NEW BOOK IS OUT - November First

I never intended to do a follow up on "The Life and Spiritual Journey of No One." However, events led me to write a book that turned out to be a natural sequel to the first. This book, much like the first, is pretty out of the norm, but I hope it might be an important tool someday.

Diving deeper into Jesus' Sacrifice.
In my book, I say that: “Jesus Christ came into the world to show the way of the positive in its purest form. He went to great lengths to teach and show the ways of love & understanding for others, even in death.” This is an absolute truth, but it still doesn’t explain the core of why he died.
It is said that Jesus Christ died for our sins, but what exactly does that mean? In a way, we might say that “our sins” led him to his death, which is true, but this explains l...

Why is it So Difficult to Change? Why do we Struggle So Much to Change Ourselves?
I’ve come to realize that this holds true for most. I like to say that we seem to find comfort in our own discomfort. Most will come to acknowledge that change is in their own best interest. However, despite any outward expression of want, inwardly they are in a constant state of fighting the process, which will ultimately lead nowhere.
I am somewhat of an exception. I always saw change as a checklist of things to do. Is this good? Is this right? Yes, then check. How...

HELL. Understanding the concept.
Hell. It’s not what you think. The concept of hell is prevalent in various religions and holds significant theological and spiritual implications. Found in belief systems around the world, hell is often portrayed as a realm of punishment or suffering for those who have committed wrongdoings or failed to adhere to religious principles. While the specific details and interpretations vary among different religions, the concept of hell generally serves as a...

Milk: Is it really good for you?
So, is milk good for you? This has become quite a controversial subject. Each individual is unique, but in a general sense, I believe that milk and its derived products are especially good and important for those engaged in a vegetarian diet.
It is perplexing to me, to see an industry focused on selling skimmed or semi-skimmed milk. I understand that this fat is required to make butter and cream, but there is a whole other industry ready to receive their byproducts. ...

Chia Seeds
Are chia seeds actually good for you?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGGsxaX1Uw4Chia seeds have quickly been labeled as a super-food. They are rich in fiber, protein, omega-3s, and minerals like zinc and calcium. However, not all is well when it comes to this food. Studies have shown little change in plasma ALA and EPA (omega-3s) from eating whole chia seeds, but these levels tend to become elevated if these same seeds are ground before consumption.
Chia seeds can also be somewhat hard on the...

Religion
Why are there so many differences between religions?
https://youtu.be/eR49IlYdzokBefore trying to explain the best way I can, I would like to exclude the scriptural texts given to India. They were an exceptionally rare gift to humanity, and I hope and believe "India" knows and understands it to be so. In a sense, all scriptures of light are gifts, but the Hindu scriptures have a different depth.
Now to adequately explain these differences, I will resort to a metaphor:
The wheat that grows her...

IRON IN VEGETARIAN DIETS

The recommended daily allowance (RDA) are given in more detail in the following table.
However, vegetarian should probably increase their intake by some margin. This is because heme iron from meat and fish are more bio-available than non-heme iron from plant-based foods, on the other hand eating meat, poultry, and seafood also increases the absorption of non-heme iron. Curiously enough this little fact might just act against fish/meat eaters and not for them. Heme is a highly toxic compound a...
