The Scopes Trial Showed Compromise on Genesis Doesnt Pay

Today, 100 years ago, was the final day of the widely followed Scopes trial in Dayton, TN, where the truth of the Bible was essentially put on trial for the nation (and an international audience) to see. Sadly, the Christian defending the Bible compromised on Genesis, allowing for millions of years, and was unable to answer certain questions about the truth of Genesis. And the results are still felt today!

This month, we published an article highlighting a judges perspective on those courtroo...

Shocking Study: Fossilized Bird Wrist Looks like Bird Wrist

Earlier this week, I wrote about a study of the mammalian placenta that did not surprise me. (Spoiler: It matched exactly what wed expect starting with Gods Word!) Well, today I get to write about another very not shocking study: A fossilized bird wrist that looks like . . . a bird wrist!

Now, the headlines arent going to tell you this. The title of a popular science summary of the paper reads, Dinosaur wrist bone discovery reshapes understanding of flight evolution. Yes, to evolu...

Music Evangelism

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! (Psalm 95:12)

People love music. God certainly created us to enjoy music and to be able to praise him in song. At church, we sing praises to God. People love to go to concerts. Even in creation, we hear beautiful music from the birds God created.

So at our two attractions, we use music in various ways ...

Study: Pregnancy Not a Power Struggle but Finely-Tuned Collaboration

Well, heres a study that did not surprise me!

A new study looked at pregnancy in six different mammalsincluding humans, mice, guinea pigs, macaques (monkeys), tenrecs (very unique mammals), and opossums (marsupials). Now, the researchers picked each of these because they believe they represent key branches of the mammalian evolutionary tree. Of course, thats nothing but evolutionary storytellingtheir interpretation of the evidence starting with an evolutionary worldview (and it...

I Asked an Astronaut Some Controversial Questions

What an event!

Wow! Our recent Astronaut Encounter (with three Christian astronauts) was phenomenal. The energy in the Ark Encounters Answers Center, as 1,500 guests gathered to hear from moonwalker General Charlie Duke and ISS astronauts Colonel Jeff Williams and Captain Barry Wilmore, was very high. Each of our guest speakers received a spontaneous standing ovation.

Hearing these gifted, godly men give all the glory to God and share their testimonies (including Barrys testimony of being s...

Dr. John MacArthur: Honoring the Legacy of a Faithful Warrior

Late on Monday, we received the news that Dr. John MacArthur, well-known expository Bible teacher and pastor at Grace Community Church, had gone into the presence of the Lord after battling pneumonia. He was 86 and had pastored his church faithfully since 1969.

Watch the video on YouTube.

I first met Dr. MacArthur around 35 years ago when I spoke at a creation seminar at his church. Years later, when the Creation Museum was u...

100 Years Since the Scopes Monkey Trial

This past Thursday, July 10, 2025, was the 100th anniversary of the infamous Scopes Trial that took place in Dayton, Tennessee. Now, a 100-year-old trial might not seem that significant to us today, but this event basically put Christianity and the truth of Gods Word on trialand were still feeling the effects of it!

I shared about this trial, what happened, and why it still matters in this video our social media team filmed for my YouTube channel. I encourage you to watch and share it t...
