion

About five years ago, I blogged about a song with the refrain, Oh, I believe in Genesis, performed by two scholars: theologian N. T. Wright and scientist Francis Collins, neither of whom actually believe Genesis. Produced by the pro-evolution organization BioLogos (which exists to convince Christians to abandon a historical Genesis), the song made clear that theyre both ardent evolutionists who simply tack God onto the process. So I cant say I was surprised when I saw a recent headl...

AI-Generated Summer Reading List Makes Up Books (So Heres My List Instead!)

You shouldnt trust AI to create a reading list for you! A staff member recently sent me a news article about a Summer reading list for 2025 that was published in several major newspapers, including the Chicago Sun-Times. The problem with the list was that 10 out of 15 of the books were fakejust generated by the AI program that partially wrote the article!

Apparently the authors were real authors, but the book titles and provided synopses were just invented out of thin air. So I...

Fuller SeminaryIt Shouldnt Take Years of Consultation to Affirm Gods Word!

How wishy-washy can Fuller Seminary get?!

Fuller Seminary is a well-known theological school with campuses in California, Texas, and Arizona, and it advertises itself as an evangelical graduate institution with roots in orthodoxy. Well, recently, the Fuller Seminary president, in a letter about LGBTQ issues, stated:

After several years of consultation, feedback, and dialogue, the Board of Trustees reconfirmed the institutions commitment to its historic theological understanding of marria...

The 20th Anniversary Issue of Answers Magazine Is Headed to Print

Theres another special anniversary this year! In 2025, were celebrating 50 years since I gave my first-ever creation apologetics talk at a country church in Dalby, Australia (you can join us for a special celebratory conference, June 1214), and were also celebrating the twentieth year of Answers magazine!

In honor of this momentous anniversary, were releasing a special issue of Answers magazine in July. As a fun nod to the past, our magazine team shared a few photos on their Faceb...

Gen Z: 8 in 10 Would Consider Marrying an AI

Some headlines just make you sighlike this one: Majority of Gen Z would marry an AI, survey says. Even just 10 years ago, we would never have thought such a headline possible.

But yes, according to a recent survey, 80% of todays twentysomethings would consider marrying artificial intelligence, and slightly more believe they could form a deep emotional bond with one of these chatbots.

Now, at first glance, this just seems silly or maybe like a sad reaction to the loneliness,...

AiG Researcher Published Yet Again in Zookeeper Journal

Over and over again, we hear that creationists cant be real scientists. Yet over and over again, our scientists publish real scientific research, sometimes in our own peer-reviewed journal (Answers Research Journal) and sometimes in secular journals. Not only has one of our researchers, Karina Altman, who serves as our Zoo Content Manager, been published again in Animal Keepers Forum, but her paper was voted 2024 Paper of the Year by members of the American Association of Zoo Keeper...

Will Penguin Guano Save the Planet?

Recently, I wrote about a UK scheme to cool the planet by dimming the sun, but apparently, they dont need to do that. Instead, they need to populate their country with penguins! Thats right, penguins are apparently on the front lines of fighting climate change in Antarctica.

A recent study of an Antarctic population of 60,000 Adlie penguins found that their guano (otherwise known as excrement) releases massive amounts of ammonia that may help form clouds that insulate the Earth and pre...
